I LOVE this arc. I didnt even mind...Ward. I can't believe it. Once again, he was trying to be a big damn double agent hero to someone he loves. Fitz was terrifying. Madam was twisted, I knew she had some sort of "feeling" for Fitz. I vomited in my mouth when they kissed. I now know I could never handle someone else with FitzSimmons. The dedication to Bill Paxton was sweet. I wasnt expecting it and I loved that they did it. I had wondered if we were going to see him tonight considering the Hydra reveal. I kinda thought someone mentioning Captain America was going to snap Coulson out of his funk. I'm glad it was Daisy, but it would have been interesting. I wish we would have seen Daisy look up Steve Rodgers. I wonder if he "died" on the train from the first movie. I wonder what's going to snap May, Fitz, and Mack out of their funk.

I can't believe Sara wouldn't have Snart survive the blast with her small changes to reality. I know Miller wants to be part-time but man, I really thought we were going to get Snart and Snart for a fast minute before the dropped off Doom-Snart back before Legends all started. I lost track of the Spear, its still on the ship right?

A Series Of Unfortunate Events - General Discussion
SnoGirl replied to yeswedo's topic in A Series Of Unfortunate Events
So, three seasons would be all the books right? I mean, I'm guessing one season would be longer considering there are 13 books, but Netflix is going to see the series through then. -
Wow. I feel like Alex, like him, I practically could not stop watching until I listened to all of Hannah's tapes. What an awful entanged mess. What an ending. I need to get my book out and reread the ending. The fallout from Hannah's tapes are going to be explosive on the show. The amount of guns in teens hands during this episode was unreal. Justin and Alex both had access but Tyler? He built himself quite the arsenal. I assumed the pictures at the end of his scene was his hit list. Alex was taken off because he stood up for Tyler. Even Clay isnt innocent here, he took that one picture of Tyler. I'm wondering if we're supposed to assume that there's going to be a school shooting in season two, or an arc to save Tyler from his fate of being a school shooter. It's an interesting take because he and Hannah were both bullied. The show is showing us two different outcomes from intense school bullying. I think Hannah broke everyone with her tapes like they broke her. The sucide scene was just awful. I literally couldn't watch. So much blood in the tub. Her parents reactions, they broke my heart. Hannah talks about their fights right, on the tapes? I dont know if its going to be better that they know. I wish other book adaptations were handled with such care. I would watch every one of my favorite books on Netflix because between this and A Series of Unfortunate Events, I am blown away.

This episode broke my heart. Clay not telling his parents anything and crying in the shower was awful. I feel like my high school experience was such an anomaly, I was super introverted but still talked to my parents a lot. They knew everything. He's carrying such a burden, its hard to watch.

I really liked this episode too. I kinda felt like it was "old school Grey's." Wish Alex had been in it more, isnt he back at the house? I know they were trying to show Maggie's sisters, but I always thought her and Alex were close too. I haven't always loved Riggs, but his "What do you need" caught me by surprise and I smiled. It was just such a normal, couple reaction. I know they're not a couple, but it was sweet. Why wasn't Maggie's father there sooner? I know they divorced, but they had been married for years, you think he would have been there for the end.

How did Ray not remember seeing the Waverider on the desk? As the janitor, you would think he would have cleaned that room sometime. Poor Mick, did the right thing twice and was still punished for it. If he survives the season, I hope someone sticks up for him/becomes a real friend. I have given up on Snart coming back, so I hope someone slides into the Mick friend role. I think he's hilarious! Speaking of Snart, what a jerk. He was AWFUL. Once again....the Waverider can go anywhere in time. Why can't the steal the pieces of the spear DAYS before the Legion? Guh. This is what frustrates me about time travel. I also would have suggested getting Barry to rescue Snart as well, but that's just me.

I agree. I hope they have some cool shots left, because I have never felt so spoiled by a trailer. Michael Keaton looks terrifying. I really hope he and Robert Downey Jr. have some scenes together. Is it too much to ask for a surprise Avenger appearance. I'm looking at you Steve/Hulk/Widow. A girl can dream can't she?

Does anyone know why ER hasnt shown up on Netflix or Hulu? I've been crossing my fingers for it to finally end up there but it still hasnt yet.

