  1. So, Gary Glitter is back in jail again. (I know, like me, you're saying, wait, they let him out??) Apparently, he violated his parole (they won't say how??). Gary is, of course, known for that song that sports teams would play back in the late 80s and early 90s, (and, more recently, Joker danced to while coming down those steps) I was shocked when they "let" Joker dance to that, but, hey, he's a bad guy, too.
  2. and we're back on. Amazon Prime has picked it up.
  3. Clancy Brown (1990's Timm-verse Lex Luthor) cast as Salvatore Maroni (aka the guy who disfigured Harvey Dent)
  4. and now........... A "Runaway" is joining the cast.
  5. a
  6. Much like how the ghosts are able to "sit" in chairs, and on sofas, how the ghosts are able to walk on the floors (and up and down the steps) and not fall through clear down to the basement. and remember when Thorfinn tried to "jump" off the roof. How can he "fall" if he has no mass?? Would he not fall through the ground itself????
  7. That's what I keep thinking every time I hear "Charlie" talk --- "Is she just doing a Columbo impression??" Speaking of Columbo and NOT hearing something in the background. Yeah, this episode's conclusion made me remember this classic gem.
  8. Simpsons ...... do do do-do do do (sugar) Al - ready did it do do do-do do do (ah, honey honey) So, "THIS" is now apparently Peter's NEW favorite song Great, looking forward to a whole year of Peter somehow "working" THIS song into every other episode now.
  9. Neither Harry or Dan were involved in any relationship at the end. Harry spent the final season teaching law at a night school and in the finale decided to quit being a court judge and focus on teaching full time. Dan announced that he too was quitting being an ADA and was going to pursue Christine to Albany (Christine had just received a government job at the state capital). Oh, and Bull got abducted by aliens.
  10. Here is an entire page by page of the tenth Annual.
  11. Deeks and Torres at the bakery. Deeks: This is actually happening. Hetty is still out there --- and she's still watching. "Some say she's a witch." 😁😁😁😁😁😁 Sam and Callen have gone "nose-blind" to the boatshed smell. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 When Miller gets taken out by a "sniper" (and everyone going "It wasn't me.", I squeeeed for a moment "OMG, It's Gib---- oh, never mind, It's Kilbride. 😒😒😒😒😒😒 Kilbride wants to "switch" with Parker. ("No, you get to keep Deeks.") "Maybe we can do this every year???" "Hard pass." (Shout-out to Arrow-verse???)
  12. Jesse and Callen "sqeeing" over each other, while Tennant just wants them to shut up. It's a "Dread Pirate Roberts" situation again. (I remember on OG NCIS many years ago; Abby was pointing out that a "low-level" gang member was pretending to get messages from a (then unknown dead) gang boss, and Tony pointed out that it was similar to "Dread Pirate Roberts" then as well.)
  13. McGee pointing out that the LA crew uses black crime scene gloves. Torres, Callen, and Sam interrupting a training session (and the trainees observing their procedure). Tennant and Knight's bad-ass driving demonstration (OK, you're both queens of the road, can we move on with the story now???) McGee being interrogated -- not in the conference room. Sam: "We didn't know where that was," McGee: "You didn't know where this room was! I had to show you!" (McGee reminding Sam his favorite car (RIP, Charlene!) was stolen, not to mention the fake Callen) Palmer has a "special" ringtone for Knight. I have (mostly) individual ringtones for my friends and family as well.
  14. UDiscoverMusic lists their 60 Greatest Cover Songs: 10. Heard It Through The Grapevine -- Gladys Knight 9. Twist and Shout -- The Beatles 8. Everybody's Talkin -- Harry Nilsson 7. All Along The Watchtower -- Jimi Hendrix 6. Proud Mary -- Ike and Tina Turner 5. Hurt -- Johnny Cash 4. Tainted Love -- Soft Cell 3. Respect -- Aretha Franklin 2. Nothin' Compares 2 U -- Sinead O'Connor 1. I Will Always Love You -- Whitney Houston
  15. Tonight's episode ----- The Carnie Cometh!!!!!! (Some of you may remember my posts over on "Masked Singer") If there is any type of celebrity reality or game show, SHE will be there!!!!
