I’d maybe really happy for spring except the pine trees are getting ready to finish growing their “fingers” and release their lime green pollen that gets all over everything. Annoying to clean as well as setting off allergies.

I hope @Scarlett45 is having a blast on her trip. I wonder if she is going to recognize our thread and how so many forums have changed. I bet her dog Cosmo is missing her too. I is hearing about him. I’m confused about so much that’s going on and changing in the forums. Right now I’m just grateful when I wake up and see that it’s still here.

It will be interesting to see in which direction this goes.

I accidentally ended up on this movie when I went to use my Netflix account. Literally that was my only option on my smart tv. I tried the back arrow, the return, the FF or reverse, and yet my only option was to watch the movie they chose or pause. I was not even able to turn off the telly with my remote! Have any of you ever had a high jacking of your screen? My only option was to unplug it.

I have never been on Facebook. I have tried very hard to do Discord to join in with a bunch of people I know, but for some reason that has never worked out well for me. Alas, this is probably my last refuge to chat. I would miss all of you dearly if this site went down.

I just wish to express my appreciation for all of you here on the Prayer Closet. You have always been kind to me when I needed kindness, given me support when needed and always made me feel as though I’m not alone. You have all literally been a Godsend. I pray we can continue to thrive as our small community 🙏🏻

Sounds more like someone in PR wrote that, or maybe even her conservator. Last night Lifetime had on a show that was giving history on her relationship with Kelvin. It had a lot of photos and some other information that was previously unknown to me. I was unable to watch all of it. I’m hoping a lot of people don’t come out of the woodwork to profit over her unfortunate situation with her health. I’m sure that was one of the points about her going under conservatorship.

I just watched the feature GMA did on WW. The family member who discussed her was her niece/Goddaughter. They mentioned her name, but I didn’t catch it. The family has no idea where she is other than in a treatment facility. She is a ward of the state and her family has no say in her life. The niece did speak to her on the phone and stated that she sounded better. Wendy said her goal was to get back on tv. It’s unknown at this time if she we be well enough to handle her life let alone a career. It was sad to see some of the footage from the documentary. She didn’t look well. The documentary runs on the Lifetime channel for two nights beginning this Saturday.

It asked for my subscriber info so I wasn’t able to read it other than the headline. The most hated man in America…well that’s a stretch, but…

@Yeah No They make a behind the ear patch called Scopolamine. Perhaps next time you see your primary care Doctor you should ask if those would be a good fit for you to use on the cruise. I have used them before and they helped greatly when I wanted to out with the family on my brother’s boat.

@Yeah No Like you, I’m prone to seasickness. So a cruise is not something I’ve ever wanted to do as well. My neighbor calls them Walmart on the seas (he’s done one or two, but hated being on them). I think you were very kind to offer your husband the opportunity to do one with his sister.

I’ve had a platonic male friend for over 50 years. He never married, but has always been close to my daughter and myself. He kids me that our friendship lasted longer than my marriage 😂 I also have a girlfriend for 50 years and she has been gold. We don’t always chat, but if one of us picks up the phone it’s like we talked yesterday and pick up right where we left off. I consider myself blessed and am very grateful.

I had difficulty with the scene in the abandoned trailer that held all the weird voodoo-ish stuff. It’s so dark that it’s hard to make anything out; especially when they are panning and not necessarily focusing on one particular thing.