I didnt even notice the Avengers tower, all I could think of was how much the first poster reminded me of Deadpool. It just made me think it was really cheeky and reminded me of Deadpool coloring the picture on the bridge coloring a picture wearing headphones. Love the second poster. I like the black on the Spider-suit. Its sharp, and something we havent seen (right? There's just been so many movies....)

There hasn't been any rumors of crossovers next week, has there? You would think that because these villians' stories are so entwined with the other shows, its hard to imagine a reality where they didn't do something include punishing parts of the Flash or Green Arrow Crew if they had the chance too. I also wonder what happens if the realities conflict. What if Mick wants to be a hero but Snart wants Mick to be his partner in crime? How does it work if they all want different things? And I wonder if Mick will fix Amaya's problems, sticking with the theory that he's more heroic than he gives himself credit for.

Poor Mick. I was kinda hoping he was trying to protect the Legends by giving up the Spear. Especially when he said to Snart "I thought it was going to be ours." I get why Mick wants to rewrite his life, it must be frustrating to never be taken seriously or trusted by your own team. I hope Mick gets to be the big damn hero next week. And I can't be the only one that wants Snart back. I hope Wentworth Miller comes back fulltime someday. I had always hoped a Crossover with Flash would rescue the Snart we knew and loved from the explosion.

I wouldn't actually mind a sequel for this movie if it was done well...it would be interesting to see what happens next. I would hope that they would travel and see the world since Belle talked about it in the beginning about having so much more planned. Also, because isn't this the time in history where the French started to chop off heads of people in power? Mrs. Potts makes a comment about how they're not innocent in the curse either, that they didn't step in as the Beast's father twisted him from the innocent boy he was. I really liked that scene because Belle offered to help break the curse, and Potts cuts her off to make that comment. I like to think they were protecting her from feeling obliged to fall in love with the Beast, or that they've learned they must stand-up for those they love. I wish the villagers had learned some sort of lesson. They did seem like a large group of followers and maybe by getting rid of Gaston, the herd will follow new leaders, like Belle and the Beast. I saw the movie again on Sunday (I NEVER do that) and I kept trying to think of where they could have introduced the Beast's name. I was thinking when they were talking while sitting in the roses, before they traveled to Paris. Like when they were talking about how the servants stop laughing when the Beast walks in. You could have had Belle asked why they don't call him by his name. He could have told her then, or before she left to rescue her father. I still wished they had introduced his name, it could have been pretty powerful to have Belle call him by his name at the end. Either way, I can't wait to buy the movie. I can't get the music out of my head. I am in love with all of the songs!

I do think the height difference between Belle and Gaston was intimidating...espeically during that scene above. I thought the dress grab was super aggressive and I was incredibly uncomfortable watching him advance on Belle. It definitely reminded me of a predator stalking its prey. He just wasnt beefy to me. But I did like how unhinged he was. Luke Evans did a nice job showing how vain and messed up Gaston's world view was. I did like LaFou's shades of gray and his change of heart regarding Gaston. He watched his hero fall into the rabbit's hole and did not like what Belle rejecting Gaston looked like.

I feel like I should preface this post with saying Belle was my everything as a kid because she was the only Disney leading lady I could relate to. So needless to say I was so worried they were going to screw this up. But I saw the movie tonight and I am in love. Wow, was that a beautiful movie. I loved everything about it. The music, the visuals and all the actors. I was constantly tearing up or dropping tears bc I was watching my childhood in real life on screen. Belle was an alto?! I absolutely loved that. Belle's reaction to being given the library was everything. Her reaction as the Beast left her standing by herself in thr library was just absolutely perfect. I didn't mind the inventor aspect, but I did wish they had shown her building something for the Beast or getting her and her father out of the asylum cart. It was nice in the beginning but I wish they had revisited it. I also thought Watson did a great job showing her gumption and brashness when she was at the castle. I thought she looked really uncomfortable in the village but was confident and strong with the Beast. She always had such purpose when she walked around. Love the Beast, but of all the plot holes they fixed, I wish they had used his real name especially as he changed through the movie. Or at the end, having Belle scream his name instead of Beast to get his attention. Show how he was changing from the Beast to something more human. I liked that Belle struggled with moving him both times he was hurt. Made since he was huge compared to Belle. I also cannot believe this is the same actor from Legion. Man, he is fantastic. I did like the other fixes, like the Enchantress saving Maurice or coming back at the end, Mr Potts, why no one remembered the castle or mentioning that it was weird that it was snowing in June at the castle. Talking with my friends after the movie, one pointed out that at the beginning of the movie, Mr Potts said "I've forgotten something but I can't remember what it was." Heartbroken. Or having all the characters say their goodbyes as they turned to permanent fixtures. The only things I didn't like was the Beast's growl at the end when Belle suggested he grow a beard. I wish he had laughed loudly at it, which is a human reaction, I thought it was real awkward and reminded me of Austin Powers. All he needed was the "Yeah Baby." I also could not give over how small Gaston was. I tried, but he was just so scrawny. The lifting screen during the Gaston number really ruined it. His arms, his body, so tiny.

