Back to the gym with her dad.  Is that tire exercise really a thing people do as a workout?

Sledge hammer slams are definitely a thing, and they're a good work out when they're done effectively but it's definitely not something I'd suggest to Whit and her dad.

I've never heard of tyre carries though... usually you'd flip it end to end.

Whitney, responding on instagram to questions about why she doesn't feel complimented when people say on her workout videos that she looks thinner (although she's now claiming to weigh 350) and why she doesn't compliment others for weight loss:

Quote

I don’t consider looking slim a cause for congrats— strong/happy/powerful, maybe? . . . I’m not trying to lose weight by working out. I work out because it makes me strong and happy. . . .

If I lose weight in the process, that’s what it is, but it’s not my objective. If my objective was losing weight (as it was for about 25 years of my life even when I weight 100 lbs), I would be working out solely to see my weight go down, and would feel like a failure if it didn’t. I would also try to lose weight at all costs and actually HARM my body in the process (for example, restricting calories to an unhealthy level or purging). I’ve been there, done that. Weight loss for the sake of weight loss is not for me.

So, because Whitney (a) allegedly suffered from body dysmorphia as a girl;  (b) allegedly developed eating disorders when she first tried losing weight, and (c) ultimately failed to the tune of 380* lbs. on a 5' 2" body , no one else is allowed to feel a sense of achievement for intentional weight loss? After all the therapy she's had, she still doesn't get that one can intentionally lose weight without "HARMING" (emphasis in the original) one's body in the process? The narcissism is strong in this one.

*She's claiming she weighs 350 lbs. now on one of her instagram Q&As. For someone who doesn't care about her weight, she sure jumped fast to correct someone whose posted question assumed that Whitney weighed over 400 lbs.

I've seen the tire flipping on TV. Can you tell me what their purpose is?

Tire carrying is not good for the back or knees but then she is a true athlete.

Done correctly, tire flips work the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, traps, triceps.... pretty much all the muscles in the posterior kinetic chain.

Whitney does NOT do them correctly.

350 looks right to me. She really does look like she has lost some weight. Its not only from working out, though. PCOS works against you if you work out or not. You can literally run the whole day and you will still gain weight if you eat sugar or carbs so I think she may have changed her diet. What do you guys think?

I think she may weigh 350 #s now; she does look less flabby here & there. But I also think she weighed well over 380 #s at last year's HI vacation & she has never admitted that. I still believe all the exercise videos have been to assure TPTB @ TLC that'll she has the stamina to complete a season's worth of filming. All that crap about her exercising bc it makes her happy is just that -- crap. She will never be happy as long as she refuses to acknowledge that her weight is keeping her from enjoying many of the things she so desperately wants, e.g., an intimate relationship with a man who is not a fat fetishist.

Let's start small and start with "caring for her body herself" - if I remember correctly she can't even shave the backside of her calves herself anymore.

Wow. I read some of the comments on that IG post. She really ripped into someone who DARED to suggest that she try Weight Watchers. Her comments were very telling: pretty much, "I'm not interested in losing weight, that's not what I'm about."

What a jagoff.

I loved Twit's claim in response to that fan that she has been offered 6-figure contracts from firms like WW to be their spokesperson. But, of course, she had to remain true to her values & turned them all down.

Sure, she did.

With smaller tires it's something I've done on an obstacle course. Usually though the carries are sandbag, wreck bag, or bucket.

Interesting that we start commenting here about the sudden total disappearance of any video evidence that she's been near a gym, and what do you know... new workout post on IG. It's like her social media is a direct response to the criticism here.

Now she has a vid up labeled "to all my haters." She's riding a jet ski screeching " you're so jealous...."

No, Twit, I'm not. I'm your mother's age, but I can run circles around you. I can actually DANCE. I'm about to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary. I can shop in a grocery store without using a cart. So why the hell would I be jealous of you?

(PS....What you actually mean is that we are ENVIOUS. People are ENVIOUS of what others have; people are JEALOUS when they have something that others try to take. Although modern usage has conflated the two words, they actually have different meanings.)