  16. Three-way (sic) pushed back one week. Hope it's not too late to cancel your big party plans.
  17. How about one more time, Kevin, before we truly say goodbye. "I am VENGENCE!!! I am THE NIGHT!! ----------"
  18. and another piece of the puzzle is uncovered --- Adult Sheldon and his many, many, many restraining orders. "restraining orders ---- great way to get autographs."
  19. Yet another "The Main Characters Do Everything" episode ----- Let's hope there is not a traffic accident or something --- the ER is empty. Oh, so now you all show up. I thought WE were the only people working here.
  20. Reboot it, renew it, reshoot it, redo it...................... OK, so, this has been my big "nit-pick" question all along................. Just what is a reboot??? What is a remake????? What is a revival?????? and all of these other names (sequel???? sequel series???) Asking Hollywood to clarify is impossible, since Hollywood likes to take that six letter "buzzword" and declare everything to be a reboot----- so I'm asking all of you........... As far as I can tell, there are three (or four??) different types of "nostalgia" projects------ Type one: A whole new group of actors and actresses are pretending to be the characters that the original group of actors and actresses portrayed 25-40 years ago (Dynasty TV show, Fresh Prince TV show, Starsky and Hutch movie, Get Smart movie, hell, many (but not all --- see below) of the "nostalgia" movies, the "new" Star Trek movies) Type two: It's just like Type One, but they are actually "redoing" the exact (90 - 95%) script that the original group did as well. (Musicals like "The Producers" and "The Music Man", That "new" Psycho ) Type Three: A whole new group of actors and actresses are portraying new characters (mostly), but the show/movie has a "connection" to the original show/movie (Quantum Leap, Chucky, Charmed, Charlie's Angels, Mission: Impossible) Type Four: It's the same group of actors and actresses (mostly) twenty - forty years later, still portraying the same characters (Dallas, Mad About You, Will and Grace, Punky Brewster, Saved By The Bell, the "old" Star Trek movies) It is like apples and oranges ---- yes, they are both fruit, but they are not the same. (and not all apples are the same --- red delicious, granny smith, macintosh) They all can't be the same, so which one is which??????
  21. I know, like most gangsters in TV and movies, Dwight really does not care when he passes out money like candy, but AFTER Dwight slipped the DMV woman some money to move up his driving test, Dwight then discovers that his learners' permit functions just like a "regular" license, so Dwight probably won't bother showing up for the driving test, especially since the other guy drives him around anyway. Waste of money there, Dwight.
  22. “The goal of this is to show what Oz’s life is like, and that’s very much in the streets of Gotham, trying to get up and over as only the Penguin can. As a hustler and a strategist with his own ambitions. It is a great example of having the time over eight episodes to tell a longer-arc character story with a lot of delicious twists and turns and new characters."
  23. (I'm trying to be civil --- I was warned once on another forum when I was LESS than civil) after appearing on a wacky celebre-ality show where they were telling ghost stories -------- After appearing on a wacky celebre-ality show where she swapped husbands ---------- after being a day-time talk show host -------- after a candid reality show ---------- after being a game show host ---------- after appearing on a wacky show where she was pretending to run a B&B with Marcia Brady and Bobby Brown -------- The only thing that I'm surprised about is why it took eight seasons before Carnie appeared on THIS wacky celeb show.
  24. Well, after six years, we finally got the reasoning behind the intro............ During the actual shooting, we saw vases shattering, books getting riddled, laptops and TVs getting destroyed, etc. There have been some shows in the past that have "something happening" in the very first episode (sometimes it being a "flash-forward" to a climatic scene at the end of the season) (Revenge, HTGAWM) but THIS is something we had to wait six years for an explanation. I wonder how Maia is doing (with that crazy Pacino wannabe).