I would how many tapes are per episode. I like this idea that Netflix is creating book shows, makes me wonder what else they're going to create. I dont know how Netflix makes its money, but this bookworm will willingly watch Books which are made into shows. I wonder if its going to be a one season and done or if its going to be more seasons and the author of the books is going to give some insight on where a sequel would go from there.

That ending. Riggs shaking his head and the tear, I could literally feel the anger rolling off the screen in waves. I dont know why Palmer left either. I would have stayed to drive him anywhere. I would have called Murtaugh. But I would not have left him. And Palmer, man did she look guilty and sad at the end. She knew this would be a step back in their relationship. Probably the best I've seen Burton. So this involves the father-in-law right? He's going to get roped in somehow.

Here's how the writers could have brought Norrington back. Will picks him up off the little digny he was probably in floating to the afterlife with the Flying Dutchman. Will asks him if he wants to help, and Norrington who feel responsible for Will's entanglement with this whole Pirate Business, he says yes. Problem solved. I'm also bummed that he's not apart of this series anymore. And if this really is the "Final Adventure" I don't really like that Elizabeth isn't apart of it. Or Angelica. Where are all the returning ladies? Just the boys wanted to be Pirates again??

Hahaha, you two are the best. It seems like a real stupid thing to get stuck on, but I really was imagining a Dwayne Johnson-sized man Gaston. I always imagine LaFou being a played by a woman in plays or future versions when I was a teen because of the Gaston song. It always seemed like a song about pining for Gaston instead of cheering him up. I guess TeenSnoGirl wasnt too far off if this version of LaFou has possible feelings for him.

Makes me wonder what the payoff is going to be. I still wish Luke Evans had gained some muscle for the role. He is not roughly the size of a barge ;)

I just watched this on Amazon, and I could think of was poor Nadine and Darrin. I know she was spiraling and unpleasant but man, talk about traumatized kids. She watched her Dad die and then on top of it, her Mom didn't support her or Darrin for that matter. I do wish Darrin was in the movie more, he came off like such a dick to Nadine until he stopped the Mom from packing up her stuff. I do think it was kinda rough that he and the best friend got together. I know it was the whole basis for the movie, but how did they both think Nadine was going to react? I did love Harrelson as the teacher. I liked the look of panic he had when Nadine slowly moved his stuff and put her legs on his desk. I was REALLY hoping they weren't going to do the teacher/student trope and was super happy they didnt. I do wonder how she got a hold of him to get picked up. I did like that he was unmarried with a baby and relationship, and his students didnt know. I did not like the abrupt ending. I wish there was like 20 more minutes for Nadine to talk to her Mom and her friend. Or, more of her and Darrin. I wish Krista wasnt there the next morning and he was making breakfast for his baby sister.

I definitely think its Aida in the car with Fitz, not the woman Aida is based off of. She seemed to be sweet on Fitz before she was turned into a murderbot. I really hope we get to see all sort of first season characters again. Imagine who is dead who could be alive! I'm nervous they're going to bring back Ward fulltime as an AI character. For all the crap he pulled, I really did like boy-scout Ward. I plan on watching the episode again tonight. I haven't rewatched an episode in ages. I hope the Powers that be take notice if how many fans loved the Girl Power that was on fire tonight. Bring back the real May AND Bobbi so the ladies can balance out all of the men on this show. Edited to say, I dont know if they could get back Hunter and Bobbi to the show, but you would think in such a dire situation, you would be calling EVERYONE to help against AI's. The Koenigs, their sister, Bobbi and Hunter, other Inhumans to protect Daisy and Jemma, or even to go in with them. But I know, if wishes were unicorns.