I think she lacks foresight. I can't imagine having a reality show come along at this age: when you get your career rolling,  marry, have kids, set-up a life.

She isnt doing that, distracted by short lived, small time fame and a few years of attention. TLC will milk this a few more seasons and then drop her, the entertainment industry wont care about her. She'll be a 40 year old has-been and have to start over. I dont think she's making much money, she'll have to get a job and swallow her pride. A cute 29 year old 380lber has enough trouble dating, how will a 40 year old one do?

Truly a depressing post-TLC future awaits her.

To be truly disgusted, instead of viewing the benign photos she posted, click on her face in the circle next to her name on IG.

You will be treated to visions of Tal porno-dancing & Buddy lying on a deck in all his hairy obesity. Then, for the icing on the cake, Twit pretends to fuck the steering handle of a jet ski.

Buddy sure is around Twit & Tal a lot these days for someone in recovery. I guess he has replaced Heather as Twit's BFF.

Heather is still around; she posted a comment to Twit's IG page.

And she is telling fa ns she still has several more months of filming, which surprises me since I thought they wrapped up in Aug.

Yeah, they want to adopt now. They ran out of drama so they will try to adopt but it just wont happen. Whitney will cry "is it bc Im fat", make this about body shame and the next season will be over. You saw the camera man in one of the pics? I think they may be already filming the next season.

The jetski goes so slow, I lold at that. Since when is diabetes and health problems something to be jealous about though. Whitney will get a reality check at the doctors in the near future. If she hasnt already.

Btw the adoption thing really irks me. I wonder if Im the only one. Its a child and not a movie prop. They wont be able to adopt, we know that already. Nobody in his right mind would give Whitney a child - shes still one herself and she wont be around long if she doesnt get her weight down a little. She cant care for her own body anymore - how would she care for a child? They will exploit this just like they did with her "pregnancy". I bet TLC would wet itself if she really was pregnant and they could exploit the pain of being pregnant at that weight. Uff.

Jealous? No, you can't take what I've got. As Ahhhnold said, a well built physique cannot be stolen.

Envious? No. I, too, can ride a jet ski. The big difference is that it goes a lot faster when I'm on it because I am not the size of more than two people. I can actually jump it and do tricks.

While Shitney's putting up videos online of herself trying to feel good by getting attention, I will keep training my ass off and feel good because I went  the fuck out there and earned a finisher medal by pushing my own body to perform beyond what I thought my limitations were. I'll look like utter hell in all the pictures and the videos and it will be so far beyond worth it because I will have done so much more than just sit my ass on the back of a machine.

Damn Whitney, you caught me. I’ve been happily married to super sexy Mr. Judgy for over 15 years. We have a gorgeous (yes, I’m biased) and healthy 6 year old Little Judgy.  We are debt free and go on 1-2 fun vacations a year.  I am in better health now than I was in high school and can run a 10k with ease. I can shave my own legs and wipe my own ass.  But yes, I am envious that you got to ride a jet ski.

I have a home on the shore of a Great Pond (New England for "lake") and the shorefront property owners long ago agreed to ban the use of  jet skis to preserve the peaceful atmosphere. So, far from being jealous of Whitney as she plods along, braying and shrieking on her noisy and over-burdened jet ski, I am quite contentedly sipping my coffee while planning to head out to the small island in the middle of the pond in my kayak for a picnic lunch. Sorry to puncture your delusions, Whit!

But Ketzel, it would be physically impossible for Whit to sit in or on a kayak.  You must not deny her a plodding jet ski ride.

I'm sure somewhere there's someone making plus size kayaks. :-)  I doubt she'd garner enough sympathy from the property owners to win a repeal of the jet ski ban. (The braying laugh is obnoxious enough, but combined with the salacious tongue-sticking-out faces she makes in that video, she's a really revolting presence in the middle of that pretty lake.)

OK, I found a Lifetime Sport Fisher kayak.  Designed to hold 3 people or one 500 pound person.  Still, getting on and off it without flipping would be a major challenge.  I'd like to see those outtakes!

