Apparently.. All the young influencery people on Instagram and the SH/VPR's seem to hold their utensils this way. It's a thing to extend your index finger and shovel it in. I don't know. I just don't do that. If I'm using a knife and fork I hold them continental style because its tidier (having had to eat in business settings frequently for my job). If I'm just using a fork or spoon I hold it with my index finger and thumb on top and middle finger on the bottom. It drives me crazy. No one is taught table manners anymore. I've seen them all doing this on the show. One of them, maybe Amanda? chews with their mouth open sometimes too. Not cute.

Bonus points for Wite-Out nails (kids ask your parents). I don’t know how you control utensils holding them that way. It irrationally annoys me.

We actually own two restored red trucks (antique and vintage) and have loaned them out for parties and people having photos done ☺️ They’re very popular!

OMG! The "puh" laugh makes me crazy - I can't stand it either. Even though it was on a budget, I thought she did a nice job with the decorations and she had the wherewithal to make sure the centerpieces alternated and everything was arranged as nicely as it could be. There's a brain in there somewhere but she's definitely working some kind of schtick.

Jeremiah never got to be a bro in his younger years so now he's a super bro and more gossipy than a mean girl. The way he smirks and wants to be all up in everyone's business about where they went and what they did is interesting for a man of his age. He needs to go back to junior high (literally). He is old enough to be Daniel/Rosanna/Johnny/Kenneth's father. 43 to their 22/20, whattt. Ew. I kind of can't with Sabrina's histrionics. Get it together lady. This was a blah episode and the setup seems very strange to me between the olds and the young people. Between Ada, Jeremiah, Carmella and Sabrina and all these young 20-year old kids who seem to be flocking to the house, it's just a mish mash of casting as the originals should be aging out but aren't, and the young ones are apparently there to bring the rumspringa. I'm not so sure about all of this. The homefries must have been gross because nobody ate them.

Honestly I think Caleb has some degree of cognitive deficiency. I'm not saying that to be derogatory. Something just isn't right, perhaps he has a processing disorder of some sort, or maybe brain damage as I was saying above. He has to pause before answering questions and then he blurts out otherwise inappropriate things (the cake scene) at inappropriate times. Whereas with Tammy there is actually a bright person underneath her outward behavior. I think Amy deliberately mispronounces words as part of her schtick and then has a good laugh thinking other people will find it funny as well (pro tip: we don't). I don't know what was up with her rolling around the floor at the end. The floor is probably just as germy as a hospital floor which we know is literally lava in terms of sanitation, but sadly probably more sanitary than her floor at home. I think she was really tired and just gave up. Tammy did look pretty and I was happy that she had her moment. I was more excited to see Chris come around the corner than I was to see Tammy! He looked fantastic in his suit and hat. I love Chris and Brittany. She's just as sweet as she can be and seems like a genuinely kind and happy person and would be lovely to be around. The collective looks on Chris/Amanda/Misty's faces during the ceremony said it all and I think that's why Amanda and Misty weren't attendants. Also Caleb didn't have any attendants. Amy stood up for Tammy and I think Brittany was involved because Chris was involved. I bet you all an iced coffee if this was a legit affair, all of the sisters would have been involved and Michael would have taken off work to be there. I was thinking about earlier discussions where Chris qualified that the little boy with them was his adopted grandson. I don't think the fact that he is adopted makes any difference to them - it could be for any one of a number of reasons, Chris's age, the age of his adult children, any custody issues, whether or not his kids could bear children and if that was an issue in previous relationships, why they have him so often, etc. What made me think of this is the girl who runs Half Baked Harvest constantly has to qualify to people that the little boy on her feed is her adopted brother and not her son, because her parents are older and she doesn't have children. People are nosy and have a lot of questions about where he came from because he's just a baby. Also he's just precious. But she does get that question a lot and sometimes it's just easier to head it off at the pass.

Caleb seems…off. It’s more than just his obesity. I don’t know what it is but I wonder if he might have some brain damage from lack of oxygen at some point. 😬

I watched less than 5 minutes and all I have is Amanda needs to stand up straight, pull her shoulders back and walk like a normal person and not an old woman. I think she thinks she’s being cute but it’s not attractive. It’s kind of like the millennial/GenZ two finger grip on forks/spoons. Affected and not cute. Ugh.

And here we are! Did anyone watch after 1,000 Pound Sisters? I wonder when this was filmed because: The last season aired in spring of '21.

I call BS on the Michael not helping out storyline too. He pushed Tammy in her chair , towed her equipment around and has been driving her for how many years and never once seemed to have an opposing emotion about it. Let the man have a plate.

Interesting that he had been at the rehab for an entire year and didn’t come out of his room until Tammy, and presumably the cameras? showed up. I know he was supposed to have had health problems as if Tammy didn’t?

He also seemed to be doing a good job with Glenn when Amy was on the phone call. I don’t have a problem with him taking Glenn to his mother’s house when Amy and Amanda went for their massage and…arm masks? Especially if he works 2nd or 3rd shift, which I think he might.

I also thought the same thing but then I read somewhere that she was using a Dr. Seuss/Whoville filter which accounts for the weird nose. Who knew!

I've only ever seen photos of her on social media - I was surprised to see her onscreen because she looks different to me. She's not as pretty on tv as she is on Instagram.

I mean really. My brother was so big the hospital didn’t have onesies to fit him and today he’s very tall and thin. The care and concern from the family seemed very sincere. I really hope Tammy succeeds. I really like that she’s talking about celebrating without food and alcohol, and I also really like that she’s using fidget tools and holding a stuffed cat in her confessionals. Those things may seem juvenile but they’re actually very supportive. That shows growth. She’s using tools and they seem to be working for her. I hope she keeps it up.
