She is gorgeous but in this photo her arms look way too short? for her body.

Photoshop?  That cannot possibly be her hand!!  Or either the hand IS her and the body is not.  Not sure which!  (enlarge the photo to see).

Were they roommates at the time?

Yes. I remember they showed the practice wear schedule hanging in their kitchen on the wall. It showed the pictures of what color to wear on what night. When they were called out by Kelli at TC Kashara said she should have brought all of her "costumes".

I'm interpreting this as they did a juice cleanse before calendar (which sounds awful). It's a cute post tho with the song!

GOD I wish someone (within the last 10-12 years on the squad) would write a book detailing their experiences. Nobody from the DCC org is going to do a Facebook chat about DCC's drinking juice for a week but it's part of the experience. I'd buy that thing immediately. Of course there would undoubtedly be some tea, some shade, and I'd be just fine with that. More important though, I'd love a non-endorsed, first-hand account of just exactly how all of these expectations are met on a daily basis, from someone who wasn't irreparably embittered by the experience, but also isn't beholden to the organization.

Dream on. I'm presuming they sign a confidentiality agreement and legally can't spill tea.

i was wondering that too!! i usually see all her videos and don't remember one recently so it must have been pulled quickly...that's so ridiculous.  who in the world could hate kelli?

also really digging Kelsey's new guy.  He seems soooooo much more goofy and down to earth than last one.

i think we'd prob be surprised at how much they actually don't hate it lol  It always makes me think of bachelor franchise - Reality Steve has a podcast now and he's had a bunch of people on who have 'spilled the tea' (they are years removed from their time on show so it's like whatever) and even tho some of the behind the scenes is like holy crap, they still have some positive things to say about not just people they met (lifelong friends) but a lot of the workers on the show (producers who probably manipulated them at time but now it's like, ah all good lol).  Maybe some things they'd do differently but they don't regret it and sort of 'get it.'  I have the feeling it's the same with DCC.  Some horror stories and wtf-ery but overall there was so much positive the week long juice cleanses can be laughed at ;)

Agree. I think that to paint any experience with a broad brush either as good or bad undermines the takeaway. I am looking more for an experience from someone who neither has an axe to grind nor an image to uphold. Dream on lol.

It's surprising to me that Raylee and Allie have posted quite a few things that make you guess they are definitely a little bitter. Heather has yet to really post anything :(

Yeah, I'm getting salty humor from them, not that I blame them. Sarcasm is useful in dealing with the sting of rejection. I kinda like it though. ?

As accomplished as these girls are, they definitely didn't pay attention in English class. Their/there, it's/its, whoever/whomever oh my. The things that don't matter when you're beautiful, I suppose.

Read "what I learned half naked" by a former dcc. The grammar and spelling was downright offensive.

I agree- I read that book and was so excited to get it but all the author talked about was race, NOT something I want to hear about from a book on dance/cheerleading.

Ahhhh this just makes me happy!! <3 Go Kelsey!!!

How does she keep ending up with these "Amazing Race" guys? Lol. I had to look him up because I had no idea who Brodie Smith is. They're cute together. I hope he's less sleezy then the last one.

One of the comments on his instagram made it seem like he's had a crush on her for awhile. Wonder why her and her last beau broke up.

So I caught a (recorded) live chat wth Tasha for her Lipsense. I take back what I said about all the 'doing this for my daughter BS'.

Tasha is Extra, but she was really personable and had a sense of humor. She's in on the joke with all the corny photos and product endorsements. She did not seem vapid or snooty, but also doesn't apologize for being so over the top. It's just HER. She's also hustling with several MLM businesses and modeling, etc. so I doubt if she's the primary bread winner, but she is bringing in income with sources that are flexible for her family and DCC.

Personally, I'd buy a book by Kitty. Could you just imagine if she had a falling out with the Cowboys, went on  a weekend bender in front of a Computer? Sitting there with her glasses on her nose, staring at her screen, with a glass of whiskey nearby?

Obviously we need to figure out some type of sabotage to make this happen, because I personally CANNOT GO ON if this doesn't come to fruition .

I think Kitty could write a very entertaining book without fighting with the organizations. She doesn't hold back now, and has been involved so much she has decades of crazy stories.

But imagine how much funnier it would be if she had a falling out with K, J, and C and THEN wrote the book. Yikes!

I am here to express an unpopular opinion. I have been a fan of DCC and the show and the organization for some time. Through the years things have irked me but I always appreciated the consistency with the girls being classy, feminine, and well rounded, they have always seemed to respect K & J and embraced correction and usually the sour girls weed themselves out.  As someone who hates reality TV and the lack of character and class that I see in most TV shows, It has been refreshing to watch a show about my favorite thing, dancing and the tough process these girls go through to become better. It may just be me, but It seems like some the sweetheart aspect is being stripped away. Not intentionally I am sure, but what it appears to be a result of a dramatic shift in culture/views (not sure what to call it). Its with those in their teens and early twenties being most vulnerable. It saddens me to read over these threads and hear of girls getting attitudes with others and being shady or deceptive. I have never seen evidence of that on the show and if it was there, I am sure CMT would have done all they could with it to make it juicy, drama but the drama was usually K and J calling those things out, ex. sleazy photos, bad language, bad attitudes. etc. I hope the organization will stay true to what I have always valued and that is the cheerleaders not just being performers but classy and feminine and intelligent women. Nothing irritates me more than young people with entitlement mentality and disrespecting those that may be older but are trying to teach them. Whew!!  Got that off my chest!

I think because she has a less curvy and endowed figure it doesn't look slutty.

.. Then again I love Stephanie and she can do no wrong in my eyes so I may be a wee bit biased.

Totally. I love her too. Let's be real, I'd wear a cocktail napkin around town if I looked like that!
