3 p.m. reruns-

Drinks, Baseball and a Bailout!-Defendant is accused on not paying ex-girlfriend plaintiff for a loan to buy a car, and claims they had a fight, and she put him out, so the subsequent DUI was her fault.    Plaintiff put down payment on car for defendant, Defendant says plaintiff would only pay down payment, and other fees on car she approved of.    $3300 for a Chrysler 300, defendant only had $2500, leaving $1800 from plaintiff.    Couple broke up because plaintiff was a control freak, leading to his DUI, but claims he didn't drive.    Plaintiff bailed out defendant after DUI.   Plaintiff claims man paid various amounts, and kept no record of payments.

 $1500 for plaintiff.

Sibling Squatter?-Plaintiffs (parents of five) rented a room to a relative (wife's sister), and claim he skipped out on the rent, and hoarded trash in their home.    However, room wasn't rerented, by plaintiffs after this.  Defendant brother ran into a bad patch, and rented room in sister's house.     The defendant lived there for $400 a month, paid cash, lived there June to February.     The house was a rental, and while plaintiff's were in Wyoming, brother, mother, and other relatives lived there, didn't pay utilities, or rent.     Defendant claims the relatives were all current on utilities, but then admits they weren't.     The next summer defendant didn't pay full rent after April.  (defendant claims he paid entire house rent for plaintiffs for April).    I'm officially confused.      Then defendant moved out for two months, but plaintiffs dispute that, and claim the defendant invoked squatters rights.  $800 for plaintiffs.   Bet they have a fun family reunion, and Thanksgiving Dinner in that family.

Headlock Truck Fight!-Defendant was buying truck from plaintiff, and plaintiff was buying another truck from defendant at the same time.    They got in a fight, plaintiff supposedly attacked the defendant, and scratched his cornea     Plaintiff claims he owed nothing to defendant, but defendant claims that's wrong.      Plaintiff has medical records, since he won the fight, the defendant had no medical records.     There was a police incident report, from when the defendant took the truck, and the supposed assault happened on 2 August, but medical records say treatment was at the end of July, before the assault happened.       There are toll ticket fees on defendant's truck from July to August when he repo'd truck.    I'm not only confused, I hate both of these fools.

$1400 to plaintiff, $7.25 to defendant (next time bring proof you fool).

Drive-Through of Shame!-Google eyed defendant is alleged to have hit the plaintiff's car, while the plaintiff's car was parked.   Plaintiff thought the defendant was injured or dead, but apparently he always looks like he's in distress.   Plaintiff says defendant (former friend), slammed into his car while it was parked.    Early in the morning, the plaintiff's car was parked in his driveway, and there was a huge kaboom, with defendant in his car, draped over the steering wheel.     I don't know what plaintiff does for a living, but I hope it's nothing requiring brains, because he's rather vacant.

Defendant claims he wasn't driving that day, so I guess the plaintiff doesn't recognize someone he's related to (they have cousins in common, or something), and has known for years.    The police caught the defendant's girlfriend driving the car shortly after, ratted out by his girlfriend (cousin of plaintiff).    Defendant got citation for fleeing the scene of an accident, case was heard, and he plead guilty, but plaintiff claims they dropped the charges.

Defendant had no insurance, what a shock.    $5000 to plaintiff.

5 p.m., both episodes reruns-

Kicked Back Home to Saudi Arabia?!-Defendant, the roommate of plaintiff for five years, is accused of selling the car belonging to the plaintiff, when plaintiff had to go home to Saudi Arabia.     Defendant sent property to dump right before plaintiff came back.   Car was sold by neighbor, and defendant claims he didn't do it.

Witness of plaintiff talks about the car, and plaintiff gave defendant permission to sell the car, but defendant kept the money, $2,000   .    Defendant claims buyer drove the car to the mechanic on flat tires.   Defendant claims he took the money for the car for room rent for plaintiff, still owing $400.

Plaintiff's witness needs to shut the heck up.   Nobody gets anything.

