Thought the episode was well done.. Spoke to the toll being a cop.. Especially in a place like L.A can take... How the culture can become toxic and stop someone from getting help... No real bad guys.. It was good how she made the former chief help out.. It was pragmatic.. But also a sound political move.

Jo taking the 17 year old would be nice he's old enough to actually play off of her and it could be a big sister kind of thing.. Bit they seemed to angle it more for Bailey who just lost her child so I dunno... But as Jo had always been terribly bland to me.. Her with a young boy who's been where she's been could be cool I enjoyed what I saw for the most part… Glad Tom’s behavior was checked.. It was pretty silly and childish… I like the diagnostic whiz doctor… I was surprised she even wanted to walk away after finding out Dead Luca lured her here… It feels like the writers are giving up on Death Luca and Meredith… Or they are trolling All of us… I think they’re a fine couple.. One that with some work could be great.. But they write Meredith like she’s going through the motions.. And the anvil drops everytime.. Irish doc is around… So i dunno… I enjoyed Maggie and Jackson being able to talk… And I laughed when they just shook their heads at the fact that Catherine just bought a hospital to deal with heartache… I don’t usually agree with Catherine’s stances ( I just enjoy em immensely even if they’re foolish ) but Richard has been so petulant about all this even when he was emotionally putting himself out there… Maybe this time around Jo by herself will be interesting… I don’t really miss Alex.. But I never loved him or most of his storylines anyway.. He was a pretty good guy tho.. I’m sure Justin just leaving like that has had them scrambling… Poor Linc... Amelia what are you doing?

Ok not a TV show but a movie but I didn't even know where to go with this... I was just looking at a preview for the new Dev Pastel Flick where he plays Sir Gawain from Arthur and Legend... Looked ok tense... Creepy.. I'll have to wait and see.. Anywhoo as you can imagine.. The reverse racism anti-diversity chuckleheads came out.. nod I just shook my head at most of them... Then I read this.. " You can't complain about White-washing and then do the same thing... That is the crap happening in Hollywood now. Besides the white washing had a reason behind it. A lack of good actors to play the part. Now there are more better black and other ethnic actors. It was never a racial thing, it was about making money. It was wrong, especially in modern times. So things are moving away from it. So why then go the other way and instead perpetuate this BS. Also Ancient Egyptians weren't black, they were Greek or people from the "Levant". Literally proven via DNA. Most of the time the "white washing" existed because of a lack of good and famous actors to cast in the roles to try and draw box-office attendance.".... I don't have the bandwith to respond.. But whoever that was.. I get the feeling they really believe that... Like no real animus.. Just a glaring and shocking level of ignorance... How does this happen?

But two of the female leads looking up in gobsmacked adoration... Meanwhile MG Kaleb and Jed(?) Get to play in the forest for a sec... And Rafael... Smh I won't even start

But it is still something noteworthy... That's the unfortunate bit... She's emminently qualified and a federal judge still had to force the issue... Its not a zero sum situation... Its an accomplishment based purely on merit.. But also because of the prejudice so many before her faced.. And what she faced... In real life when I hear such and such was the first black or Latino or Asian or any marginalized group to do something I just think about how wild it is that it took so long.. With so many qualified ppl being overlooked or straight up ignored for things that they had no control over

Al was solid.. He just never moved the needle for me.. And he's talked about with such reverence on the boards and I just don't see it.. But I def didn't dislike him

It was reasonable.. Which seems to be all the cops need.. And as fictitious cop shoots go this one made sense.. Sam had been bussing off and then he ran was making real dangerous moves and had his hand in the jacket... I mean a lawyer could still make a case of it.. Just saying we've seen much more suspect shootings on the show

Solid episode.. Good police work... No sinister person abusing their power( for a sec I thought Sammy was describing the social worker)... I enjoyed Bailey working well and being a bit of a mentor to rojas

Also loved that goldface is a Connecticut born Yale bulldog who loves Radiohead on vinyl... He was fun the last time he was around too.. And besides her weird accent I love amunet.. Her putting goldie onto NWA had me dying

The things Siri said were spot on and sorely needed.. Barry was being super overprotective especially considering everything iris had done on her own since the show started... Maybe Siri really is just Iris with less of a filter, because besides knowing how to cook everything she did is something Iris would do if she wasn't super worried about worrying Barry... So maybe the two merge or Irisjuat asserts herself more when she gets out... Does iris see everything that Siri is doing or just when she's by a mirror... I know it makes sense anf should be a story beat, but I'm not looking forward to Iris being upset that Barry couldn't tell he was with Siri... I guess we'll need some more info as to Siri's plan.. Her motive... How aware she is of what she is... How blatant the differences are before I can say how angry Iris should be... Cuz Siri had a reason every time Barry wondered about her

Before I jump in.. As this crisis has brought lady eve back... Can we get Syonide back as well, that creepy lady was always interesting to me.. Anyway This was a fun episode... TC being a bit of a creep was hilarious and awkward... The fight tween gravedigger and Khalil was well done... Gambi and Jefferson had some good moments... We got that O'Jays song in the open ( the music to open is always spot on)... I'm looking fwd to how it goes with Brandon and Dr. Jace and how they seem to be re-imagining the Prince Brion story... I'm glad Erica is still around as she's been one of the Pod Kids Lynn has tried to save from the jump.. I hope they get a scene together before this is all done...

I don't know if Sutton really reacted one way or the other I'd have to go back... For the black market one. I didn't mind.. I get where she's coming from and... Putting a stop to the innocuous lil comments that go by everyday withought thought is worthwhile.... The "woke" one made me scratch & shake my head, which may have been the point.. Because I don't see what tiny Jane's race had to do with it... If she just shut down " Woke" because its cringe that woulda made more sense So seems we're all in agreement that Kat is just a newly minted Warrior so she's being a bit extra... Let's just hope/pray etc... That the writers go somewhere with it and not just have her perpetually flummoxed by Jane's peak caucasity

Word.. I don't mind exploring the demon world.. Or the larger supernatural world.. But I don't feel like were really doing that lately.. Also I'd really like some focus on the diff kinds of witch craft... When this show was being pitched and getting ready to go it was one of my main hopes that we'd see at least a little bit of distance from traditional new England witchcraft.. Salem trials and all that.. And in season one there was a bit.. Bit Nada in season 2 so far

I get you... And while sometimes I see the term heavy-handed used as a bludgeon, you explained what you meant with clarity and didn't use it as a catch all for any message that's somewhat progressive... And I feared the same thing for Kat... Being used to do all the heavy social lifting.. Tho in that respect I guess it at least follows real life... Where so many times for all sorts of reasons the onus falls on the marginalized to school the masses
