Christy has become the weakest link, which I never would have predicted. This is not the fault of the actress. The writers have not been giving her great material or interesting stories. The series has become very much an ensemble show, and I think it can continue just fine without Christy. This works for me.

That would be fantastic! Maybe there's a crazy last minute cancelation (because rules of TVLand) so they have Susie fill a square. I love the idea of seeing Midge go too far for network TV and the conseqeunces of that. One the one hand, she doesn't get asked back to Hollywood Squares. On the other hand, other people within the industry who may not have seen Midge before realize how funny it is. It reminds me of the episode of Murphy Brown where she goes on a kids' show with puppet characters. She gets into a fight with one the puppets and accidently decapitates him. For the character, it's a disaster. For the viewer watching at home, it is a comedic delight.

I'm hopeful, but it's too close to the election for my taste. It could easily get bumped for a debate, a speech, or something "big" that happens. I

Mad Men was in the world of the high end Madison Ave advertising, where there were few African Americans in any positions of power. To be fair, they could have had an African American client trying to hire Sterling Cooper. This show is set in the entertainment industry, which was very different. The phrase "friend of Dorothy" was code among gay men and possibly insiders in the entertianment industry. Most people at the time (late 1950s/early1960s), especially straight people would not have known what it was code for.

I love the idea of Midge appearing on a late night show, especially since most were still based in New York (Jack Parr or something similar). A full season set in Vegas could be fun. Also Mr. "Food and Beverage" was fantastic because he took the time to give Midge advice that would help her improve her act, instead of yelling at her or making a mean/cruel remark about how women aren't funny and shouldn't do standup. He genuinely wanted to help her succeed. I adore the idea of Midge being on "Hollywood Squares." her quick wit and style/comedic sensability would be perfect for the that show. This isn't really speculation but something I would love to see at some point in the series. The scene of Midge and Noah smoking on the fire-escape seemed so natural, like they done this a thousand times before. I would love to see flashbacks to the two of them as kids or teenagers. The show has done flashbacks before, but I know they have not gone this far back. Still, it is something I would like to see. If not a flashback, I would like to see the show the explore the sibling relationship between Midge and Noah

My vote is stupid. I have this theory that loves makes you do stupid things. It does not matter what sexual orientation a person is. Love is love, and love makes you do stupid things. That being said, I am rooting for Daniel and Leonard while knowing there are a zillion ways it could go wrong and that it is only a matter of time before it does.

Daniel's gaydar is incredibly highly developed. Just hearing Leonard's description he suspected Leonard's father might have been gay, which is incredibly perceptive of him. I did enjoy how Will and Clement talked about getting the band to play rock and roll. It will probably never happen, but I would love to see Clement and Will in a longer scene together, or at least having a longer conversation at some family party/event next season. I loved the way Will resolved the situation with Matt and tried to make everything as okay as it could be.

And "mood swings," which would work really well with men at that time because at the time the idea of "women, so emotional, so unstable, so prone to mood swings" would have seemed a reasonable expanation.

He did look great in the tux, but I also love it when they put Will into tight t-shirts when he's boxing.

On Sunday June 14th, at 9 PM CNN will be airing "Mayors Who Matter: A Conversation on Race," so I guess we'll have to wait a little longer for the rest of the Windsors series.

This was wonderful. I enjoyed it and had no idea how many movies he directed. I loved that the overall message was "yes he directed fluffly silly fun, but what is so wrong with that?" It was the perfect special for this moment.

I'm a huge fan of the original trilogy, but I never got into the novels, tv spin-offs, video games. I have watched the sequel and prequel trilogy only once. For people who know far more about the franchise than I do, could someone please tell me what the symbols on the face mask from Disney are? I recognize the rebellion and the empire, but what are the others? Thanks to anyone who can help.

My guess is that they wanted to give Joanie a love interest.

The best way I know of is to watch the full episodes is on DVD. Other people may have different methods.

@Kohola3. I agree with you. It was the other doctor who had the drinking problem, not McNulty. I feel like I missed something. (I watched the PBS version). Sister Frances was having bad cramps and he gave her something for it. Why do people think he's addicted? I thought this was similar to Dr. Turner perscribing Thalidomide. In both cases the doctor may have had no idea the drug had such dangerous or side effects. Overall, I liked the episode, especially the baby garden at the end.

Sheldon's social skills aren't that great. There's a combination of he often doesn't understand or care how what he says impacts people. I have no problem believing that Missy would think it and I understand that Sheldon often makes her life difficult. Missy has far better social skills and knew what she said would hurt Sheldon.

I'm thrilled that they have further developed the relationship between George and Sheldon. Mary knows all the little details, but George can see the big picture. There are times George knows what's better for his son than Mary. George doesn't always understand Sheldon, but he loves him and wants him to do well in life. Agreed. I understand that Sheldon is still a child and keeping this from him made sense. George is an adult and supposed to responsible for Sheldon's well being as well. This is something the two of them should have discussed as a couple. George had every right to be upset. I'm surprised Mrs. Sparks default was sarcasm. I had hoped they were past that after the birthday party. I am glad that Mrs. Sparks was able to realize this was serious and be there for her neighbor. On some level, they are dealing with the same issue. It's two sides of the same coin. How do you raise a child who is so different (especially socially and academically) from their peers? They need each other. Nice to know I'm not the only one who thought that. Missy can hurt and emotionally destroy Sheldon when she wants to. Telling him their parents were fighting because he was a freak was brutal. Overall, this was a fantastic episode. Each major character got a moment to shine.

I thought the actor looked a bit like Jamie, so it worked for me. I know siblings don't always look alike, but in this case it helped sell the idea and convince the characters and the audience this really was Joe's son. Also, I thought the mother was out of line. Her son wanted that job. He asked for it, because he didn't want a safe position. I like that the idea of Joe being able to make his own choices was echoed in the end. His mother didn't want him to go to family dinner, but ultimately, that wasn't her decision to make for him. Joe got to decide whether or not he wanted to be there. My guess, and this is only a guess, is that it may also be one of those DNA tests that also tells you country too, so the students have to research a bit about what country/countries they're ancestors are from. Overall, having three storylines instead of 4 was a huge improvement, but I did feel Jamie's was a bit rushed. I wished we could have seen more of the investigative work in figuring it all out instead of important information come as summary towards the end of the episode. I'm all for Joe being a regular at family dinner, but five plotlines per episode will kill this show.

I really enjoyed this episode. The way they subverted the elvator delivery was fantastic. Hitchock and Scully, while lazy and addicted to unhealthy food, often have knowledge and skills based on being lazy and addicted to unhealthy food that turn out to be useful. The dance was a highlight of the episode.

Erin's storyline may have been the best of the episode. I felt like I missed scenes with Danny and Jamie's storyline, even though I was awake and paying attention for the entire episode. This whole 4 storylines per episode is killing the series.
