I see what she's doing with the club. People will pay the price and not actually buy a whole lot each month, if anything, so it's constant revenue. I don't know how that will shake out in the end though, it might turn some people off.

Nelle's brain would explode if Brad gave custody to "godfather" Michael and skipped town. Nobody on earth would believe her about the baby being hers, and she'd have no cards to play. This very unrealistic idea makes me laugh.

I had lunch there today, lol. Not very fancy for a birthday treat, but they aren't a 4 person family so it makes sense. Better than the free sundae thing that they do for every kid. And their copy/paste birthday "greeting" on the internet.

Jill's stress about her kids doesn't surprise me. Today my sister asked me if I wanted kids, cause she'd ship hers to me. They are 23 months and 6 months old, I can't imagine how she'd going to deal with them when they are both mobile. ETA: I considered it, but she doesn't offer free shipping.

I think they should do 1 year contracts for these shows. It gives them all more options and lets story dictate who is on the show more. LW and MB's contracts are ruining this show.

In that context, that actually does make sense.

I like Jessa's videos too. They seem realistic and I like that she lets her kids do whatever, even while she's filming. Spurgie asking a question and her actually stopping to answer him and not getting upset about it interrupting her gets her points with me. Yes, she could have cut that part out, but why should she? Also, even very well behaved children will, and do, protest being on camera if it bothers them, and we haven't seen anything like that with her kids. I don't hold the same beliefs that the Duggars and their extended clan do, and I think some are pretty awful, but she's not pushing a belief system on her videos. She doesn't talk about ANYTHING controversial, so I'm fine with them. I can disagree with her and still be interested and entertained. I don't agree with a lot of the stuff that I see on "I am Jazz" or when I watched "Jon and Kate" or ... well most reality families say, do, and think things that I don't care for, but I still want to see it.

I would not be surprised if Derick claimed (not that I'd believe it) that he said the offensive stuff to get fired on purpose.

Journey was a good name for a couple too, though I didn't care for that pairing much, it annoyed me that AJ was ... well, we all know what this show has done to AJ over the years. And, I was PISSED, and kind of still am, that Jason's drugged up wife ran Elizabeth over WITH A CAR and temporarily BLINDED AN ARTIST, and he really didn't give many fucks, just wanted to protect his ho. Fuck that! This is when I started to hate Jason, and finally gave up any hope of having a Liason I would like.

Yes, Lulu had her eggs stolen. Yes Valentine had his sperm stolen. This is equal, as far as that goes. HOWEVER... Valentine got a surrogate, of his own free will, and decided to have a baby without Lulu's consent, or even telling her that she has a biological child out there. That is entirely his fault and within his control. It's not like Lulu randomly donated an egg and knew that there was a kid out there maybe. It's massively not ok, even if it was legal, which i'm not even sure of. That said, I have no idea how Lulu could possibly have any kind of custody. I'm pretty sure that. legally, in New York, Charlotte is Claudette's child unless she signed away parental rights to Valentine. And even then that doesn't get Lulu anywhere. I don't know HOW Lulu has any custody at all. I though the same thing about Rocco, except Dante was the father and could sue for custody. GH law makes no sense to me.

And Lulu just lost her "you killed my brother" moral high ground, so she looks more petty. Valentine shot him, and he's done other shitty things, but that was the big gun, and it has now poofed. Plus the audience has known this for a little bit, and suspected it from either the start or at least when Nik's name started getting dropped months ago, so we lost patience about that and got more and more annoyed by her attitude. Plus, Charlotte has to know how her parents feel about each other. I really think that Lulu hates Valentine more, much more, than he hates her. His beef with her is wanting his child's undivided time, love and attention (mildly narcissistic, but not "wanna kill you"). Lulu just fucking hates him, lots and lots. That's gotta show through. Now Lulu will try and rip Charlotte from her father. Next month, Val will be back in the driver's seat, rinse, repeat. It's stupid. Can't they just SORAS Charlotte to a teen who acts out and move the fuck on? ETA: the ONLY custody fight I want to see play out on this show is the reveal that Avery is Morgan's after all and Carly switched the results, leading to Ava being able to hold Carly going to prison over Sonny's head to get her daughter back. Bonus points if Sonny left Carly over it. I feel safe in the belief that this will never, ever, happen.

I don't know about stand alone Air Fryers, but I have a Ninja Foodi that does it along with a bunch of other stuff and it's pretty awesome.

So, if you are cooking a turkey of 25 pounds, then you have to cook it for 375 minutes, which is 6 1/4 hours or maybe a little longer to get it to the right internal temp, then rest it for at least an hour, then carve and serve. This is at 325 or 350, depending. Now, say you wanna eat your holiday dinner at 3pm... it has to be out of the over to rest before 2, so you have to get it into the preheated oven at 7 to CYA in case it takes a little longer. So, you wake up at 6 to check it's at room temp, gut, season prep and preheat. Or, you put it on at midnight, get up as 6 and eyeball it until it's done, set it aside and use your oven to cook all the other crap you need (pies, dressing, yams, rolls, etc.) and don't have to worry about the timing at the time you eat. Just saying, this is not so crazy, and I have gotten up at 1 am on Christmas morning to put the long roasting meat in the oven and then gone my happy ass back to sleep for a few hours. And, to my definition, this is cooking it "all night" or "overnight", and damn useful.

There has got to be some production company who would pay the Dillards for a "Breaking Duggar" type show. That would be perfect for like... hulu or something. I would reup my subscription, and even go commercial free, if they did a show like that.

Maybe Lucas picked Michael because he's his nephew, the baby's godfather, spends a good deal of time in and around the hospital handling board business, and is reliable. Sam was in prison for a bit there, and on the run with Jason before that and undercover before that and.. not around most of the time, Carly has 4 kids at home that she can't be bothered with, and Bobbie is flighty as fuck. I mean, we know it's the baby daddy factor, but there are logistical reasons too.