Wake Up! You're a Squatter!-Plaintiff was renting a room for $1100, the house changed owners, and they were told to move on July 30, to be out by 30 August.   Plaintiff is suing the former tenant, who collected rent for the first owner.      Plaintiff stopped paying, and is still in the house, and is litigating her move out with the house owner.     Plaintiff's picture is on the dictionary entry under "Squatter".      Another professional tenant, who knows that owners and landlords will be extorted to get them out without eviction, that the tenant will tie up in housing court forever.

Plaintiff/squatter is trying to sue former manager/tenant for security deposit, when she hasn't paid rent for over six months at the time of the filming.  Guess who is going to get zippo?    Yes, squatter / plaintiff is extorting current owner to let her live there rent free until 31 December.

Son Spits in Father's Face!-The most hateable jerk on this show in years, the son in this case.  Plaintiff/son was staying in apartment financed by father, when ungrateful son got fired (he says quit, because his hours were cut) the father told him to leave.  The rent was $200 a month.  Plaintiff was complaining to the father, and told him he quit.   Dad/defendant told son to get another job, or even several part time jobs.     ( I love the dad's bow tie, and suspenders, but hate his beard).

Plaintiff apparently has Tourette's.      A fight resulted, the son spit in father's face while the police were escorting the defendant out, and off to jail.    The defendant/father just got out of the hospital when everything happened, and son spit in his father's face.     The plaintiff claims a huge TV he owned stayed behind, iPhone, speakers, 3 controllers for games, and other stuff.   However the roommate, who is not in court, and was still in the apartment.

Roommate of plaintiff still lives in the apartment.     Counterclaim by defendant/father is damage to door from son trying to break in, and son, of course, says he doesn't know how the door broke.   Door costs $319, plus labor, gets $400.

Son / plaintiff was charged with assault for spitting in father's face when police were taking him out.

Ex-Fiances Cut Their Losses!-Plaintiff suing ex-fiance for half cost of ring, car payments, insurance, and damages.    They moved into an apartment together after high school, and lived there a little over a year.    Defendant works as a bus aide for special needs students on the family bus business, and was fired.    Defendant stopped paying for car because he got fired by the family business.   Both cars, and insurance were in plaintiff's name.   Plaintiff is told to sell the ring.

Defendant admits he drove the cars, and then stopped paying bills when he quit the family business, and says he wasn't fired.       Then he moved back in with Mommy, and I bet she was thrilled.   Defendant claims the plaintiff forced him to buy the second car, and sell his truck he owned before that.        Defendant says the plaintiff paid almost all of the bills, so he thinks he should have to pay more.     Plaintiff gets $1190 for car, insurance, extra money for breaking lease, and apartment damages.

(Tomorrow is the Chief Warrant Officer [serves warrants for the county, near Mobile AL as I recall] bitten by dogs while delivering summons.   Some people on here suggested dog attacks like this are why you see delivery people punting or throwing packages from the truck door).

I thought she added a lot to the case, even tough she talked a bit too much and her opinion of the plaintiff's responsibility was misguided.  She also seems like a pretty good friend to this goof and I respect that.  JJ was about to dismiss the entire matter until she presented the text message evidence that proved the defendant sold the car and was lying about it.  Talk about your Odd Couples. How this Saudi Andy Kaufman ever got mixed up with that over stuffed wise ass dullard and his Sasquatch uncle is a mystery I'd like to solve.

3 p.m. reruns (lucky I remember these, since my cable just came back on)-

When Bed Bugs Bite!-Deadbeat tenant claims she didn't pay because there were bed bugs, and all kinds of other issues.  Red Cross paid her security deposit. (I didn't know they did that).     Landlady had pest control in to look for bed bugs.   Defendant man claims he slipped and broke the kitchen stove, and other damages were done by evil elves I guess.    Landlady has before move in, and after move out pictures, at last someone who is a professional homeowner.    I hope the landlady got a bundle, but got interrupted at the end.

