I wish they hadnt spoiled El in the previews, I spent the entire episode waiting for her. Loved her with Hopper. I wanted them to have a connection because of his dead daughter. Plus, they are both pretty bad-ass. It woud be nice for Eleven to have another human connection beyond Mike and Papa. Poor Mike and Will. They both definitely have PTSD. And poor Nancy. I wonder if she was crying more about Barb or the weight of everything that happened last year. Im so happy its back! I just finished binging last night. I never have perfect timing, but this time it just kinda happened!

I didnt mind the episode. I keep thinking something horribly tragic was going to happen to keep Riggs and the kid, but Grey's surprised me. I thought the text between Mere and Riggs was sweet and final. For once, Grey's doesnt kill off characters who they want off the show. I think the dance of Mere and Riggs was the start of Meredith moving on from Derek, so I didnt mind it.

Kevin says something like "that's the difference between you and me. You feel everything. I try to feel nothing." Talk about a GIANT red flag. Randall even asks him if he's okay, but then its dropped. I bet Randall remembers Kevin saying that when the shit hits the fan for Kevin.
-
Oh man, Randall is going to feel SO guilty when everything comes out about Kevin. Kevin literally told him what was wrong....this is not going to end well between the brothers. I'm a lot like Randall, this is going to eat him alive.

Refrigerator. He was wearing a Haiku. I loved it a lot.

Im really ticked about the whole Wally situation. Wally! I noticed you missing! What the heck? That could have been comedy gold with Wally and Barry struggling together. Ugh. Show, you have failed Wally. I did crack up at Iris wanting to get married ASAP with all this bad luck going on. Iris, I would too. Although, I am miffed she didnt have Barry bring Joe. And that last BABY bomb. WHAT. IS. GOING. ON?!?!

Ugh. Out of all unrealistic things, the pins in the leg thing kills me. Would he even be able to walk?! Doesnt pins keep together the other parts of your leg? I loved the actual action of the show. I'm here for mutants fighting back. Its kinda interesting because I feel like we're getting an origin story of the siblings. Whether its a Villian or Hero story is what is hanging me up. I think its awesome they can use their powers together, but I feel like that story is too easy. Also, isn't it too soon to see repeating powers? Didnt we get a mutant who could go invisible last episode? I want them to mix it up. Show me powers which hasnt been repeatedly done. Loved the idea of the Disrupter. I hope they rescue him at the end of the season.

Did Trish have the Baby? Have we seen the Baby this season yet? I like the chemistry of Murtagh and Riggs with the Captain. When the Captian asked them to rein it in and they both were like "wellllllll, no" killed me. I do wish we'd see more of the "B" characters. They do flesh out the show when they're apart of it.

They've been taping for a couple weeks now. I follow some of the Senates on Insta, and they post stories from the Set. The actor who plays Capheus is very playful and funny. He's appearing in a lot of stories.

Why can't the Packers EVER keep their players healthy?! Ugggggghh, and now Aaron. Man I hope its just a bad stinger and not a break.

Clearance Level 10: The Spoiler Thread
SnoGirl replied to Cranberry's topic in Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Ironically, I would be bummed too, I really do like it. However, I like Bobbi more than the character she's playing on Orville. Selfishly, I want her on both shows ? -
Clearance Level 10: The Spoiler Thread
SnoGirl replied to Cranberry's topic in Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.
I hate when the group is split up. Im hoping that Fitz is just somewhere unseen in that clip. But if this means Fitz goes to find Hunter for help, that I could dig (and possibly Bobbi, bc Im still holding out for a super secret Bobbir return). -
You can explode from that, I'm going to explode if Rey goes darkside. I will be just as furious. I'm having feelings about this trailer, but I'm not exactly sure what they are. Other than Leia! Oh Leia. Even Ben is tearing up. One thing for sure, this does NOT look like Empire Strikes Back.

Apparently the new Star Wars trailer is appearing tomorrow. Hamil on Twitter at one point said it was going to be during Monday Night Football. I hope it drops during the day. Either way, ready yourselves ?

I finally saw it, and as a Marvel girl, Wonder Woman always be number one now. I waited so long bc I didnt want to hate it. I've been waiting so long for a female Super Hero movie, I was just a nervous wreck. I built it up so much, I didnt think I could ever love it as much as "I know my value" Agent Carter. I have never been so happy to be proven wrong. I laughed, I cried, and Im kicking myself for waiting so long. It was amazing.

Tomorrow Today: Media & Behind The Scenes Of LOT

I kinda like that Mick's left hand is blue. Im sure its just to balance out the flames, but it makes me think of what Mick has lost, his icy cold companion. -
Spoilers and Spoiler Speculation: Benchmarking