I'm envious of YOU , Cherenkov, because you're able to do all these amazing races. I'm working my way back, but I doubt that my hip will ever let me do much more than a 5K. :(   But by golly, I can still lift heavy, and I can still swim a couple miles.

Do what you can do! I am nowhere near the fastest person on the course, ever. I walk a lot on trails because I'm uncoordinated and trip over roots and rocks and shit like crazy if I try to go too fast. I have been thrown over an obstacle. What matters is not how fast you go but that you keep going forward.

Shitney doesn't get that. Her recent workout IG post is all about just needing attention. She posted it once enough of us talked about the total absence of evidence that she's still working out. And it, like the others, is no real workout. It's evident from her no-effort shitty form. I really question the trainers who have aligned their names with her. I certainly wouldn't hire them to coach me.

Twit really needs to get those front teeth filed down.

Her hair has looked better in the past couple of years. I think she must have been installing the extensions herself the first seasons bc I can't imagine a stylist using Scotch tape.

I actually have tape in extensions and they are awesome. I can see where, on tv, the tape looks like scotch tape but it's not. If applied properly, they will stay in for 8 weeks. Mine are hotheads but there may be other brands. I prefer them to the glue-in extensions because they are easier to brush and style and much less prone to tangling. You also can re=use them (I have mine taken out to have my own hair colored, then I have them put back in). Glue-in extensions are good for one use only. It is difficult, though, to put your hair up without them showing (my stylist can do it but I haven't mastered it yet). I can do a low ponytail and they don't show - basically gathering my hair at the nape of my neck - but if I pull the ponytail high enough to get my hair off my neck, at least one or two of them will show.

My point - she could have had tape-in extensions that were put in by a stylist but were visible when she pulled her hair into a ponytail.

And the caption on the photo is:  "How many cameras do you spot in this photo?"

I'm more interested in knowing how many strong people were holding onto the other end of that rope.

Back to the jet ski discussion.  I couldn't figure out what type of life preserver she was wearing, so while sipping my morning coffee, I started googling.  I think she was wearing two CUSHIONS - one in the front and one in the back.  (Pictures below.)  Because the place where she skied may not have had plus-sized vests on-site (although they do make them).  But, really, is there any way she would NOT float on her own?

ETA:  Adding a photo of an old married, not-skinny couple on a jet ski.  Wearing real life vests.  And we went FAST.  I was in my mid-60s, he was over 70.  At the rate she's going, Twit should be jealous of THAT.

I found a site that has one that looks like what she's wearing....and it fits up to 70" circumference so she shouldn't have a problem. According to the site, no one makes supersize life jackets for women.  Brand name Full Throttle.

There are places to buy 5X life vests.  I've never known that they are a gender-specific product.

If I deserve to buy a few gallons of gasoline to pour on my drawers, so be it, but my first thought is that that second ladder on the floor, over on the left side, was used to help Whitney climb up to the height she's shown at on the rock pillar, because I can't see the woman who can't put on her own shoes because her stomach and thighs are in the way, being able to bend her legs in a far enough range of motion to defy gravity and push at least 350 pounds away from the earth using nothing but her hands and feet.

Good point!  Why do we get video of her sitting on a jet ski which is moving, but no VIDEO of her climbing up that wall?  Even if she didn't use the tall ladder on the left, I'm suspecting there may have been a smaller ladder or step stool that got her to where she was.  One can almost imagine her screaming, "Hurry up and get the picture.  I'm slipping!!!!"

I hereby promise to eat my words and apologize if they show her actually attaining that height on her own.

Twit is not climbing the wall.  Notice how taunt the cable is, she is being hoisted into position by a crane.  No way would any of those ladders support her enormous weight or would she be able to get to that position on her own.  Heck, she can not the her own shoes or wipe her as s without assistance from another.

ITA. I can picture the camera in a closeup of one Twit foot stepping on the first rock, then a cut to where she is in the still photo, gotten there by the lift. Then she starts braying & blubbering & demanding help getting down. In her TH she repeats her mantra about never being a wussy & offers some lame explanation as to why she couldn't complete the climb. (That explanation will not include the fact that she is too overweight to manage such a climb, or that her knees can't take the pressure on them.)
