I'll cut her a little slack here. There is a huge difference between holding a toddler that wants to see! Now down! Now up! This way! That way! Versus a tiny baby that just nestles into the crook of your arm.
With Season 10 looming, I wanted to start speculating on when Baby Wolowitz shows up. We know Bernie told Howard she was pregnant right around Valentines day, which means she's probably due sometime in the fall. Sweeps week baby?
I'm looking forward to seeing Jim Parsons in Hidden Figures. It's starring Octavia Spencer, who played a DMV clerk that had to deal with Sheldon back in Season 2.
I think it's going to be a simple "Hotch won't risk his son after losing Hailey, he's resigned/in Witsec/burned out" if they want to leave the door open for a series finale appearance. Or an expedient car accident if they want to make sure the door is never re-opened.
I'm more concerned with getting Emily appointed Unit Chief.
I feel bad for Cade Owen in all this mess. He's been doing spots on the show for years but because his character exists through Hotch, I highly doubt he'll be back on either past a "Hotch is dead" episode.
Gibson and Patinkin have had issues getting along with each other going back to their days on Chicago Hope. And Patinkin is the one that ended up pretty much walking out on the show with no notice.
I think Lebanna nailed it. Getting someone who wants to leave to properly wrap it up is one thing. Firing is something else. It's going to have to be an offscreen departure and I'm just hoping they don't kill him.

Peter Lenkov really likes using alum from CSI:New York. I'm waiting for Sela Ward to show up next.
Claire Forlani had a fairly large arc on NCIS:Los Angeles back in their Season 2/3. It was a pretty big deal when her character died. Given that this show and NCSI:LA exist in the same universe, I'm a little crossed-eyed.