Dying Son, Deadbeat Dad?-Defendant being sued for airline ticket to see dying son, that he hadn't seen in over 20 years (dying son is in the plaintiff witness chair), and ex let him stay at her place.     Plaintiff said he would pay what he could when he could.  Son looks healthier than dad does.  Defendant actually adopted son of ex-wife when son was 8, and they separated when the son was 14,.  Father looks in worse shape than the son ever did.      Plaintiff will get plane ticket $441, minus $50 from defendant, another one for $30=$361 to plaintiff.

Pregnant Cow Cover-Up!?-Woman claims cow has tree growing in it's nasal cavity, fortunately, no pictures.    Plaintiff purchased cow from defendant, cow was supposed to be pregnant.    Plaintiff wanted to return cow, because it either wasn't pregnant, or lost the pregnancy (not uncommon in cows).     The cow was a replacement for another cow that got pneumonia from a tree growing in her nasal cavity, or a polyp, and the old cow needed IV drugs, and would lose the calf, or have antibiotic pills,    The first cow was going to be kept in agony until December, and then they would pull the calf, and then treat the cow.     I freaking hate the plaintiff.

After cow #1 was sick, plaintiff bought cow #2, supposed to be pregnant.    Plus, cow #2 was supposed to be seven months pregnant, but vet saw the cow in October (one or two months after due date).   Plaintiff agreed cow looked seven months pregnant.     In August the cow bred with a bull, meaning she's not pregnant.   Plaintiff is telling JJ all kinds of information she doesn't want to hear, from her many years of being a vet tech.       Plaintiff called defendant five days after purchase, and wanted a refund.      Vet didn't see the cow until two months later.

Sorry, a vet visit would have been appropriate to detect pregnancy before woman bought the cow.    Apparently the world's oldest vet tech didn't know a pregnant cow either.

Plaintiff gets refund $1200, and she still wants food and board for cow for four months, and didn't get it.

The Disappearing Tax Refund!-Ex-girlfriend is accused of spending a man's tax refund.  Defendant ex-gf admits she had the deposit in her account.   Plaintiff's tax refund went into defendant's bank account by the father who does the family tax refunds.      The direct deposit went to the right accounts a few years in a row, when they lived together the first year, the next refund (after the plaintiff and defendant split up), father did the tax return and accidentally put the refund in the defendant's account.     Defendant has lame excuses, but she kept a refund that wasn't hers.

Plaintiff get $960

5 p.m. reruns-

Alabama Crackheads Beware!-Defendant's pit bull bites Chief Warrant Officer (man who serves legal warrants near Mobile, AL) while he is serving a warrant.       There were two other dogs chained, but couldn't get to plaintiff, and when he went in yard the other dog bit him.     Defendant has eight dogs outside on chains, because of local crackheads, and claims the dogs are fine with his nine kids.

Those look like pit crosses to me, not English Bulldogs.    CWO McCullen (I think that's his name) says the dog didn't have rabies shots until the day after the bite.    Sorry JJ, but process servers are supposed to serve the person, not just run away like a chicken.   The city ordnance also says pits have to be penned, not on a chain.     They went to court about the dog pen issue, and defendant was found guilty.    Plaintiff says there are two more dogs, chained on the property, and not penned according to law.   JJ didn't say anything about the rabies shots either.   $   I think the plaintiff got some money but I was so ticked about the decision, I'm not sure what it was.

Rib Bones Sicken Puppy!-Plaintiff claims the defendant gave puppy rib bones that made puppy sick. The Husky puppy required surgery, and wants $4k, for vet bills.     Plaintiff told defendant to leave her dog alone, and defendant took the dog out of the room it was in, and the dog got into rib bones.  Defendant later admitted why the dog was sick, and said the dog got into rib bones.

However, idiot witness of plaintiff volunteers that he fed his brother's dog bones before.  He also claims he saw the dog being near the rib bones.   Idiot witness gave rib bones to his brother's dog, when defendant came outside with the plaintiff's dog, and dog grabbed the rib bone from the other dog.     I suspect the witness is full of it.   Plaintiff gets nothing.

