Also--- if she's saying she's ready to come back to the Wendy Show in 3 months "bigger and brighter than ever"--- what does this do to Sherri Shepard?? Although, personally I'm not a fan, the woman has signed contracts, publicly announced her show, moved from Los Angeles to NYC, etc. Aw, this gone get messy!

More lawsuits to come!

I guess if Wendy wanted to come back NOW it might get messy because she's still under contract, but in 3 months the show will be in hiatus (how convenient, as if she'll be ready then anyway).

Wendy's contract was not renewed so she won't be back bigger and brighter or any way at all. I don't think Debmar Mercury owes her a thing--they are free to sign Sherri or anyone else to a show. It will no longer be called the Wendy Williams Show.

I don't know if Wendy has the rights to any of the show's formats or not (meaning hot topics, shoe cam, Trendy at Wendy, ask Wendy, etc.) I wouldn't think so but who knows. I remember when David Letterman left NBC they wouldn't let him take certain bits with him (like the name Larry Bud Melman) saying those things were the "intellectual property" of the network.

The way I see it, the only way Wendy will be back on the air is if she gets a deal with another production company to produce it. Considering her recent track record, good luck with that. And if she sues Debmar Mercury, another reason no one else will want to touch her.

And who does an interview with Entertainment Tonight with audio but no video?

The interview was for Good Morning America (also weird to do audio only for).  I just mentioned Entertainment Tonight because they covered the interview as their top story and were mostly fawning over Wendy as usual.

I wholeheartedly agree w/ everything you said. But, remember this statement a few months back?:

That part about "she has been assured by Debmar-Mercury..." leads me to think she's going to sue. I mean, a person can sue for anything, it doesn't mean they will win. The question is exactly how did they "assure" her? Is it in writing?

Word on the street is Wendy is back on cocaine & liquor & trying desperately to sober up. That's why she said "give me 3 months." There was even a bit of total speculation that she was under the influence conducting business w/ Wells Fargo & that was the basis of them freezing her bank account. Allegedly.

I would be very surprised if they put any "assurances" in writing which would override whatever was in their contract. And anything verbal would not change the contract. But maybe they did give assurances at some point in time, but so did Wendy (remember when she was going to return in February?) . She's still pulling her BS - I'm ready! Oh well, in 3 months that is. I can't imagine any contract that wouldn't cover prolonged absences and how they would be handled. Yeah, Wendy can sue but I don't see a case there.

I don't doubt for a minute that her problems are drugs, alcohol and mental issues. I don't want to dismiss problems from Graves Disease, but I think those can be managed and would not totally disable her. Especially after all this time. I don't know who she thinks she's fooling.

Wendy speaks *in a video!* on her Instagram:

She talks about the Wells Fargo lawsuit & some nameless health issue.

Here's another link, with slightly longer video. But, doesn't really add much:

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10645631/Wendy-Williams-responds-guardianship-Wells-Fargo-said-incompetent-person.html

I copied the part of the article that is a transcript of what Wendy said:

*******************

Wendy Williams posted a rambling video to her Instagram account on Wednesday afternoon as she pleaded with Wells Fargo bank to 'give back her money'.

During a three minute long rant she called out her former financial adviser from Fargo, Lori Schiller, and her former manager Bernie Young, 75, whom she fired earlier this year.

'My thing is that I've been asking questions about my money and suddenly Lori Schiller has got no response regarding my money. I want my money, it's not fair and Wells Fargo has no questions and answers with regarding my money. This is not fair and Lori Schiller and Wells Fargo have this guardianship petition about keeping me away from my money, this is not right!' the 57-year-old TV host began.

'I know for a fact that Bernie Young used my American Express card to hire an attorney to file a petition against me that was done with my American Express card. This is not fair anymore,' Williams continued, as she appeared to tear up as she spoke of the alleged actions of her former manager.

'You're no good and this is not fair at all,' she said as she blasted Young.

Wendy Williams posted a rambling video to Instagram on Wednesday explaining that she wants access to her money and that Wells Fargo is barring her from it

'Then there's this person. This… a former doctor… had medical information about me that I never even got! It was sent over to Lori Schiller. So I haven't gotten this stuff,' she claimed, briefly touching on her health issues.

