I also *think* she is Botoxed to within an inch of her life.  It is especially apparent around her eyebrows and the upper lip (the same mistake Nicole Kidman made), which is what makes her look like a snarling dog. She also has tons of filler, which accounts for the line from her nose to the apple of her cheek being so full in the picture.  There was likely some cosmetic dentistry, which can completely change the way a person's face appears.  It is very scary though.  Her wrinkles have no place to go, because everything is tight as a drum, so they alllll congregate around her mouth.  There are no wrinkles around her eyes or on her forehead.  To paraphrase Michael Bluth from Arrested Development, "no 48 year old woman does look like that."

There have also probably been skin treatments.  I could go on, but I have to go watch Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.  There are pictures all over the Internet of "before" and "after" her jaw reduction, whether it was surgical or not, and it's completely different within the span of like 60 days.

Oh yeah, she's had work done.  She looks much, much better in my view though.

I would also go with lip fillers. I also think cheek implants. From her first TV reality show appearance...the Apprentice!

Tinsley likely got her hotel suite comped. We saw the name of the hotel for Tinsley's first two seasons.

My incredulity wasn’t at the fact that they dispatched someone for the call, but the fact that she called for her dead/dying dog in the first place. I’d like to think I would give someone else the benefit of the doubt re: dialing 911 out of panic, but with other behavior I’ve seen from Tinsley, I’m inclined to believe she’s quite dumb.

For me, I think it's being quite selfish to try to have a dog riddled with cancer revived.  Personally, I think it's selfish to keep animals alive when they have cancer, especially after seeing my husband suffer from it for 4 years.  An animal shouldn't have to deal with that type of pain when you can give them a peaceful end to it.

I mostly agree.  The difficulty lies in not being able to know how our pets are truly feeling.  When rational, we rely on instinct and observation.  Trouble is, when faced with the loss of a loved family member, rationale is often skewed.

The biggest problem I have with calling 911 for a pet, is removing that rescue squad from being available for human distress, which as much as I love my pets and animals in general, should take priority.

I had a pet who had a cancerous tumor on her mouth.  And I could tell before I took her to the vet that something wasn't right with her.   I don't think it's that difficult to tell when your pet is suffering.  I think humans are selfish and put their pets through awful treatments because they don't want to grieve.  While their intentions are good, I just think you have to put your pet above your needs.  I say this as an animal lover who has 5 rescues in this house right now! 

 When it was clear my old dog would have to go through tremendously painful surgeries which would leave her with a big piece of her jaw missing, I decided it would be better to put her to sleep.  I weighed the option; I'm not just a Dr. Kevorkian.  If it wasn't something aggressive and had a positive outcome with minimally invasive treatments, I may have been fine with it.

I just couldn't put her through horrible surgery, horrible recovery for an issue that would likely recur.  Especially with pets when they have no idea that they are about to have a peaceful end.  To me, it's just selfish to keep a sick animal alive.  When my dog was peacefully put out of her misery, I gave a healthy, homeless dog a happy home.  I don't mean to make it sound like animals are replaceable, but with so many homeless animals, I'd rather give a terminally ill animal a peaceful end and healthy one a loving home.

So for me, the problem I have with Tins is twofold -- wasting rescue efforts and also trying to revive a terminally ill dog.  I think she's a sweet person, but at some point you put the dog's well being in front of your own selfish needs.

That said, I can't imagine laughing over someone's grief and I think the RHOs were shits for treating her the way they did.

I don't think I would call 911 in that situation, but I may understand why Tinsley did. I think she was panicked and calling 911 was the first thing that came to mind. The emergency operator and/or the responders, could have told her that she should call her vet or take Bambi to an animal hospital. They made the decision to dispatch the resources.

I don't fault Tinsley. She went to check on Bambi, not thinking he'd be dead and she panicked. She was trying to do what she thought was right, to help him. At least she didn't post any pics or video to SM.

Does the vet give you an emergency number? or, perhaps, instructions for what to do if your terminally ill pet should pass at home? She seemed completely unprepared.

I watched less than 15 seconds of that and couldn’t watch more. My cats are part of our family. I would never put them thru that kind of hell I would and I have never ever ever have recorded “my” trauma on Instagram. We had a cat that we scheduled to put down because he was so sick. Even though it was scheduled I was still so traumatized the last thing I would have been thinking would be “I need to record my trauma on social media”

I could also enjoy seeing someone more like Tinsley on the show. I liked watching her do her circus gig, and charity things. It doesn't have to be all drama to be engaging for me.