Random Vandalism or Hillary Clinton Attack?-This is the Austin area case, where the woman's Toyota Highlander was parked at the giant movie theater multiplex, and defendant scratched the daylights out of her car.   There was a 6' plus scratch on one side, and a 2' scratch on the other side.    There was curb on the passenger side, and the aisle was on the driver's side.

The witness thought the defendant had locked his keys in his car, and she heard the loud scratching noise.    The witness saw one of the scratches on the car, the man walked toward the theater, met a couple of people, and they walked back to the man's car, and got in.      Witness wrote down the license plate number, and the police found him.

The bizarre fact is the defendant didn't stay for the movie, but went to another theater instead.

JJ has girlfriend of defendant wait outside.

Plaintiff claims she never saw the defendant before, had no encounters, or parking issues with him.

Plaintiff had a Hillary bumper sticker, and it is suspect that it  may have been the motive for the attack on the car.

Defendant claims he got the wrong theater, with a similar name, and the witness/girlfriend looked up the movie time and theater.

Defendant girlfriend testifies that she didn't look up anything about the movie.  She also says they've been at that specific multiplex half a dozen times.      Defendant went and parked the car, at the end of the parking lot.     They went to the other theater, bought tickets, and the theater was full, so they didn't see the movie.   What a bunch of liars.

Plaintiff gets $2,626.22 and JJ thanks the plaintiff's witness.

I had a rental home with great tenants.  They paid on time and were in house almost 5 years.  Then I get the call that they have bed bugs.  I went over there and the house was packed to the ceiling with stuff.  The husband had drilled holes in the walls trying to "find" the bed bugs.  Heres me thinking "Ummmm bedbugs would most likely be in the BED".  It was awful.  I did not even want to walk into the bedroom it was so bad.  The side of their mattress was BLACK with bedbug eggs?  Feces?  It was so gross.  they tried to tell me they have had them all 5 years they were there.  Really?  They were nice people but I had to have them move so I could get rid of bedbugs and sold home.  I was surprised when we did walk through every thing was gone.  I totally expected to get a dumpster in driveway to get rid of stuff they left (garage was slam full of boxes, junk etc).  But nope, every scrap of paper they had was gone.  They left nothing behind.  That in itself was a amazing.  It was dirty but at least I did not have to deal with their junk.

So evidently some guy name Mueller delivered some sort of report to the Attorney General today and that story preempted all of the first episode and much of the second.

But in the process server case I reluctantly agree with JJ's decision.  But it doesn't' sit well with me that a gentleman in the performance of his duty gets bitten by the pit bull of a skeevy little creep with tin foil teeth and gets very little satisfaction for the court.

The best part of the rib bone dog case (other than the fact the dog seems fine now) is the dumbass witness who was WAY too eager to testify and we just knew he would do ,ore harm than good, actually blew up the case for the plaintiff he was trying to assist. (I love when fools like this sabotage their own case) He is a moron, the plaintiff is a moron and the jury is out on the defendant who didn't have to say a word.

PS, it's a special kind of stupid that gives small, soft bones to an animal. For heaven's sake, keep this brainless grinning asshole away from small children.

I very much enjoyed this. Listening to plaintiff and her witness was such a pleasure. They may have been reminded not to digress, but both spoke English properly and told coherent stories. Def was a red-faced, lying jerk who thinks he can vandalize someone's property if he doesn't agree with their opinions or political affiliations and does so in the middle of a large and crowded parking lot. A witness saw him do it, but it wasn't him! Must have been some other tall, bald redneck who did it. What an asshole. And a liar. And a fool. I wonder what it was like for him and Sharon (Sharon? The short, tight dress wasn't working for you at all) on the way home.  Oh, well. Love is blind I guess. JJ loved plaintiff and her witness because they were articulate, decent and committed no acts of violence - qualities we rarely see here.

I really wonder about the trip home from court also, and I hope they didn't take the same car to the airport, or someone probably had to Uber home.

I love the part where not only did the witness describe everything perfectly, but she recognized the defendant, and got his license number too.

