  1. No doubt. Surprised they featured it. But as it was empty, maybe the realtor was adding As Seen on TV to the listing.
  2. Such a talented man. I never saw Andre Braugher take a false step on film. Frank Pembleton remains in TV’s pantheon of great characters. May his memory be a blessing.
  3. As someone who relocated and had to start working immediately (with employer expectations), the wife’s rental idea was the only thing that made sense. Poor husband, I’d bet he agreed from the jump but worked hard to sell his bad options. 😏
  4. Yep. Turns out Brian’s a happy wife/happy life guy. Or his stated preferences (me, me, me) and budget were bs. Big house, big backyard, big price tag — enjoy, Hilary!
  5. You want to know what’s not attractive and not sexy? If Fellowes is looking for how far I’ll go rooting for a robber baron, this is where I get off the train. FU, George.
  6. Excuse me, I want to reach into my TV and smack Brian into next week.
  7. I’m looking forward to the next season of Ada Knows Best.
  8. Scam it is. Dead Rev’s money (and Ada) to the rescue vs Marion’s thought-valueless inheritance. LOL—the real question is whether or not we wait until next season to find out.
  9. I give Adam Driver points for going all in on everything. The baby on a plane sketch was the only thing I laughed at, though. Writing is as weak as ever. You guys shouldn’t prank old people. They remember when snl writers were funny Santa says this one was for you, John Oliver.
  10. Ugh, first trip to Denmark, wet rooms were in some of our modern hotels. No. Just no. Seriously no.
  11. Jen did a great job for the empty nesters. Loved the kitchen. And while I don’t like wet rooms, that couple sure did. Lennie was hilarious, openly admitting he’d have nixed all Jen’s ideas, but loved the finished rooms. But what I thought he liked the most was how freaking happy his wife was. Nice job on the brewery, too. I wonder which page of the Gaines’ HGTV Book of Cash In Early that they and the Napiers found buy a old building, turn it into a store, restaurant, tourist attraction?
  12. I was out the second Damaris “beat” Stephanie.
  13. Thailand guy went for the view he stressed he wanted most. And oh yeah, a place for his daughter. Who isn’t going to Chang Mai anytime soon. Every time they mentioned that she still needed a passport, I thought, right, Mom’s jumping on that. 🤨 I guess four grand would buy two hotel rooms for a month all over Thailand —as long as Dad doesn’t spend it on his travels first. LOL—go, Dad. You’ll have plenty of time to save up for your daughter’s visit, when she’s 18.
  14. Or pancreatic cancer, unfortunately. Rev, we hardly knew ye.
  15. Excuse me, is Liz Cheney really in the studio or is Rachel going to read from the book all hour? Yes, Rachel, I’m 180-degrees from the Cheneys, too. So bring it. Right after this message, no doubt. So 8:30? Sigh.
  16. You bet he is. Who’s rooting for the guy who gets strikers and their families killed on camera? Not to mention the almost hilarious point that he and his shittier owner were in the line of fire. With all the speculation on board, are we looking at Oscar and Agnes (because Oscar) losing their fortune and they and Ada (Rev wasn’t rich) will be supported by the newly rich (and still single, I predict) Marion and her somehow magical stocks? (Waves to Matthew Crawley.)
  17. Embrace new challenges? Hope Hilary is alright. We’ll see who replaces her. I liked that she and David were older. And I still fantasize about her redoing my bathroom. Although she’d bust my budget taking space from the bedroom to enlarge it!
  18. Poor Josh looked like he thought he’d let down Nan. 😥 so I felt bad for him. He’d been coming through all season. But dear Matty started weak, got better and peaked at the precisely perfect moment. Amazing, really. And let me say, a great-tasting, light chocolate cake is a true feat. Good for him and Lisa! Dan’s boys still thought he was a winning dad and he’ll bake them and their mates lots of treats to come. Allison, you (and these bakers) revived my affection for this show. And you make Noel so much better. Shades of Sue and Mel indeed.
  19. Didn’t watch that one. Whew. WTF, producers? Just freaks and friends for Jas?
  20. I tuned in to watch Joy (works locally with Rick Bayless). Was sorry to see her go—the choice had been between her (great food) and her competitor (not as tasty, but dishes were closer to the brief). So I guess that settles that (what’s more important here?). Ok, bye, I’m back to not watching often (because watching Scott Conant isn’t enjoyable).
  21. Ugh, Peggy’s story. Do better, Julian. So Schneider and footman are out of jobs. Does Mrs. W hire them? Doubt it. Then, WTH were they thinking? Maybe Schneider thought he could get away with trashing the oyster dressing, but dumping soup on the Duke? Heh, if the Russells learn who saved them (or that they were saved), the valet won’t be going anywhere. Ha, maybe the robber baron invents 401Ks. Mazel tov, Ada and the Rev. It’s Julian’s show, you may need it.
  22. Belgium to Italy. ilaria was as annoying AF. I got the idea her parents weren’t so excited about having her nearby. But the minute she leered at them and said she wasn’t going to be alone, I figured there was a boyfriend/gardener.
  23. Fairbanks was fun to watch. First, it wasn’t Florida! The couple seemed nice and were respectful of each other. The realtor was normal and didn’t dress like Marty Raines.
