Cosign that what compelled so many people to watch it last night was the group-viewing/social aspect of it. I am not on Twitter because I'm old and useless, but i know it blew up real good over this, and tons of people were posting running commentary on Facebook. I think the movie was better than expected considering how high expectations were for the sequel and the unlikelihood of catching lightning in a bottle twice. I chuckled through quite a bit of it. They pretty much found the right blend IMO of self-aware camp and playing it straight. And Ian Ziering, whom I never liked before, was made for this role. Gotta respect him going all in, his screaming scenes were awesome. Tara Reid looks rough as hell, I thought her success in the original movie might have pumped her up a little but girl can't give a line reading to save her life.

Oooh, I also loved Eileen Davidson going even further back, to the Young and the Restless. I always thought she was one of the most beautiful women on TV--still is. And I agree with those who liked Lisa Rinna on Celebrity Apprentice. She seems to have a good sense of humor about herself. Bring on the new blood!

They sure didn't give Sean much camera time, but he stood out to me for his (adorbs) Kiwi accent. Hopefully we will see and hear more of him soon!

The Bravo site says Part 1 is showing tonight at 9 and 10. Not sure what time zone that's for (I live in Mountain, the forgotten zone) but there's confirmation that it's airing tonight.

Nicole is the divorced twin, right? Okay, this has been bothering me and I wondered if anyone else noticed: I'm quite sure she said in one of her first talking heads how painful her divorce was because it came out of nowhere--either explicitly or implicitly saying her ex had initiated it. But she later said in another TH that SHE had left HIM. All of that makes me wonder, however briefly, about the veracity of the affair accusations flying around. Not that it will make a difference in my actual life :) Anyway, girlfriend needs to get her story straight, unless I imagined all of that. Can't STAND Amber. The super controlling personality she brags about is one of my least favorite kinds. I feel for those kids, who seem nice enough. Her husband also sucks. His glee at his little girl's terror over the pig carcass epitomized the creepy vibe I get from him and his "disciplinarian" ways. What can be said about the Guidices? Teresa makes me want to throw things at the screen. Along with all the enabling friends and family going along with the myth that this is some blameless "family crisis". I do agree that Joe is more resigned to his fate. It's going to be a long hard fall for Tre when he actually goes to "camp."

St. Elsewhere. Sometime during my formative years. Mark Harmon's character is having sex with some random he picked up, at a beach house if I remember correctly (WHY do these details stay in my mind, WHYYYYYY). She is astride him, he has his eyes closed, she opens her mouth and removes a razor blade that she had concealed there and slashes his face with it. I never watched that show again, and i LOVED that show.

I haven't seen the preview, but she did that on WWHL last week too! Very stiff and posed, kind of seated sideways on the chair. She is either trying to emphasize or to hide something.

Since the advice has been overwhelmingly in favor of NOT watching UTG, can you expound just a little on what constituted the bullying on Tim's part during that show? This is disappointing information, but I feel I must know more.

Yay, glad I found this topic! I was a Lifetime movie virgin until the recent "Guilty at 17". What a steaming piece of crap, yet so utterly compelling! Terrible storytelling, lame performances, cheap production values--Is this typical of the genre? Must find more!

Agreed, and this reminded me of a similar commercial I SWEAR I saw a few weeks ago for a metal TV-dinner type tray. It ran as one of those typical amazing-solution-to-a-not-real-problem ads, and I kept waiting for the punchline, or to find out who was behind the satire. But no, it seemed to be an actual product for actual sale. I scoured google just now trying to find it on one of those "as seen on TV" sites but without any luck. Can anyone confirm that I actually saw this?

Oh yeah, This thing. Made by Emily, who i barely remember. There was also a black jumpsuit by Samantha that failed to impress me, especially as a spring choice. But I would have put Emily's dress in the bottom for sure. I didn't think I hated Jefferson's shorts until I looked at them again on Rate the Runway. I kind of liked the top, but I clearly know nothing. Disappointing choice, though, as I liked the former dancer very much and wanted to see more from him (not the dropped-crotch stuff, though).

Curious why this is. I didn't care for him on his season, but he keeps a pretty high profile here in Denver doing charity stuff. The "now" intrigued me. :)