What irritated me about the warrant/dog attack case is that the man's government job is serving warrants.   He's not going door to door selling Avon, he's serving official documents.    I also was ticked that JJ overlooked the statement that the dog didn't have rabies shots until after it bit the plaintiff.     I wonder what the defendant is protecting in his house with his nine or ten dogs guarding his house?    I love that the city or county has an ordnance saying the dogs have to be in kennel runs, not on chains.

Sort of gives us hope for humanity, doesn’t it? Here comes the rare witness woman who is observant enough to recognize trouble and make mental notes with no agenda other than to stand up and do the right thing. A stranger. Then she travels across half the country to do so and testify against an asshole so he’s forced to be responsible for his angry, violent idiocy. More people like her please.

The weekend replay of JJ was :drumroll:   Patricia Bean!  It was as good as it was when it first aired.  Nothing better than a cussing, jealous, righteous granny.  I guess I didn't really pay attention to the hallterview in the past, so I was regaled with Pat still spewing her venom there too, throwing Jeanetta under the slut-shame bus.  Good times.

My afternoon rerun is Patricia Bean too!   And thanks to everyone on here, I'm going to DVR it and keep it forever.  It was actually good for me to learn how to keep things on the DVR until I erase too.    I can't wait until it runs at 4 p.m., and I love the hallterview with the old bat too.

I not only DVR'd it but downloaded it during its brief appearance on YouTube. Patricia's words will echo for all eternity.

This case is everything, and even with Pat's foul mouth, it's not depressing (except for that child having the old dragon as a grandma) and sordid. Bonus: JJ says "Slut".

The Patricia Bean rerun was just as good today, as the first time it was on.    I'm sure the plaintiff saying it's a nice neighborhood except for Pat is very true.

For some reason, where I live they suddenly have an older episode on Saturday afternoon, on the same channel that shows (two hours on weekdays now) here.     Check your local cable guide for the channel that runs JJ, and you might get lucky.

Any chance it'll be airing here in NC, or do I have to check the JJ site to find out? I've never seen the Patricia Bean case,, and I feel deprived.

3 p.m. reruns-

Collision Caught on tape!-Plaintiff says accident was defendant's fault, defendant says plaintiff was moving over to make a right hand turn at the corner.     Plaintiff has video and photo to show that he was making left hand turn, but defendant hit him while in a lane that wasn't for cars, and she was speeding.   Plaintiff's bumper is ripped off.    Photo shows defendant was actually on the lane next to park cars, and bike lane.    Both litigants were judged by insurance as 50% at fault, and they both received only 50% of damages.    CHIP officer said defendant was at fault, and speeding.

However, plaintiff was making a left, and a pickup stopped for him, so he didn't have a clear view, however the defendant didn't either.    I think the insurance company decided correctly, they were both at fault.   Nothing for either one.

Show Car Craziness!-An Alleged drunk woman on a motorized scooter crashed into a 1983 DeLorean.   DeLorean owner is a back to the future fan, and will have a funny hallterview too.    Defendant was drunk, driving a motorized scooter, and DeLorean was parked for a car show in a field, and she rammed his car.

DeLorean owner has before, and after photos.    Plaintiff seems a little fuzzy on everything, and her boyfriend/witness is a liar.      Defendant doesn't know who owned the scooter she was riding.     $813 for plaintiff.

Restraining Order Scam?-Plaintiff hit hard times, and gave his Crown Vic title to girlfriend/defendant.   Defendant bought bar, and moved in with plaintiff, leaving daughter at defendant's old house.     Plaintiff only lived with defendant for one month, and he turned over the Crown Vic title to defendant, because he was liquidating assets, and wanted to sell car.    Plaintiff gave the title to defendant in return for five months rent at the defendant's rental house they were living in.    Defendant gave car to her brother.    The two litigants were shacked up while all of this happened, and previously.

