I liked how Jessa wasn't very encouraging about her having more kids. It was an "even if we" have more kids, instead of a "when we" have more kids. I liked her changing table and that she admits that the laundry got out of hand to the point that something had to change, which led to the new organization. I even liked that the way she hangs the clothes keeps Spurg and Henry's clothes separated so that there is no confusion. But.. why all the clothes in one closet? If they aren't sharing, which they aren't, then why the family closet conceit? Why not a parents closet and a kids closet? Is it really that much easier?

I'm all for it. Although... It would be just like Frank to declare that Lucas and Brad are a major couple, just so he can blow them up and pretend its good show.

little kids do not need that much candy, swiping a few is not cruel. We had to pick out a certain number, depending on age, and then give the rest away. You still wanted to get lots of candy, so you had lots of your favorites to choose from. This was for Halloween, parades, parties and anywhere where you had a bag of sugar sent home.

In my SBC church immersion is indeed the shedding of the old life, and being born anew with the faith that Jesus sacrificed himself so that our sins can be washed away and we can go to heaven. Funny story, I've seen women in that much pain during delivery, vomiting and all, and one of them had an epidural, but it wasn't correctly inserted, so the nurses kept saying the mom was exaggerating her pain, and only looked at the spinal at all after over an hour of quite loud complaint. Woops! And then the girl's mother had the nerve to APOLOGIZE for her daughter being so much trouble.
