I 100% agree. I don't know if its because I just binged the whole first season, but the team seems really changed, and I don't mean from character growth. As jaded as Cold was, I always thought he brought realistic responses to the table. Rip was the one who keep the timeline in mind, but Cold was the one who was realistic about what they had to do. And he was loyal to a fault. I will miss his sarcasm. Wentworth chewed his scenes, but I didnt mind it, especially the way he had Cold speak. It was always very calculated. I wish we would have seen moments when he wasn't so calculated, less cold and more emotional....like his Empire Strikes Back moment of freezing off his hand to get to the team to keep them from killing Chronos, who he really knew was Mick.

Same here, although I feel like we're going to see him in the past, therefore seeing him before his hero journey. Which if we do, I hope we see him still make those heroic choices that we have seen him make. If we do find "our" Cold somewhere in time, I hope we see a hug, that he initiates. But that might be asking too much. I wonder if the writers knew how much he was liked compared to the rest of the Legends, and if they were bummed about the whole contract situation Wentworth had.

So I binged this show this weekend, and I have to say, Captain Cold was hands down my favorite (closely followed by Sara). His one-liners were the best, and I loved the scenes of him and Sara doing normal things, like playing cards, on the ship. I haven't started watching season two, but I really hope Snart somehow surivived the explosion and is out there somewhere in time still being the big damn hero he really is. I feel robbed of him and Mick finally being okay with each other, or having a conversation of how they're changed. A girl can hope those two crazy rogues can finally share a beer and be smart asses together.

First off, that fanvideo is FANTASTIC! Thanks for posting it. I think Dumbledore's story is so incredibly tragic. Secondly, that spoiler is why I'll definitely be sticking around for all five movies. I wonder how Newt's story is going to evolve in the five stories. Rowling did say he is her favorite character (Yeah fellow Badger!)

Ahhh. Meredith. Why didn't you stand up and say "I'm trying to push Nathan away because of your feelings and its not going well. We hooked up once, and I'm trying to be a good sister." Loved Alex's case, even if he was a little over the top when he was screaming at the patient.

I just watched it on Amazon, and I could not stop the tears from the beach fight on. And I'm not pregnant. However, I was a book reader so I knew what storm was coming. And it broke my heart. I really thought they would change the movie ending, but I liked that they didn't. He was so full of life before, to be trapped letting other people change and feed him just had to be hell. I wish he had choosen Lou over death, but he did give her quite the gift.

What a bummer. Link has been deactivated. Such a great show doesn't deserve not being on air. We all need some Peggy in our lives.

Really? Five films? Well, now I really hope we see Dumbledore versus Grindelwald. Or more diversity in America. It would be cool to see other Weasleys or other relatives like the McGonagal family or Longbottoms. I know we're in America for this first story, but who knows, someone could have traveled to America. I wonder if the other movies are going to be in other countries.

What?! WHAT?!? Is this real life?! I thought there was no more hope for a Season Three, I think I'm in shock. Who all has shows now? Are we going to lose any players if this really actually happens? edit: because its not true and I'm going to go cry my hopes away.

I love Coulson when he's not the director, I like him better out in the field. He had so many great one-liners tonight. Loved the running gag about him being the only one to not see Ghost Rider in real life. Daisy's arm is gnarly. I get why she's not reaching out to the team, but man, she is not gifted with healing powers too. I do like that she asked Ghost Rider if he had a guy to go and see if he got hurt. And I also liked that she left because the younger brother asked her to go. She's feeling super guilty and he helped remind her of that. Glad May is well again, I want her out in the field with everyone again.

I'm never not going to see Tom Felton as Draco. Every time him and Barry spoke, all I could hear was him saying "Potter" after everything. "I dont like things I can't trust...Potter." Has Cisco or Caitlin ever dropped a Harry Potter reference? I hope the show does it, I would just squeal if they did. Cisco has the most valid point about time-travel, why was it okay for Barry to do it for his family but not others. I have been waiting for that plot-point and I'm glad its Cisco who is going to teach Barry that lesson. It totally got hot in my house when Cisco joined the superhero party. Anyone else have that problem?

White and Black Hats: Punisher In The Media
SnoGirl replied to Meredith Quill's topic in The Punisher [V]
I really thought Karen and Frank had crazy sparks of chemistry on Daredevil, so I'm happy she's going to still be intertwined with Frank. -
Do you think that was always the plan? To separate Stiles? Or do you think after O'Brien's accident it had to become the plan? I hate that he's separated too, but honestly, I think it had to be him for the storyline to work. He's just a human, he has one of the best parents on the show making his disappearance heartbreaking, and a will they/wont they relationship with a love interest. It would have been interesting if they had picked Scott, so he would have been saved by his pack, but I think Stiles gone makes it emotional.

