  1. Did anyone watch the aftershow? I only saw the last few seconds and the host thanked Farrah for appearing, but she wasn't on stage with the others and they showed her flouncing around backstage, apparently. Now I'm curious what that was about.
  2. Della's "friends" were absolute douchebags. "I didn't fight in Iraq so you could dress like a slut". SERIOUSLY, WTF? I cheered when she dumped them from her life. Arrogant, hypocritical asshats. And yeah, the brother was creepily inappropriate, trying to control his sister's sex life? That is so...NOT OKAY. Freak.

    Farrah

Heh. That's from her Amazon page, which I ended up on in a search for her, um, "literary efforts". She has two books listed in print and four in the Kindle store. None appear to address parenting, Christian or otherwise, but she's eked two out of her sex tape experience? I dunno, she probably thinks two books make a trilogy. :)
  4. The respective sisters, brother, and "best friends" of the subjects are infuriating me!

    Farrah

She is certifiable. But that was some funny ish right there.

    Farrah

BWAH, that website is PRICELESS! Holy shit, that may be the biggest mess I've ever seen. Thank you, Dr. Whovian!
  7. Toi appears to have nothing holding her down, so I don't see why she doesn't just travel with her husband--especially if he's going to LA? Makes more sense than pouting about being bored. I like them, though, and they seem to have a lovely relationship. Toi reminds me a bit of Dr. Simone from Married to Medicine.
  8. Agree with every word you wrote, Granimal. I had the same reaction when I watched the Being Amber special when it was first shown. It has a lot to do with my decision to not watch the show anymore--that and Farrah's return, but I already felt kind of icky about rubbernecking something that is almost certain to lead to Amber's downfall eventually. And I really want her to get better and stay better.
  9. Judge MM was spectacular in her contempt for the red-haired, dog-stealing defendant. "I am furious that I have to walk the earth with people like you." I liked the plaintiff a lot too, but he lost most of my goodwill when he plugged his website, where he apparently sells pets, in the hallterview. Tacky.
  10. If anyone on this earth dared lay a hand on my mother, I would rain hellfire upon them. Team Pandora here.
  11. I surprised myself by not hating them all immediately. Hopefully, this will be an improvement on last season's unpleasant subjects.
  12. Ok, I've officially gone from love-to-hate to just hate, but the "can't dance" line was fantastic! Buh bye crazy show!
  13. What on earth did the losing litigants say to Curt in hallterviews before the expression "It is what it is" came into vogue? I first heard the phrase myself during a fight with my husband circa 2007. He threw it out there and let's say I did not respond well. :)
  14. I had a different take on this. When Kyle asked how long Harry had been sober, I think Lisar hesitated because of the implications of that word, which to me does have the connotation of being the opposite of "actively a drunk" as opposed to simply "made a decision not to drink anymore". She seemed to weigh whether it was worth explaining the distinction before she answered. It was Kyle who used the word sober to describe Harry, not Lisa; she responded, I think, that he had not had a drink in three years. I do think the discussion of this is interesting as it really could go either way, but I doubt Lisa would out her husband's alleged alcoholism if it were meant to be a secret, surely.
  15. I thought the portraits were really well done. JHud was unnecessary.
  16. Do I remember that Hector's son also took some responsibility? or perhaps Hector just said to him, "it's not your fault" before he sent him inside. The son was the one who told Hugo his turn at bat was over, yes? So I guess he might think he played a part. I spent way too much time trying to figure out the relationships. Glad to see it wasn't just me.
  17. Loved Sabrina's comment to Mar while dragging her out of the bar: "Stop being a fake lesbian and let's go". Jenn's breakdown? Issues. The girl's got issues. This episode reminded me why I don't drink anymore.
  18. Returns Monday, March 23rd. Here's the link again with sneak peeks of all four girls. Farrah is definitely back and looks like trouble already: http://www.mtv.com/news/2068865/teen-mom-og-premiere-date-sneak-peeks/
  19. Nice of Tom S. to dress up in a t-shirt for the rehearsal dinner. I'm certain Amal Clooney will be devastated that Jax thinks she must be boring in bed. Could he be a bigger tool, seriously? Scheana looked pretty but Botox at her age is ludicrous. Shay does seem like a really nice fellow. I wish them well I suppose :)
  20. It's not an issue of danger to me. It's an issue of leaving a friend with someone who has shown themselves unable to make appropriate conversation with strangers. If I wanted to get away from that situation, I would grab my friend and get her away too!
  21. While I agree her stories are all over the place, like PityFree said--kids can be assholes, and beauty standards are ridiculous. Sadly, I have no trouble believing a young woman of a normal weight could be teased for being fat in high school. ETA that leaving her friend in the bar with the pervy guy was a total dick move. Whitney makes it hard to like her.
