Alfred over-reacted because he was worried that Master Bruce was in danger. I hope there is some kind of understanding from him and an apology down the line.

Penquin's meeting of his gangs just made me think of 'Mystery Men', when Casanova Frankenstein did something similar.

I liked the episode, but my favourite bit (and the most telling) was when Sheldon was listing all the things that were going to be 'special occasions' and he said 'Amy marries someone better than me'. Firstly, I thought Jim Parsons did an excellent job in his delivery, and secondly, it's a massive step for Sheldon to say something like that. He recognises that he has faults.

She's got legs. She knows how to use 'em.

Cameron trying to revel in his power, only to be cut short by Gloria telling him he shared an office with a tetherball, then the janitor dumping a load of flatpack chairs in the room, made me laugh. Lily has aged, but I think he delivery has come in leaps and bounds.

Camelot! Camelot! Camelot! (It's only a model. Well, CGI, anyway)

It was just good to hear a UK voice on TV questioning the point of the Monarchy. On this side of the pond, it's been an orgy of forelock tugging.

'I really have no interest in Liam getting his own little afterschool side story.' That sentence could have ended after the word 'Liam' for me.

Phil all the way, followed by Clare.

Blimey, that made me cry. A lot. I'm a UK viewer, lately thanks to some firefox jiggery-pokery, but Jon's ability to highlight the lies and hypocrisy of the world has been invaluable and has relevance on this side of the pond, too. Colbert's segment was excellent, but closing with 'Born To Run' was perfection. Goodbye Jon. Gonna miss you.

Using a machine gun to cook bacon. And using it to demonstrate how he should be President. I'm in no way saying my home country (the UK) is any different, but America is weird. Scarily so. Enjoyed the bromance of the Leary interview, but Jessica's piece was the best. I loved the wait for the nutjob preacher bloke to say something stupid. Everyone knew it was coming, and it was glorious! My favourite ever correspondent piece was one of Ed Helms, where he got some city planner arguing about whether Oscar The Grouch ate garbage or not.

"The Daily Show": Week of 7/20/15

I'm a lefty, and never had any pressure to change, but because of how PC's are set up, I've always used the mouse with my right hand, and attempts to use my left are almost comically bad. The same PC set up and a previous inputting job mean that with my right hand I am lighting fast on the number pad. This makes me think it if they had tried to force a change in my youth, it may have stuck. I always notice if someone is a lefty. -

Paul Rudd is always so effortlessly charming. And poor Jon. Even Ant Man is taller than him. -
Hooray for the return of true Mariana (stolen car buying aside).

Is Trump's latest slice of idiocy a goodbye gift to John? It's the only thing that makes any sense. -
Come back, Wyatt's hair! Come back!

I know. But it's US telly. I don't trust them not to bring her back to kill her off, so they can please the Bellarke crowd.

Whilst mine was 'I wonder what's under the bathrobe'. Yes, I am a bit sad. Good first couple this week. Jon's enthusiasm in the first segment on Monday was fantastic to watch. -
Writing Nichols out so early on was a big blow for me. I love her, and then marrying off her prison gf? No. Loved, loved, loved, Penn and Big Boo. So glad they carried on their friendship from last season. I also like new Top Dog Piper. She got some actual power and LOVED it. It'll be interesting to see how far that goes. Black Cindy's plot seemed silly, but she knocked it out of the park with her speech to the Rabbi. Suzanne and her new dandelion was adorbs. When is next season? Can it be soon, please?

Holy shit. John is going to be over the moon about this:
-
Oh, Mariana. You were doing so well. You'd become the wisest of the Foster-Adams kids (Well, aside from Judicorn, of course). Then, one glance of Wyatt's hair dancing in the moonlight and you're right back in the pack. I was hoping to see more of Mariana and Jesus' Grandparents.

Coronation Street - General Discussion

Yes, that sounds plausible. Blackburn will be keen to carry on his ruination of the Kylie character, who prior to his arrival was maturing into a sensible young woman realising what potential she had. -
Season 4: T-Shirts, Wedding and Kardashians, Oh My!

Note to the writers: just mentioning a famous person does not count as a joke.