Wow. Dare I say, this season looks kinda awesome? I'm sure the writing will still drive me insane, but I can't wait to see how they resolve this one. Stiles and his father still destroy me. Wonder if they'll have to say Stiles first name three times to bring him back ;)

I wish Amelia had. Could you imagine how it would go down? Amelia could point out that Meredith might have feeings for Riggs but is being the big sister and taking one for the team. Then Maggie could decide if she A) get into it with Meredith again or B) tells Meredith to go for it. And then the secret is in the open. I really didn't like April and Alex spectating cases in the ER. It just felt a bit forced. I wish they hadn't been practically shouting what the doctor's should have done next. I like that Alex is taking his lumps. I was kinda hoping for more DeLuca and Jo bonding. All of the anvils about forgiveness tonight with Jo and the funeral family, I wish it had been DeLuca. Sorry to the Jo/Alex shippers but I don't want them back together, I don't know how she gets over that when she escaped from an abuse situation.

Please don't let them be nude pics. Let them be Ginny spooning with the catcher or doing something embarassing. I agree with Enero that nude photos are a hole that will be hard to get out of. Back to the episode, I love that Ginny still engaged with the Beanball War. She was right, if she was a dude, she would have been egged on in the first inning to throw at their best hitter or the (when they got there) their pitcher. And I like that she didn't drop it when the Mountain walked her. Speaking of the Mountain, loved when Lawson held him back and he kept repeating "I was never going to hit her." I hate when guys say they can never hit a girl, but I did appreciate the small character bit for the Mountain in the moment. It was exactly what Ginny was talking about. Did anyone chuckle that Lawson and Ginny's other ally on the team (his name is escaping me) both said they were going to run out there, but neither of them threw punches? I liked that it was the other pitcher who did the tackling. In that moment, Ginny's choice to engage in the Beanball mess gained her more allies too, and she knew it.

I like that Riggs gave the old cop a head-start. He probably knew it was what Murtaugh wanted to do but wouldn't. By the way, has anyone noticed that Riggs' shirt is always half-untucked? His left part of the shirt is always flapping in the breeze while the right is tucked in to show off his badge. I wonder whose choice that was.

A Series Of Unfortunate Events - General Discussion
SnoGirl replied to yeswedo's topic in A Series Of Unfortunate Events
Its coming out on a Friday the 13th?!? How morose, a word which here means sullen, ill-tempered but yet incredibly exciting and secretive all at the same time! Loved that they kept in the same idea in their trailer that Snicket does with his books. "Don't read/don't watch" I absolutely love it, especially with Neil Patrick Harris crowing in the background. I wonder how many books are going to be in a season? You would think they would have to do a couple books per season to keep the actors looking young for their parts... -
Spoilers and Speculation
SnoGirl replied to Pete Martell's topic in The Walking Dead Franchise Shows
So are the flood of articles that are out right now to combat The Spoiling Dead's theories? I hate that they keep giving me hope that Glenn isn't going to get the bat, but I really honestly don't want anyone else to get the bat either. -
Quotes Thread: Someone please tell me where Riggs and Murtaugh are.

Whoops. I totally heard "whores" and I totally rewinded because I could not believe that's what he said. Apparently I need to turn my TV up! -
Did Jessica Jones have a hallway fight? Or just Daredevil? I really want to see Matt and Luke in a fight together. I just see Matt jumping around fighting guys while Luke just walks through them.

I think Kate's bigger problem than her weight is her support system. I know there is a lot of storylines to be jungled, but man, she really needs some friends. Kevin is self-absorbed and Randall is on the otherside of the country. I wish she didnt work out with Toby. I wish she worked out with a personal trainer. Her line of "Why are you losing the weight but I'm not?" makes me think she doesnt know what she's doing at the gym. As someone who has been working on dropping the pounds, I recognize that my knowledge is only going to get me so far and a trainer can help with that. My hope for Kate is that she finds a friend in a workout class, who is non-judgemental and suppotive, which turns into a group of friends and maybe a love interest who actually sees her. But this isnt the Kate show, so who knows where her story will go.

I can only speak for myself too but I want to echo both of these sentiments. Alex has been my favorite character for awhile, and this story line is killing me. He crossed a line with DeLuca and Jo, and I think he deserves whats happening. I also like that Jo is sticking up for herself, and I actually hope they don't end up together after all of this. Jo fled domestic abuse, I don't know how she could look at Alex without fear after that beatdown. However, as a proclaimed Alex fan, I just wanted to give him a hug when he was by himself on the bridge. And I LOVE that he actually has a storyline about him. After tonight, I want Jackson and April together. Ugh, I kinda hate myself for it but I love this idea of them finding each other again.
