Why, oh why did Kareem-the-not-black-guy dump our Sabrina? I felt bad for her and liked when she got mad about it :) He wasn't worthy of you, boo! Kristi--Jesus, woman, LISTEN TO YOURSELF. Can you speak one sentence without mentioning Jefferson? And introducing him to her daughter at this point is foolhardy. Poor kiddo. Your mom is a man-obsessed nutjob. I think Jenn is kinda pretty but yes, her expectations seem a tad unrealistic. Wasn't it odd that the face of her date from last week (the one who ate all the wings) was blurred out in the "previously on"? There didn't seem to be an issue showing it on the last episode. I liked Jessica's date. He seems too nice for her. Mar, Mar, Mar. I am all for women being sexually empowered and all that, but you really are just coming off desperate. I do have a bit of a theory about why some of these women seem sexually obsessed. Perhaps past experience has taught them that that's the quickest way to receive physical affection and touch. The sad truth is plenty of men are willing to sleep with fat women but wouldn't be caught dead getting into a relationship. Sabrina aside, I wish we had some more dignified examples of big women looking for love.

That only refers to that school's program. And it also says fewer than 10 students completed the program in 2012-13, so it's a tiny program. There could have been one graduate; if they failed to place that person, or he/she chose to pursue a different kind of employment, 0% would be accurate.

Fozzy, for some reason I feel quite certain Ariana is playing a part in a pre-arranged storyline, and her hubris is part of this. She seems too smart to be that stupid to me (MENSA claims aside). This is probably building to her grand scene of EXTRA shame and betrayal when it "comes out" that Tom did cheat after all. Blahblahblahmactorcakes. Of course I could be proven completely wrong, in which case I will feel as dumb as Ariana is making herself appear.

Some of Sabrina's looks are a lot better than others, but she is a cute girl and I like that she tries lots of different ways of putting herself together. She also appears to have one of those kinds of personalities where she can get along with anyone, which I think is a plus. More Sabrina and less of the others please! :)

Probably the nail in the coffin of any intention I might have had to tune in, as I seriously cannot watch Farrah. So odd that the only one I really care about is Amber, who gave me some hope for her with her jailhouse interview--and I think returning to this show is a horrible idea for her recovery, so I don't think I was down to watch that anyway. Catelynn is a sweet girl but uninteresting and kind of pathetic, Maci is a self-involved bitch...you know what, Farrah may have done me a favor on further reflection. There is really nothing here for me to enjoy anymore.

Today's "use of a real word incorrectly" award goes to the fella who hauls "garbage, trash, refuge". Extra points for (attempted) redundancy!

Very classy of her to repeatedly threaten to "beat Kyle's ass". Her sons must be so proud. I just can't with this woman. Her only saving grace on the show at this point is watching Eileen react to her.

Not sure he could have arbitrarily had her thrown out at their first encounter--she was a customer and ordered a drink, she had not created a scene at that point. I kind of get his instinct to just flee--not only was he at his place of "work" but also being filmed for the show. Since no one gets fired ever for anything at SUR, I'm sure he thought it was just fine to ditch out in the middle of a shift :)

I was just coming here to post about Bill Murray's doppelganger and his made-up word. But misunfortunately, Toaster beat me to it!

His side is that psycho chick is, well, psycho. That she stalked him after their meeting at the club event in Miami and he lost his shit when he saw her walk into Sur because he was honestly terrified to see her show up there. I'm not sure if I believe him; I think it's entirely possible he *did* hook up with her, but it doesn't seem unthinkable that his version is true either, based on psycho chick's behavior. In either case, I think Ariana knows the truth and they've worked it out between them and perhaps decided that they will play along with the "did he or didn't he" storyline for the airtime. Tom seemed pretty genuine in his responses to questioning from Andy and viewers; if he was acting, he has more chops in that area than I gave him credit for.

Gotta bump this up to give some respect to Tom after his WWHL appearance tonight. He is absolutely adorable. It makes no sense how he and Kristen were EVER a couple; he is funny and a little self aware and pretty charming, and she is the queen of dour. I know Arianna is not too popular around here but I like her because, among other reasons, she actually acts like she LIKES Tom, and he is effusive in his praise of her. He said tonight that they are still together, "of course", and that she is "amazing". I think they're sweet together! *runs away*

What a misleading headline. Of course, it is only Brandi that used the word boring to describe Eileen. The others variously said she was classy, graceful, kind, composed--all the qualities Brandi herself lacks. Her jealousy--and I very rarely ascribe people's motivations to that--is amusing.

Buddy is awesome! I'm of two minds on Whitney herself, but on balance I don't hate her. And I like watching her dance! I'm not especially critical and I'm always amazed when I see big people who can move around confidently. The realest moment to me was when she talked about people on the streets randomly yelling fat slurs at her. I don't care how body positive you are, that shit hurts. And I understand her bewilderment that she is not seen as human enough to not be treated that way.

Tim Van Patten also played "Salami" on The White Shadow when he was 19. He was adorable. I may recall an age-inappropriate crush. :) On topic: I worship Eileen and always have. I'm a long, LONG time soap viewer and she has always been a classy, intelligent presence on the soap scene. Also, IMO, one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood. I was thrilled when she was cast, and she hasn't let me down so far!

I found Sabrina absolutely adorable, in looks and personality. The way she talks reminds me of my own adorkable (do people still use that word?) 20-something daughter. :) I did find the rest of them to be unpleasant in various ways--Jenn's voice, Jess's superiority complex, Kristi's incessant self deprecation. I missed some of it and have no impressions of Mar yet. I probably won't watch again because I don't really appreciate Lifetime's featuring (along with TLC's) of programs with people who are "different" in appearance. There is a freak-show element in their perspective that makes me uncomfortable. Edit: on re-reading this, I'm afraid it may have sounded like I don't want to see programs with different-looking people, which is not at all what I meant. I don't want to see programs where such people are defined solely by their differences, I guess is what I was trying to say.

Blarghh. I was one of the few willing to defend Peter and his Ray Romano-sounding ass in the past (thanks to whoever pointed that out, making it impossible to unhear now) but he lost me with his club posturing. What a tool.

From the previews, it looks dreadful. And I *like* Lisa Edelstein. I'm predicting a flop.

That was fun, and I will watch it again to catch all the background stuff I'm sure I missed. Favorite part: Professors Frink and Farnsworth collaborating!

This was so dumb. He should have just owned being a fanboy, it could have come off as charming. Instead, as you say, he let himself be embarrassed and his stuttering attempts to explain just made him look like an idiot.