'All I wanna know is where is my money? This is not right and certainly not fair,' Williams continued to repeat. 'Wells Fargo has used all the stuff to create guardianship over me. The New York court system is being weird to me.

'Without evidence, they took all of this information and continued with what's going on with me, based on what Well Fargo is doing,' she claimed.

'This is not fair....Wells Fargo please let me have access to my money this is not right and again this is not fair, have a pleasant day thank you.'

****************

I dunno. She sounds rambling & repetitive & could have been better prepared; a bit flaky. But, I don't see grounds for "unsound mind," for people who are not related to her, to block her from own bank account.

Very repetitive and soundiing more like someone who's had a bit too much to drink and can't find the words to express herself.

Kelvin Hunter also spoke on social media about Wendy, the outside child he had on her, his baby mama, annd... apparently A LOT of other things---- because this video is AN HOUR!

Personally, I can't. But, I posted it for anyone who is interested & would like to tell us about it.

Sherrells World on YouTube summarizes it. Eye opening and very, very sad.

There is so much more to this continuing, boring saga of "poor Wendy". Wendy is a liar so maybe, someday some of the truth will come to light but for now, I don't believe a word she says.

And for the love of god, get rid of that hideous Barbie pink lipstick Wendy. You DON'T look like a 25 year old. You look like an old, crazy woman desperately trying to be young.

On another gossip site, I saw a rumor that Bernie and the financial advisor tried to freeze Wendy's bank account because they saw her taking out vast amounts of cash to pay what they thought were drug dealers, etc.

I'm not surprised. You know something weird was happening that triggered the attention of the bank and the financial advisor.

I did a little googling because I wanted to see if anyone had a recap of Kelvin's youtube. Didn't want to listen to him drone on for an hour. Among the things I read here and there: she was withdrawing $15k a day from her accounts, her 21 year old son has power of attorney, her former manager was involved in the bank issue, and that he's filed a petition to become her legal guardian.

So, I'm thinking either Wendy was withdrawing all this money, or her son is dipping into it. Wouldn't be surprised if Kelvin is "advising" him. Oh, and that Kelvin sued Debmar-Mercury for wrongful termination and is asking for something like $10 million. But maybe that's old news and I just forgot about it.

They're all shady, money grubbing, fame whores. I'm sure Kevin junior learned a lot of shifty, egregious behavior from mom and dad. And I doubt the son is this clean, college scholar who does nothing wrong like Wendy portrays him.  It seems like he's been in college for a long time but never graduates. I wonder what he is majoring in at college?

Yeah, I don't think I would trust any 21 year old with a power of attorney, but he's all she has right now. And I'm sure Kelvin Sr. is in the mix somehow. The kid looked pretty normal in this pic but I did notice those gold chains, like he's gangsta! haha. Also thought about how much they cost with the price of gold these days. I'm sure he's living quite large as long as he sucks up to mommy.

If Wendy lets her ex-husband come back into her life and take over her finances, that would prove to me beyond all doubt that she has lost it.  This guy scammed her, cheated on her, lied to her, used her money on another woman, made her look like a fool to the world with his sidepiece and baby, etc.   I wonder who made the move - did Wendy call him for help or did Kevin ring her and say "I can help you".   Either way, this is a match made in hell.  [Is Sharina on the side, waiting with a gleam in her eye?]

Wendy should ask around to her rich, successful friends and get some recs for business/financial advisors with good reputations and let a professional handle her stuff, not her ex or her barely-out-of-his-teens son, neither of whom have any formal business education or background to straighten out the mess that Wendy's life has become.  All these decisions just scream that she is not well and the circus of the Williams/Hunter family will continue.

How about her father? I thought he was highly educated and successful. Why hasn't he had anything to say or do to help his charming daughter?

Kevin junior is probably out buying more gold chains, weed, Courvoiser, Patron, escorts.

The problem with getting business/financial advisors is that Wendy fired her long-time financial advisor, and her long-time manager. And now they both feel she needs a conservatorship or legal guardian. So I doubt she would trust someone new. Her father is elderly and I've never heard a thing about her sister, so I'm guessing they're not close. Her brother seems like a hanger-on.

So that leaves Big Kev and Little Kev. She is used to having Big Kev handle everything for her, and I think she would allow him back into her financial affairs, if only to have him back in her life. She never wanted the divorce and probably would have been ok looking the other way forever. Of course the baby changed everything but I think it was Kev who wanted out. If she can get out of this thing with Wells Fargo, I bet she'll turn things over to the Kevs. Not smart, but she's turned everything into a mess on her own. I think she really is that desperate.

