  1. I’ve just started watching Gossip Girl For the first time and it took me a couple of eps to separate Dan and Joe. I kept wanting to warn Serena away from him.
  2. So the neighbors filming Meri moving out refused to be on camera. Convenient that for the first time the idiots in charge don’t just blur out their faces. Mighty convenient, indeed. I’m not buying any of it. <insert “Sure, Jan“ meme> Oh god, and they’re still going with the triplet nonsense.
  3. I have no problem with that since she was being physically aggressive. And I can’t stand his manipulative, trashy ass.
  4. According to my knowledge gained from the stellar show Love After Lockup, this is common.
  5. They are having a boy. https://people.com/parents/90-day-fiance-loren-pregnant-alexei-brovarnik-expecting-baby-boy/
  6. 30 minutes into Hallmark's Cheerful Christmas and I'm out. I was already struggling but then the grown ass woman on a job decides to go outside and build a snowman then says she prefers to drink hot chocolate outside when it's cold. And the acting is atrocious.
  7. Stephen Nichols had a small role in Ion's movie A Beauty & the Beast Christmas. Side note, Alison Sweeney's character in the Hallmark movie It's Time for You to Come Home for Christmas has a son named Will. It amused me, though I'm easily amused.
  8. Watching Time for You to Come Home for Christmas (what an awkwardly long title) and it amuses me the Alison Sweeney character has a son named Will, same as her character Sami on Days of Our Lives.
  9. I’m watching UPtv’s Christmas in Paris and I’m way skeeved out. The “hero” askS the heroine out to dinner, she says no, he goes on to criticize her work, ends with him asking about dinner again, and the heroine end up agreeing to breakfast. I doubt this is what those in charge intended, but it’s so gross. ETA-OMG the breakfast starts with her apologizing to him and he thanks her and say he likes the way she starts her day. I have to believe I’m over analyzing and the movie makers are just that tone deaf, but ugh.
  10. I just finished Hallmark’s A Christmas Love Story and have a question. The heroine gave up a baby for adoption. I admit I was distracted so I didn’t get the whole story, but what I really want to know if she had the baby out of wedlock (*gasp*) or if there was some other explanation. I know she was also divorced but I didn’t get the feeling her ex was the baby’s father.
  11. Some of her facial expressions and body movements reminded me of Gabi. She wasn’t having any of Sonny and Manny (can’t remember his name). Ari will have sassiness and deviousness to spare between her mother, grandma Sami, and great grandma Kate.
  12. Exactly! I don’t understand why the so called bullies are the ones who protested removing the ad and not One Million Moms who demanded the ad be removed in the first place. Aren’t they shoving their values on people?
  13. Did Hidden Bodies end with Joe fixating on another woman like season 2 ended?
  14. Nope. She’s be in jail and off the show. I hate the double standard.
  15. Watched BET’s ‘Twas the Chaos Before Christmas and enjoyed it. It was a nice change of pace from romance.
  16. I’m watching Hallmark’s Christmas On My Mind and I’m finding it ok. It’s mainly on as background noise. The amnesia trope didn’t bother me too much because the heroine knew who she was, she just lost a few years. I did think the fiancé got a raw deal, though.
  17. I know Joe is crazier than a sprayed cockroach, but I really thought he’d found his happily ever after with someone who loves him and will do anything to protect him (something he always claims he’s doing for the women he goes after). The end of the episode shows Joe feeling like he’s in a type of hell and already moving on to his next victim. I guess it’s the chase (stalking) that gets him off.
  18. I really thought Joe hadn’t done anything to pursue Love and that it was all happening naturally (all the while thinking she was in danger anyway). I liked the twist at the end, though I feel stupid for not seeing it before. He’s as crazy as ever. Can’t wait to get through all the eps.
  19. I’m watching it and really like it. It seems more real and grown up than most Hallmark movies. It’s a nice change of pace.
  20. I did enjoy the scenery. I haven't been there in 20+ years so it was a nice revisit. on another note, I’ve reached saturation I think. I’m finally to the point that if a movie doesn’t grab me by the first commercial break, I’m deleting it. First victim was You Light Up My Christmas on Lifetime.
  21. I'm really struggling with enjoying Christmas in Rome. It's all, "In Rome this, in Rome that." I get it, you're in Rome. Plus all the typical Hallmark tropes are getting on my nerves. Bah humbug.
  22. That was really jarring to me since I didn't know they were airing shows out of order. I couldn't believe there was no fanfare for Tracy's return. I actually thought it was a bit insulting, but now I feel better.
