I'm curious how the super tight Kevin/Paul bond formed. They even talked about opening a bar together after the show (I believe Paul asked if he could get 30k to put the night of the Saran Wrap). A lot of times when I see Kevin trying to tell Paul something, Paul treats him like an annoying dad. The Kevin/Jason bond makes much more sense - they're both fathers, Jason isn't a 20-something year old punk, and they have a lot of chemistry together.

Part of it is survivor mode on Kevins part. Paul knows he took the $25,000. He claims to have gotten rod of Ramses for Kevin by blaming Ramse for taking the $25,000. The both know Kevin took it. Distrust is the basis for the bond ! LOL

If Paul wants pots and pans, then he should just do it himself.

The great puppet master step out from behind the curtain and reveal all to his stooges? Ha! Paul would never be that brave!

Remember again his reaction last night when Matt suggested Paul go on the block to win veto?  It was comical how how fast he said "HELL NO!"

So I was talking to my sister today about my absolute loathing of Paul. And I said a lot of it was because the whole vet thing, which somehow makes these assholes believe that if THEY are the chosen ones who have his trust, they're golden. She replied "but surely they're going to want him out because he played before", and I had to explain to her that no, these recruits or super fans both think it's the perfect strategy to work with a vet who constantly tells them he is totally with them and will totally explain how everything in the house will work because he did this once, and therefore knows everything. And also had to explain to her that he lost to a vet last season (she had no clue).

So then I started thinking about seasons where vets came back. 1) Rachel won (worse than Maggie, Will and possibly Dick, but that's just me). 2)Dan lost. The finale, but came MUCH closer than he should have, what with him already winning and all, and this comes from someone who thought the funeral was one of the most brilliant things ever. 3)Nicole won.  Am I missing something? I've watched every episode of every season since season 1, and had the feeds since season 5, but will admit I have a shitty memory. Was there a season with a vet coming back where the vet did not make the finals? Not that it matters for this season, except the whole "oh, they'll totally get rid of the vet sooner than later" argument is completely invalid.

On to next week. Cody for the HOH win. Nominates Paul and Alex .

I feel like anytime Paul goes up, it has to be against Alex or Jason. Alex/Jason would go, but make Kevin choose between Alex/Paul and Mark choose between Paul/Jason.

You know he'll put up Christmas/Paul, though, and no one will care to save Christmas.

Jessie, I believe? It is really stupid to not get rid of a vet though. Even though they get advantages, everyone will be more impressed they made it to the Finals when they should've been an easy target.

Personally, as a life long watcher of Big Brother, I thought Dan's funeral was the dumbest thing I had ever seen. How people like Frank, Ian ,Britney did not fall off their couches in hysterical laughter was beyond me.

If it was Otev, Christmas couldn't have played, what a damn waste

Mark just announced to the room that he's going to use the Veto on himself.

Good for you, Mark. This is the best mood I've seen him in in age..wahoo Mark!!!

Good for him.

Now everyone just has to follow Josh's wished and evict Elena, which they'll totally do, because they respect Josh a lot.

It sounded like Paul was saying for Josh to put Christmas up if Mark takes himself off.

That's a surprising development.

Said no one ever.

Christmas has no use to her now that the Ring of Replacement is gone. She deserves it. It's just too bad that she won't go.

Paul only knows Kevin got the 25K because Kevin's dumb ass told him.

Because Dan was good. Far better at getting people to do things against their best interest without being completely transparent than Derrick or Paul. And he had smarter people to play with, too.

Delicious!

I wish Mark would stop being such a weak-minded coward because he might be the last hope in the game being that he can actually win a comp. But who am I kidding, he'll probably win HOH next week and put up Cody/Elena lol.

I thought I vaguely heard that as well. And earlier Xmas said she would do it because who would vote her off ???? LOL

What happens in the big brother house that someone describes themselves to a tee but thinks they are describing someone else?