I definitely thought that too, but also liked that he was a Syrian refugee...which then made me confused at where Megan had been because I thought they were in Afghanistan when she disappeared. Was she in Iraq? Even so, I thought Syrian refugees were moving west away from the Middle East, not futher into it. Sooooo, are they possibly setting up a mini return of Sandra Oh with Meredith showing her article off in the magazine to Maggie? Because I would kill for some Twisted Sisters, and also after tonight's episode I actually have a glimmer of hope for it. -
S14.E01: Break Down the House; S14.E02: Get Off on the Pain
SnoGirl replied to Bort's topic in Grey's Anatomy
Alex and Meredith were walking down the hallway together, Alex was telling Mere about Jo sleeping with the Baby Intern. Mere was responding how it was really about Alex, and then she said "like sleeping with George was really about Derrick." Alex responded with "I still cant believe you did that." There was a mini reference to George and Lexi, but only that Webber brought up Alex's essay to get him into the program was about having cancer in his balls, which he never had. We found that out when Lexi and George broke into the records to find out how close he had been to passing his Intern Exams. Lexi was dying bc she had slept with Alex and knew his essay was a big fat lie. So only a mini reference bc you had to remember who we really found that information from the first time around. I really hope this is how the whole season is. They did a nice job setting up future storylines too.- 164 replies

Trailers & New Movies: Coming Soon to a Cinema Near You!
SnoGirl replied to nymusix's topic in Everything Else About Movies
I literally watched that scene with my jaw on the ground. Its an action scene (and looks like Mad Max) but it absolutely has to be the scene. When I see the movie, all Im going to be able to think about is when did Dylan almost lose his face/head to a stunt... -

Wait. A Christina mention? Alex and Meredith scene? A reference to Alex's essay, which was a George and Lexi scene eons ago (I only know bc I had done a rewatch this summer). A reference to Merdith sleeping with George, and Alex's opinion on it. Let alone the number of scenes Alex and Meredith had tonight I think might have been more than they had all last season. Meredith using the the Sub-Interns like Derrick used the Interns in the pilot is also a callback. Be a shark?! Grey's, are you feeling okay? What show is this? They were actually referring to things like real people do...who wrote these episodes, I could watch this all season long! Also, Alex destroying Mere's lunch made me laugh. Apparently he was real hungry. I loved Jo running her OR and being unflappable during the glasses making touchdown. And Andrew's Italian fight with his sister was perfect. You could tell exactly what they were arguing about --he definitely said Mama. Actual movement on Alex and Jo's story? FINALLY. I liked Bailey's shoe story too. As someone who is on my feet all day but have to wear such pretty yet uncomfortable shoes, it spoke to me. You know, I really thought Amelia was acting out of character, but just thought it was Grey's being Grey's. But that tumor...wasn't expecting that. I was expecting drugs.- 164 replies

Trailers & New Movies: Coming Soon to a Cinema Near You!
SnoGirl replied to nymusix's topic in Everything Else About Movies
Is....is that the scene in The Death Cure movie in the trailer that put Dylan O'Brien out of comission? Because if it is, wow. That's kinda crazy its so front and center in the trailer... -
I liked it. I hope we're done with the flashbacks, although if I was a betting girl, Im sure we're not. I really look forward to how this story unfolds, and how the young doctor makes his connections to others. I'm bummed out the brother died. I know that's why a lot of people jump into thr medical field, but I was hoping to see his brother down the line.

Leverage Classic - Past Seasons Discussion
SnoGirl replied to fastiller's topic in Leverage: Redemption
I like to use Elliot's "it's very distinctive" whenever I know something that someone else doesnt know. I love that the writer's were very aware of how to bring things full circle, everything had a purpose and taught us more about the characters. Watching the seasons, they always had a point. I never really felt like any episodes were fillers. Sure, there is a rare episode I'll skip bc I'm not the biggest fan but that's few and far between. -
I didnt hate it, but I didnt love it either. I did like the callbacks to the beginning, and I liked the growth of these characters. Everyone seemed to have a moment, which was nice. Void Stiles was the best, but I also loved that the Fear Monster flipped through previous season monsters. That was pretty cool. It would have been interesting to see Peter or Gerald jump into that villian line-up. I like that we didnt see Allison or Kira as Villians. It would have been nice to have people Scott had saved "standing" behind him encouraging him. I would have loved to see Allison and Kira in that kinda scene. I feel like there was so much potential but they were hindered by so many different things. If this had been a book, we probably would have had Stiles and Derek back much sooner. We would have actually seen Stiles and Derek's side story. We probably would have seen Lydia and Stiles fight to rescue Jackson and Ethan. Stiles and Scott would have a couple more scenes. Someone would have definitely brought up using a mirror to take down the Fear Creature (Goodness, Stiles and Lydia would have suggested that flat out. For how mich they read?) How about Stiles and HIS FATHER having a scene?! But alas, that's always my complaint. The potential is always greater than what we actually got. I'll miss the campiness and will tune in on Amazon when I need a pick-me-up. The best ending for me will always be the season finale scene where Scott, Stiles and Lydia are in the library together studying. Dare I say, I do kinda want to see this future war. I wish they had canned this season and jumped forward to this. It would have never have worked with O'Brien's schedule but it could have been cool seeing everyone as adults saving other supernaturals while fighting off the Hunters in a world that knew about Supernaturals. Alas, more lost potential.

Leverage Classic - Past Seasons Discussion
SnoGirl replied to fastiller's topic in Leverage: Redemption
That's what I first thought too. But I'm a glass is half full kinda gal so I'm really hoping for a movie. I'm currently on season 4 again. I really do love this show. I wish someone of the Powers that be at Netflix or Hulu would take a chance on the show. Man I miss new episodes. It was the one show I would never miss. The last episode on Christmas was the only one I had to absolutely watch later. And tears were falling.
