Alexis thinks she is so much better than Shannon. She even said that Shannon could be her mother to bother her (hardly- she is 47, Shannon is 60). She is the kind of woman who thinks that men are the innocent party, and she would never take the side of a woman.

Lesley has taken out a domestic violence restraining order against him, threats were made against Lesley’s ex, he’s been verbally abusive, and Lesley got custody of their kid. He sounds scary.

They upgraded to a $12 million oceanfront house recently because his business is very successful. She asked the court to force him out of the house, and pay for her expenses. 

He said that Lesley is angry and accused him of verbal abuse because he cut off the unlimited spending ability on her credit cards over the weekend.

I think that's also a majority opinion. Shannon seems like a lot but a good human at her core. I don't know if the same could be said about David. I think he probably gets away with a lot because of his looks and money.

Nope.  I find him attractive.  But he is too short and I hate his voice. Kinda like how I feel about David Beckham. One the mouth is open and I hear the voice it is no bueno.

I am watching one of the early eps from this season.  Shannon is going over her DUI and talks about all of her 1sts that happened that night:  DUI, concussion etc.  I just also watched the episode at Miraval when Kelly hit Shannon on the head and she had to go to urgent care. Blamed Kelly then for giving her a mild concussion. I DO believe when Tamra says Shannon lies all the time.  Here is an example, although small.

Speaking of age, Alexis said Shannon "could be her mother." I instantly thought that was an odd thing to say, because 13-year-olds are not usually having babies. I figure John must be a bit younger than Shannon, but I just found out he is actually a bit older than Shannon! Shannon is 60, and he is almost 62. How come John isn't old enough to be her dad then? 🤔

YES! I have been seeing it for years.  I know a lot of folks thought Shannon kicked ass at the reunion but she looked like an angry drunk who bought into her own hype to me.  Plus, how hard is to take on someone like Alexis? Bless her heart, but she is almost Forrest Gump.

It said nothing about the terms of the settlement. Did they both ever sign a NDA? Did she cave and pay more than the $75k? 
I think JJ used Alexis to scare the crap out of Shannon (the we have videos of you) during this season to get a fatter settlement because he was unable to do so without consequences in the eyes of the law (not a lawyer here). She will whine about this forever. Time to send her a cheese casserole to go with it.
