Suspicious that people are making fun of her, Amy and Jonah spy on Cloud 9 employees through the security system, while Dina tries to track down an unsanctioned Easter Bunny in the store. Glenn preps for his church's Passion play.

Air date: April 18, 2019

"I think she shit herself" - I think I screamed when Mateo said that. I also liked Cheyenne's "Your grandma's such a basic bitch."

Sandra and Jerry are still winning. I don't usually approve of gaslighting, but Dinah's been mean to Sandra lots of times.

Glenn should have told Garrett, "Impossible! I'm wearing a robe." That plot kinda fizzled out.

Loved Cheyenne's recoil from Carol's high-five.

Agree on both. Dina had the best lines! "I was looking for something to do, but that sounds truly horrible!"

I thought the story about Sandra and the bunny/Jerry was both, cute and hilarious. Expecially Dina's resignation at the end when she sees the bunny walking out of the store.

I don't know what Amy expected? These people didn't just start talking about her when she became manager, or talk only about her. Glenn believing them when they said the only started talking after he left as manager was so typically Glenn 😉

My favorite part was when Dina got on the loudspeaker asking all the customers to be on the lookout for the Bunny. Then when the customers thought she was saying the Easter Bunny was in the store she clarified "No, no, likely a pedophile. And if anyone would like to offer their child up as bait let me know." LOL. No redheads, obviously.

Also, Mateo telling Amy he couldn't find the movie "Hop" to play in the media department so he put on "Fatal Attraction" since it has a bunny in it. OMG.

You'd think someone besides Sandra would have seen the bunny walking around in the store, but knowing Dina I guess it's plausible she didn't bother asking anyone else. I loved Sandra pretending she didn't see the bunny standing right in front of her, and then it looks right into the camera and spooks Dina.

Cheyenne has been pretty horrible each week since Amy got the job.

When Cheyenne said, "no, bitch. You caught," I was hoping Amy would say, "and you fired." She doesn't have to put up with that. Mateo should also try being nicer since he's trying to scam his way into a promotion and raise that Amy will ultimately have to sign off on.

I don't get the problem with a security camera in the break room, although it probably shouldn't have been hidden. That's where the employee lockers are, so if someone is going to steal something and sneak it into their bag, that would be the place where it happens. There are cameras everywhere now, so it's not really that shocking that there would be one in a workplace common area.

They need a camera focused on my yogurt in the fridge, it had my name on it, Why isn't it there!

Not to be the continuity police, but if there are cameras in the break room, why didn't Dina look at them to see exactly what happened to her birds?  Oh, yeah - plot.  Sorry.

Loved loved loved Sandra, the bunny, and Dina.  I'd love to see Jerry sneaking in each week as a different animal/mascot.

Her "grey area" cameras might not be set up for recording.

Seriously dying at the final break room scene with masturbation suggestion places.

Sayid: "You can go to your car."

Garrett: "Loading dock."

Cheyenne: "Milk aisle."

Amy: Uncomfortable throat clear

Mateo: "There's a nook in the garden center that's good."

Glenn: "Or HELL."

Aww! Garrett called Jonah his best friend. To strangers who he could've easily lied to like he always does.

I'm on board with Amy disciplining or firing Cheyenne and Mateo whenever she's ready. I'm beyond over their attitudes. They couldn't refrain from mocking her while in her presence for 30 seconds. Sending, receiving, and smirking via text laughing about her mannerisms. Since they don't act like people who give a shit about keeping their jobs, they should find out what it's like not to have them anymore.

Seriously, if they think Amy's such a hilariously dumb boss because she says "check," they have lived very privileged lives. Also what happened to Mateo wanting the floor manager job?

I think the running joke (?) with Cheyenne and Matteo is that they're vapid, terrible, catty people who feed off each other's total obliviousness...except it's not funny and even though they've both had sympathetic moments, they just come off as rude and petty most of the time. In real life, the age gap would also be strange - it's not really noticeable because Nichole Bloom is 30 (and looks it despite the clumsy attempt to age her down with neon eyeshadow and pigtails), but I doubt a 30+ year old, very superficial man would be eager to be BFFs with a 19 year old teen mom.

Normally I dont approve of gaslighting...but Sandra, Dina, Jerry, and the bunny were hilarious. I mean, Dina has been mean to Sandra about a thousand times, and its all in the course of true love! Was that all a riff on Harvey? I really hope it was a riff on Harvey.

When did Cheyenne become such a jerk? She used to be pretty sweet, if dim, but now she has become a real asshole. Maybe Mateo is a bad influence?

Awww Jonah is Garrets best friend, even if he wont admit it to Jonah!

Cheyenne used to be sweet. The show has veered into bullying in several areas, as though it's just funny.

I agree. I used to find the Cloud 9 staff to be quirky and incompetent but ultimately not mean (except Carol. And maybe Dina). But now, everyone has become vindictive and mean. Even Sayid. And Jonah used to be insecure yet smart and funny. Now he's insecure and annoying.

I suppose I wouldn't mind if the show was still funny, but it rarely makes me laugh anymore.

I'm not going to give up on it yet. I'll keep watching hoping it gets funny again.

I thought the cameras were basically live feeds, not recording. Possibly some of the rest of the store does record for some amount of time, but the "secret" cameras were just for (in theory) security to be watching from the monitor room.

Alternately, if she thought she knew what happened and didn't have reason to question it, she'd not necessarily have the impulse to go check any video that may or may not exist. I mean, I hear you and think it would be a very Dina thing to go check security videos, but I also think given what we know, it's not necessarily a plot hole as written.

It was totally unnecessary to set up the big plot developments (Glenn giving up his job, Amy taking over) to set up the storylines this episode of Glenn getting a part in a church play and Amy finding out people were making fun of her behind her back. They could have easily found another way to do it. BUT I did like getting back to the old silliness.

I like Sayid. He's a very minor character still but among the older Cloud 9 workers, I think he's talked the most. It's also nice to have someone a little snarky but mostly neutral given how mean some of them have been lately.

I thought Garrett refusing to compliment Jonah was funny and totally a Garrett thing. And it came back around when he told the customers Jonah was his best friend. On the other hand, Matteo and Cheyenne continue to be awful. In a past season they would feel bad about unnecessarily shitting on Amy all the time. I think it's fair to complain about valid grievances but they are making fun of her for no reason.
