Anyone know more about them? It looked like an animal skin (alligator?) and was coordinated with her green blouse. Show off much?

The person most guilty of using those arbitrary logics on me is my daughter. I just laugh it off and do what I choose. When she gets to be my age she can make her own choices. FYI My hair to too long for my age (it just hits my shoulders) and I should no longer have highlights (It’s a terrible mousy brown with a bit of gray if I don’t). I won’t even get started on my wardrobe. Well, just one. I am too old to wear jeans. I’m 75 lbs and still look good in them so why not. I’m active and they’re comfortable. For fun I’m going to try your two pony tail look around the holidays. 😂

I once went for a mammogram and got a cranky tech. I was left with a bruise that lasted for months. Probably closer to a year. When I complained nobody cared. Not my OB-GYN, not my primary care physician and most certainly not the hospital when I complained about the procedure and lasting physical damage. It took years…quite a few years before I was willing to go back for another. It may be routine for them to do them, but it isn’t always easy for us. Would a little kindness hurt?

@Gramto6 I think what you are doing is kind. I hope they get bales (preferably straw) to you soon. Unfortunately wetness stays in the blankets (if they come in from rain or snow) as it makes it harder to stay dry and warm.

I didn’t care for the second dress that Tinz wore to the reception, but she has the figure to wear anything. I’m truly happy for her. She finally has her dream husband with the bonus of a ready made family. I wish them the best.

One is actually allergic and can’t even have a sauce if it’s had onions in it. I believe him as he is not into drama or putting others out of their way. The other I think says he’s allergic, but will eat something with onions in it if he can’t see or taste them. The latter and his wife are “allergic” to a lot of foods they just don’t like. For instance she says she’s allergic to red sauce (spaghetti), but loves the vodka sauce. They are very picky and hard to cook for when they come over. They have to “approve” the menu etc. Frankly I’m over trying to please them.
