Unspoiled Spec: "$40k, someone long dead is resurrected."

My speculation is that Sonny & Carly will be paired together. Sonny is already a grandfather with the possibility of two more soon from Lante & Morgan/Ava. Carly's magical glittery female body part days are over. Their kids will be the ones driving story & love triangles while they interfere & fuck things up continuously because they are the BestestParentsWhoLoveWithTheirWholeHearts. They meddle because of their love.

This will free up RoHo to be in a triangle with Silas & Nina with a possible side of Ava.

Ava could also be pulled back into Morgan's orbit if the baby is his. I could also see Ava giving Rosalie or any younger female a run for their money for Morgan.

Pure spec: I think Julian/Jordan will sleep together. They made a point of having Jordan state she was willing to sleep with a suspect for information. i don't think it was for the Mickey's character but laying down the foundation for Jordan/Julian

Try this one on for size.  Levi is actually an undercover drug agent for Australia who jumped at the chance to insinuate himself in Port Charles to investigate the drug family link between PC and Australia.  This is probably too logical to happen.  More than likely Levi is a jewel thief who is going to go for Felicia's Aztec jewelry.  We have seen him reading a book on the Aztecs and he has been in a scene with Felicia when she was wearing said jewelry.

I'd prefer to see Levi as a drug agent than a jewel thief because of Maxie who makes enough bad decisions in her life that she doesn't need to be used by another jerk. If Levi is an agent then it makes sense that he wouldn't want her daughter on the scene since the child could in danger or become a pawn when he goes after who ever he is after.

This would be interesting, but ultimately it's too complex for shallow Ron to write.  It's much easier for him to simply write Levi as an overbearing, sinister jerk with no redeeming characteristics so it is obvious (and by obvious I mean as subtle as a sledgehammer to the head) to the audience that they should be rooting for Nathan to win Maxie's affections.

I rather see Levi dead. Its not that he is a jerk to Maxie he is but he is abusive to her & this in the 2nd time she has been abused & its been swept under the rug again. This show is treating this shit like a joke & it offends.

Levi doesn't even work as a character his whole shtick Is at the expense of Maxie as a character who has to be dumbed down for this shit to work. Levi is offensive enough without being sinister.

There was no point to Maxie bringing this human troll back at all. I know Ron is triangle happy but there was no need for one. They haven't even got off the ground, they don't need it they had the following from there 1st scene. Plus there is enough angst with Maxie history with Cops to drive them & Maxie as a character. Ron is just fuckin lazy & plot point.

He also needs to learn that a triangle has to be believeable on both sides. There is nothing believable about Maxie looking at someone like Levi, letting alone getting involved with his kind of personally. Instead of trying to ping hole Maxie into a square peg where she doesn't fit(Spixie, Levi) start working where she does fit.

For Levi to get away with this much manipulation, they should have cast someone more conventionally attractive, and he should have been sucking up to Mac and reeling Maxie in by acting like the perfect boyfriend ... not going out of his way to be an ass.

I speculate that whatever Levi's endgame is, it will end with him figuratively, if not literally, tying Maxie to the train tracks like a silent movie villian.  I see this going nowhere subtle or surprising.

Okay, here's a wild one: Fluke is a deranged Morgan from the future, hellbent on revenge on his dad. He never got over Ava and the CryptSex.

He's being thwarted  by the MavaBaby, also returned from the future, who was smart enough to remove Danny's firetruck, forcing Molly and Sam to leave before the boom.

Horny as all hell and thinks of  women as sex objects? That's Sonny's son, alright. Especially with Lauren.

Maybe Puke/FakeLuke is going to not entirely kill Ava but she will be brain dead, still pregnant with her baby only weeks from being born... And Sonny will get custody of her body, waiting like a predator for his child/grandchild's imminent birth from a forever-unconscious Ava! Will an Emmy-worthy  "habeas corpus" ensue?

Below is a link to episode 131 from 2007.

http://www.tv.com/shows/general-hospital/ep-11400-1141301/

It may or may not be a "clue" to the identity of Fluke.

Overall, I've lost interest in the story, but I don't think Ron would pick just a date to be his hint. On the other hand, I may be giving him too much credit for being what he thinks is clever.

Some interesting characters are mentioned in this episode's synopsis, though.

I'm trying to remember what was going on around this time and who was on canvas.  Is this is supposed to be a clue, the only person it legitimately points to is Trevor Lansing.   A nd frankly id rather have Stephen Macht on screen than Tony Geary.

ETA: Actually, although that site lists SM as appearing in that ep, I cant remember Trevor being around during the text message killer story.

I wonder....don't hit me....but could they be bringing Courtney back? The scene between Spencer and Joss and the picture he showed her of his mom made me think she's also at the "facility" courtesy of Helena (who didn't think C was good enough for Nicholas).

Random thought #2, I think Fluke is really a woman. Julian called him/her? "Bitch" as he slammed the laptop closed.

No Courtney.

Seriously fuck Ron in the typewriter if he slaughters AJ and brings us that. No no no.

My God. Give Spencer therapy sessions with Kevin. And a grounding.

I think Fluke is hell I don't know a very macho man. The term bitch was meant to demean the macho dude. And it really hates Luke. Like we could almost be cool had he not liked Lauren so much. Fluke is rather funny.

Without even checking back to see what this is in reference to, I immediately said "Yes!" because I would watch Darnell Williams do anything.

Ha, this is what I was thinking & then I read your post. Great minds think alike!

