Obviously there are two sides to the story, and we have only heard Jared's side. People who want to defend Jared are leaping to a lot of unwarranted assumptions and conclusions without really knowing

I honestly think that JP was supposed to be there(it was advertised/titled as being the "cast" of Supernatural, I think) and she was likely or possibly just happy that Jensen didn't decide to cancel also, and so, the compliment.

I get this reporters aren't really supposed to show their truth. Maybe it just slipped out. I just found it odd and you all know I personally believe Jensen is the most amazing ever.

Yes, kissing ass all around is usually standard operating procedure for most reporters of this show, but I'm also sure it didn't just "slip out".

IMO, she said it like she did for a reason-and again IMO and for the record, *I* think it was most likely either just said as a joke or she was being a bit salty because JP cancelled out on her.

I'm sorry, but I don't really understand this. I'm assuming that Jensen is not the boss of Jared and that he didn't actually cancel things for him? Or did he just offer to do the photos and interviews alone and Jared took him up on it? And do we know where this info came from?

Inquiring minds want to know, so just asking...

Sorry, I understand from those that were there that Jared needed the night off so Jensen took over the interviews and photos.  Apparently Jared (according to his comments on instagram) is struggling a bit right now.  But he was at the party and seemed to be having a fun.

Thanks, @Casseiopeia. I enjoyed it very much and really think the one-on-one interview is always the best kind. Regarding the earlier discussion about Sam's intro, I think it is definitely her opinion of Jensen and the way in which she said it, she knew she shouldn't be showing bias as an interviewer. JMO

I really loved that interview.  I agree it is much better when only one actor is answering questions.  We fans get a lot more information that way.  I love Jared and Jensen together but they tend to goof around too much. 

 

It's funny I always thought Sam Highfill was more of a Sam/Jared fan.

Just go to her Twitter page and you will see many a Jared Stan saying she is wrong, that she has lost a lot of followers and that Jared is the true star as he drives the story and has the most fans

I assumed he meant Lucifer and that isn't happy that that was the end of him. I can't really guess what else it could be. Unless of course he's like me and wishes Mary and Bobby and the rest of them had just stayed in the AU. LOL!

Watching the very enjoyable Berlin video a few times prompted me to watch Jus in Bello - haven't seen it for a long time.  This was a time when demons were scary and not 3-piece suits with a stick up their ass.  The suspense builds, it all makes sense, Sam and Dean save the day and are officially FBI documented as dead.

And I learned that Jus in Bello means Justice in War or Laws of War.  Didn't know that.

I'm assuming Jared will be on the panel today?

 Actually I've been thinking that maybe the last part isn't so far off. He said he was "sad" about it. Maybe Mary and Bobby DO decide to go back to the AU and they needed the time jump to facilitate that, amongst other things.

Yeah, it's reaching, I know, but what can I say except hope springs eternal again after seeing and hearing all these solo JA interviews.

Myrelle,  you could be right about Mary and Bobby returning to the AU,  and since Bobby doesn't know our Dean,  I wouldn't have that much trouble with it in regard to him. But Mary? I wouldn't have thought it was possible to dislike her even more than I already do but this would certainly do it.  To go off with her new squeeze while Dean is being possessed by Michael? Beyond unforgivable, IM-not-so-humble-O.

Resurrecting Mary has been the Biggest Flop of a storyline that any showrunner has ever given us, IMO. It undermined one of the most important premises of this show and completely ruined a once very beloved character for many fans.

Maybe(hopefully), Dabb doesn't want that to be the only thing remembered or recalled as his greatest "contribution" to the show.

I really wish he and singer could be forced to listen to some of our opinions on this and not just the people blowing smoke up their ass. Because in my opinion they not only ruined the current storylines of the show they have in large part ruined re-watching it as well. Sadly I'm not sure there is any way to repair that damage now short of having the last two seasons be some kind of fever dream. The way I feel about what he's done with Dean aside, this is his biggest crime. Having Mary abandon him now would just be the cherry on top of a very bitter sundae. But I don't think that's what it is, I'm 99.9% convinced that it's about Lucifer. The .01% is that he's talking about the alternate universe in general, thinking that was done.  I guess there's a chance he was talking about Gabriel, or the Wayward stuff, but I don't believe he would put that in quite those words if it was that.

It was strange the way no on asked about Mary.  

Dabb's answer to one of where's Dean in all this doesn't fill me with a lot of confidence.

I have seen several versions of the round table interviews with Jensen. Did anybody else from the do them?

And the CW continues to be shit at marketing and promotion.

This is not a trailer. This is a promo of clips from s13.  That's some bait and switch stuff. There is literally nothing in it about s14.  I was hoping for some glimpses of Michael, but NOPE. LOL

For some reason they haven`t released the new clip they showed at Comic Con yet. No idea why. All the other shows released their new footage online. And SPN has done the same in the past. Like come on, it`s a marketing tool. People at Comic Con got to see it first, that was their perk, that doesn`t mean that those have to be the only people seeing it until the Premiere in October.
