Having lived in a very Cuban part of Florida for nine years (Hialeah) ..I'm pretty sure I'm correct in saying the Santería religion is from Caribbean nations and not of Mexican origin. I had neighbors who sacrificed chickens in my neighborhood. I don't know why this bugged me enough to post about it, but it's like when people hear me speak Spanish, and they say, "oh, you speak Mexican"?

I think I've liked every show Niecy Nash has been in. She's the reason I gave this show a chance. I liked it, but I may be too much of an old lady wuss to watch if it gets any more violent. I don't mind the sex, nudity, and swearing though ;-)

I was taught that it was a crossed epsilon, and not an ampersand (just me?) Whether it's a crossed epsilon or an ampersand, to me, it's backwards. Ps maybe it's a a crossed epsilon ampersand? ;-)

You don't have to wear them in Illinois either. I see helmet-less motorcycle riders when driving my grands places. They always know what grammie thinks of that! I say "oh look! What do you see?" and they always answer "Organ Donors, right?" Yep, I freely admit to brainwashing them on not wearing helmets, (and not to ever start smoking.) PS..MY kids never wore bike helmets OR seatbelts..but that was long ago, and I've learned *some* things since then, I hope!

Well if their mother heavily drank while pregnant, they probably both suffered from Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. I'm not a medical professional, but I used to babysit kids years ago, when my own were young. The ONLY kid I couldn't manage turned out to be from a very alcoholic mother. The grandma told me. Felt so bad..he really was a mess. So, maybe this is a contributing factor in both men? Googled symptoms of fetal alcohol syndrome: here's some of what I found: Behavioral: aggression, antisocial behavior, hyperactivity, impulsivity, or irritability Developmental: delayed development, failure to thrive, learning disability. I still can't STAND either one of them...I'm going to hell with my gasoline soaked panties (I don't wear drawers) ;-)

I'm sure they get their "looks" from daddy..he makes my little old heart go pitty-pat! ;-) PS of course people can't help their looks, but he enrages me as being ugly on the INSIDE....because HE obviously makes sure to get enough to eat, even though his kids don't. :( creep