I'll take Darnell as TJ's dad but I'm like you. I'll take Darnell in just about anything. I feel the same way about Debbie Morgan.

I think we will find out that Shawn is TJ's dad though.

We need another doctor. I'll take Debi as an awesome pediatrician. All these damn kids running around. Someone must doctor them. Or hell, just a doctor of all doctor things.

Make her like a branch off the Quartermaine tree. Because she is Debi and she is awesome.

Debi could be a Ward, I'd be cool with that.

I can't emotionally deal with Debbi Morgan coming on this show after she basically ran soaps last summer on the fantastic AMC 2.0. Ron Carlivati would treat her like every other black character on his soaps since he gave up on bringing back the Gannons - as plot devices, C-story fodder or talk-tos, possibly with holiday comic relief where they all get into piefights and end up leaving each other slimed (yes, that did happen with the Evans family on OLTL and it was one of the most cringeworthy things I've ever seen). Debbi Morgan is simply too much of a force for that. Before AMC and OLTL returned, when RC and FV's GH was firing well in 2012, I was all for Debbi turning up on GH as either a visiting Angie Hubbard or as her Port Charles character, Dr. Ellen Burgess. Now I just think she's too good for it. Although I guess she could play Simone Hardy, she is the right age range IIRC.

On another, far tackier subject, I can't be the only one who heard the less than encouraging word about Tony Geary's condition and had to wonder how the hell they might have to play this story with Fluke and Luke if worse came to worst and he could not return to GH for an indefinite period. How do you write Luke off from that? I hate the thought of it but the gears have been turning in my head all night.

@jsbt

I think it'd be very simple.  Have Ava contact him and warn him that Anna/Jordan know that "Luke Spencer" is the boss.  We only see Ava's side of this call.  A few weeks later see him a man in a hospital room with a bandaged face.  At the end of ep a nurse takes off the bandages and its Papa Z/Trevor/Damien/whoever.

When its finally revealed that this person had Luke captured, Dante/Lulu/etc spenda few weeks off screen looking for him.  If TG is unable to even come in and film Luke in a wheelchair, then a few weeks later when Dante/Lulu/etc come back on screen, we get exposition that when they found Luke he was eextremely frail and they sent him a specialist in Europe.

As far as your other topic, disagree.  I think Jordan ans TJ have gotten some of the best writing the last few months.  I predicted when Jordan first showed up last spring that she was going to be a good guy and gets lots of airtime.  ABC is betting big on 'black' this fall.  If the Scandal/Murder pairing hits, ABC will make Ron make Jordan more central to thw show and add more black characters.

What about Darnell Williams (Jesse from AMC)?

Shemar  is on Criminal Minds. Love him But I would love to see Darnell  Williams .loved Jesse. Wonder how long it would take re-ron to kill that. I even went back to AMC to see Jesse and Angie reunited till they beat that to death .TIIC of GH right now don't want talent ,they want newbies who don't get paid much. So we get nothing.

I think Jordan is pretty boring on her own so far. Beautiful woman and she has possibilities, but so far what is the character? She's a plot device right now IMO, and I don't think the actress has, or at least has had the opportunity, to infuse it with much of anything more - I like her, but I'd toss her for any other black female they could introduce with more immediate verve or personality. Sean Blakemore is also gorgeous and has some talent but he can't carry this lame crap, either. The only one of them that can hold his own on his own is T.J.

  • Love 1

I want to see Jordan have a bigger secret. She's actually Keesha. Insert Angie to play her cousin or whatever. And TJ is really AJ's son. She became a DEA agent to combat drugs /alcohol because of what they did to AJ (alcoholism) and Jason (mob). She's also secretly working to solve AJ's murder and take Sonny down because the Q's matter to her. Angie will be her sounding board, etc. Shawn thinks he's TJ's dad, but he's not. He has actually been working to take Sonny down too, which explains why he's a bad shot.

Dude, this could be an actual awesome storyline.

Fluke could just come back as whomever he's supposed to be and we go omg where's Luke.

God she was magnificent.  I spent large chunks of every episode she was in just in awe of her. She's always been a cut above, but damn, she was on a whole other level last summer.  I know the Daytime Emmys have been a joke for some time, but her not having one in hand for that work is a travesty.  She, DW, and VI all mixed together was some of the best work I've seen on soaps in years, possibly decades.

It's difficult for me to watch either of those shows again right now knowing they're not coming back and seeing how lovingly they were produced from the top down, and the care taken especially with the younger generation they each created, but while my OLTL was good AMC is particularly tough because it was the best soap of 2013, hands down IMO. Sadly, Debbi took herself out of the running because she was deeply upset about how the PP execs handled the situation, and I can't blame her.

Honestly, the best way to be to be recast I think, as finish it off as quickly as possible. And yes, have a quick moment at the beginning of the show with Frank and or Ron explaining the situation. If they don't want to do that, have Julian shoot a guy in a Luke wig, have Fluke killed off, and then say Luke died off-screen/or is in a coma. Depressing as hell, but what could you do?

I think it's easy enough to keep Luke alive and off screen indefinitely if need be.  Like someone else already suggested - have the Fluke reveal in some form, then send Dante and Lulu off to find Luke.  Or have Lulu mention that she's talked to Lucky, Robert, and Ethan, and they're tracking him down. Then stash him in a hospital off screen where Laura and Lucky are seeing to his recovery from whatever Fluke did to him.