At this point, Wendy may feel betrayed by the people she thought she could trust (Bernie, etc), and Kevin Sr. stepping up looks like a light in the darkness.   Who knows if he's sincere or a snake, but he must have said the right things and/or Wendy is grasping at any straw in the ocean that looks promising.  Again, I think it will all crash and burn.

And he may very well have done all that, but Wendy allowed it to happen and continually said that "everything is okay in Hunterville".  She should have left the weasel many years earlier and found her self-esteem. Perhaps some therapy would also have allowed her to be in a much better place mentally AND physically, but she chose to hang onto a loser. And if she does it again, then she needs to be institutionalized.

Wendy had lunch with "friends"  who are actually her niece and the niece's bf (I wonder how much she paid them?) Oh wait, I forgot. She has NO MONEY. Wells Fargo stole it! 😂

And the other "friend" was "entertainment anchor Baruch Shemtov." You might ask yourself: WHO the f is Baruch? I Googled (I have the day off! Lol) All I know is he is a 34 year old "entertainment reporter" (in New York) and quite possibly IMO desperately trying to stay in the public entertainment spotlight.

At 34 he knows his career potential in this cutthroat industry is close to OVER. Hitch your wagon to any fizzling out star that you can. Even if it's kookoo WW.

Wendy isn't "coming back", she's "going away" all by her own actions. Sherri will debut her own show as planned in the fall and WW can't do a damn thing about it. And SS will show up for work every day, days a week with no "medical hiatus" emergencies. Sherri will be kind and appreciative towards all of the WW employees. They deserve it.

So goodbye and good riddance what's her name!

Wendy had this guy Baruch on the show numerous times, doing gossip segments.  I remember him due to his unusual name.  As soon as I read the link dropped by @iwantcookies, my first thought was that Wendy's "friends" sure sold her out fast.  They go to lunch and the next thing is some blabbermouth selling the dirt to some gossip site.  Knowing this Baruch yenta was there, there is little doubt he will spill your private conversations.

The only other thing I can think of why this tidbit got out is that Wendy wants to keep her name in the public and wants to keep floating that she WILL be back on TV, in case there is some wacko who wants to take a chance on giving her a shot.

I wasn't a regular watcher of WW once she decided to become an arrogant, animal abusing, self-proclaimed "celebrity" so I don't remember this guy Baruch.

However, it is kind of interesting how much we are seeing and hearing from WW now that she's realizing she is yesterday's news. She thought she was untouchable and nobody could replace her. 😂

Haha yeah I'm sure there's some production company out there just dying to sign someone who skipped the entire last season of her contract, has rumored alcohol/substance abuse issues or dementia, and is currently involved in two court cases where both her bank and former manager allege she is incompetent and needs a legal guardian to look after her and her financial affairs.

She should take a cue from Bruce Willis and admit she has cognitive/health issues and is therefore retiring from public life.

Oh good Lord.  It seems like this tabacle is going on for the last ten years.  Enough already.  She’s not coming back.  Too many ailments.  Who is she kidding?  She’s not the only one that can spill the dirt.  Michael Rapaport did a great job .. too bad he didn’t get it.  He was enjoyable IMO.  Knew everyone in the business.

I haven't watched in a while but stopped by for a hot minute earlier this week and Sherri was doing the same shtick that she was doing the last time I tuned in months ago - how hard up she is for a man.  Today she was drooling over actor Rege Jean Page from Bridgerton and she kept talking about how she was "manifesting" her last egg over him.   Ugh!  Then she gave a list of all the other celebs she would like to manifest for.   Puke and goodbye.

It seems like this crap is going on forever.  Like years already.  Now, we have to wait until the fall for someone new to come on, whoever that may be.  There’s nothing good on here on the east coast at that time slot.

What’s the 411?

I don’t really watch this show and haven’t gotten past a minute or two with SS. So from what I’ve read is that SS is getting her own show in September. Now, is there still a WW show whether WW returns in September (in theory) or will a whole other show be build around another person? Confused and curious.

I was out today. I’ll try to catch him tomorrow. I enjoy his hosting.
