Sorry Casey! Correction: Gabby doesn't have a corner ....... she has an entire town where no one is allowed!

After watching how Cordova was treated from the start, I was gaining more and more resentment towards Otis and hoped he never returned to shift. To add more insult to Cordova, he had to remind Casey to never forget how lucky he is to be married to Queen Gabby.  The actor should have refused to read those lines!

Shouldn't the police or a cartel representative have accompanied the team when they searched the house?

Now Antonio must spread the word to the cartel their money has been found. Will they give him a finder's fee or name a drug after him?

Question....Did Gabby go to the Police Academy before or after she went to Med School on her way to the Fire Academy? (Not to forget her brief foray into structural engineering school.)

So we are going to wave away Otis's injury in a month with the 'I've been doing extra rehab' claptrap....it doesn't work like that.

Cordova is the lucky one....he saw the light and pulled the pin. Go you good thing, you deserve better.

Meh. I don't think Cordova was going to last there anyways but I think he did the best he could.

Perhaps he secretly still cares for Gabby but for some reason when Gabby tells him the relationship meant nothing, it bothers me.

I would think they would have at least called the gang squad when they got to the house.

I bet Severide's parents don't even know he was married at first. haha

I think we all knew he was coming back eventually but I think it has been a month or so since he was shot. Where is Anna? I thought she should have been with him, I bet she disappears too.

Casey, you are so unprofessional, asking a question about the fire at a bar. Should have asked him at the station but I don't blame Cordova for getting upset as they didn't like him from the start even if he acted like a jerk for a time.

I hated Casey’s questioning Cordova in the bar but appreciated his apology the next day in front of Boden.

There had to be a better way to save the kid in the stroller.

In the final scene with Gabby collecting the dry cleaning and being pissy, even hubby turned and asked, “What’s she got to be mad about this time?”  It makes me a little sad that Casey thinks putting up with Gabby makes him lucky.  I know his childhood was rough, but this is just barely a step up for him.

I would hope that there was an off camera instruction from Boden to Casey that "You will apologize for your actions or you will read about it in you letter of reprimand."  After what happened in the bar, I was surprised that Cordova, as big as he is, didn't rearrange Casey's nose.  That was a serious blunder on Casey's part.  Even though he claimed he didn't accuse him, Casey in effect did just that and it taints any further investigation.

Of course there would be a safer way to rescue the baby, such as a couple of safety lines to the stroller to ensure that it doesn't fall, and maybe putting the firefighter (and not the chief officer, by the way, because who's in command, now?) on a ladder  braced to the bridge, but, hey, that doesn't spell excitement, does it?

Well, at least I sort of got my Streetcar named Desire moment when someone in the burning house yelled out "Stella!  Stella!!!"

Well said about Grabby! Casey needs to get rid of her. God knows why the writers make her so vile! And we are all so sick of how she treats Casey. We are even sicker of how they make him put up with her because he thinks he is lucky to have her. We can only put it down to two things. Childhood trauma has left him frightened to be alone. His head injury has badly affected him and Grabby has him brainwashed. We can hardly stand to watch this now. If it wasnt for our beloved Jesse Spencer we wouldnt even bother to tune in any more!

Seriously the guy got shot in the spine, had spinal surgery and couldn't even move his kegs for awhile. And now a few weeks later he is not only up and walking but actually going to be found medically fit to fight fires?

I did laugh at the fact that on TV even cartel stash houses had easily available architectural drawings.

Do you think Severide should have told Stella about his marriage?

They have been a couple for 5 minutes. We're they both supposed to have dinner one night and spend the next eight hours telling each other every aspect of their lives? I was married for almost 28 years to my husband and I'm not sure he knew everything I'd ever done.

Stella has been working at 51 for almost 2 years, I can´t believe Kelly's Vegas wedding was never brought up, not even once.

That's what this show does though! All sorts of major story lines get swept under the carpet as if they never existed and they don't get mentioned again! Unrealistic to the nth degree.

Cordova, we hardly knew ya. Come back any time and take your shirt off (thinking what Herman and Mouch look like without shirts on) while you visit!

I think Kelly should have mentioned the Vegas wedding in passing. The bride could show up any time with a kid, might have a claim on his benefits, etc. Kidd has grown on me so much that I just want her to be happy and she and Kelly have a ton of chemistry and are a much better couple than henpecked Casey and bossy Gabby.

Good grief, enough of "48 Hours: Gabby Investigates" already. How in the world was it any of her business to go to the hospital and question the fire victim about who she saw? Isn't that a job for the police? Does she think she's an honorary police woman because her brother is a cop? It's not even like she had a horse in this race - nobody she cared about was implicated or anything and she didn't even know Cordova was accused at that point so why was she sticking her nose in? That's not her job! Criminy. This show's obsession with Gabby is absurd. At this point it wouldn't surprise me to see her scrub in on an operation over at Chicago Med because, apparently, she does everything

The bloke who runs the show is obsessed with Grabby and has been known to say on twitter that she is his favourite character so no wonder! So many people have ditched this show now because of her and he is tanking it slowly but surely with the Scabby obsession. Too bad because it was great to start with but isn't the show we fell in love with any more. It has gone to pot. l watch it solely for Jesse Spencer now but hate to see Casey led around by the you- know-whats by his horrible wife who he has shackled himself to. Bleugh...this show has been spoiled by Grabby now and the stupid plot lines. The writers should be got rid of and a new team brought in and they need a new show runner. PD got those a while ago and their fortunes improved no end. Same needs to happen for Fire before it tanks completely.

This. As a disabled person with a great deal of muscle damage in the legs, I would LOVE to know Otis' magic! Silly me, taking meds and doing physical therapy for YEARS...

On a side note, just as I read a post critical of Gabby and Matt's relationship, I got an ad for mental health ?

They don't really seem to do much research on this show. l mean we know it's not gonna be 100% realistic, it's a TV show, but come on.....some of the things they write are just plain stupid. And as for Casey and Grabby's relationship...it is toxic and sad to see a wonderful character like Casey spoiled by a rubbish person like Grabby. That's the writers and the show runner's fault, NOT the actor and actress. They give it 100% but can only do so much with what the writers give them now. Sad.

Agree on the stupid Otis storyline.  So unrealistic.  Why not just give the guy a broken shoulder and he can't lift anything for a while and needs to rehab?  Guess they needed to make it so dramatic that his career was in serious jeopardy since everyone could understand that.  Just stupid.  Would much prefer Cordova than sad sack Otis whose role on the show is one dimensional.

What has happened to Otis' girlfriend from the other bar?

How are they going to explain Connie's absence?

They're really giving some more depth to Severide this season.  I like that he stopped at Kidd's pathetic above the garage room.  Hoping the two of them will make it and not turn into a stupid Casey and Gabby relationship.