Defendant also says that she would drop the restraining order application against plaintiff, but didn't.     Plaintiff moved out, and defendant got restraining order, so plaintiff couldn't get any of his belongings, log bed, 42" TV, and other stuff.  Defendant claims plaintiff and witness were allowed to get all of his stuff even after the restraining order.     $2,000 for car value to plaintiff.

Defendant wanted a permanent protection order against the plaintiff, but it's actually an Emergency order, and the permanent order was granted, but defendant dropped the order two months later.    Defendant said in order drop request that the restraining order ruined her business, because plaintiff was saying mean things about her and her business.   Counterclaim dismissed.

Cologne Loan or Theft?!-Two men suing each other over theft of personal items by defendant when they broke up, and though they didn't live together, but plaintiff claims defendant stole his cologne, and watches, among other stuff.     Plaintiff claims defendant stole two watches from plaintiff's apartment.      Plaintiff claims defendant has a past criminal history, and gets a little back.

Teenage Attention Span Fail!-Plaintiff is suing neighbors and her 20 year old daughter, when she rear-ended him at a stop sign.    Defendant driver was uninsured, and claims the plaintiff stopped right in the street, and backed up into her.

The plaintiff has a huge old Jeep truck, and was stopped at a stop sign when he was hit from behind by the defendant.

$1,500 to the plaintiff..   I think he should have received the entire $3k.

5 p.m. reruns-

My Brother Broke My Arm!-Plaintiff sold a 2007 Impala to her brother, with money down, and $225 payments every two weeks until it was paid off.   Defendant stopped paying the regular payments on the car, plaintiff says it was more than one payment left.     Plaintiff says the defendant slammed her arm in the screen door (I suspect one of those metal screened security doors), and broke her arm in two places.    Defendant says plaintiff came in his house, and he hurt her arm getting her out of his house.

How cute, defendant brother, and his girlfriend have matching dye jobs.    Oops!   Apparently defendant girlfriend is wear a cheap wig, not just a bad dye job.

Plaintiff was foolish enough to keep the car under her insurance.    Plaintiff says $1.050 left on car payment, and man wasn't paying her for insurance either.    Plaintiff finally got $225 back, and title, and registration were taken from her purse by defendant.    Defendant says case was thrown out when plaintiff didn't go to court, because of family pressures.

Defendant girlfriend claims she saw the plaintiff slash the Impala tires, no police report available.   Vandalism in police report is a month after the lying defendant says.

The pictures of the arm, and the X-rays are horrible.    The defendants also applied for a restraining order against the plaintiff.    $5,000 for the plaintiff.    She should move far away from the defendants, and cut off anyone who told her that you don't prosecute family.

Ex-Con Hops on One Foot for Judge Judy-Plaintiff suing ex-boyfriend for car damage, bail, and assault, and sadly JJ doesn't want to get into the strange relationship between the two people.

Defendant was in jail for five years, plaintiff had three kids during his incarceration (not his), and started up the star crossed relationship after he got out of prison.

Defendant was driving plaintiff's car (no license), when he had an accident.    Plaintiff has some stupid story about defendant forcing his way into the car, and the driver's seat right before the accident.     Car had insurance, but defendant wasn't insured.     JJ has fool defendant hop on one foot, after he says he drove the car without a license because plaintiff told him too.

Plaintiff says she was driving defendant and others to the probation office, and defendant to the DMV, and it varies dramatically from her sworn statement.  She claims when she got out of the car the defendant hopped in the driver's seat, and took off with the car.    Defendant claims she asked him to drive.   Insurance company refused to cover the accident, and plaintiff has nothing to show that, and plaintiff was arrested for letting defendant drive.

$0 for anyone.

Man Ejected From His Own Home!-Plaintiff has home, defendant gets restraining order against him, and he's ejected from his own home.  Plaintiff woman suing ex-boyfriend defendant (brief relationship), She started moving into his home three months later.   In July, there was an altercation, and plaintiff filed for a restraining order.    There is no police report for July, and JJ wants to read the protective order application, and police report.    The woman did receive a restraining order, and the man was barred from living in, or going to his own house.

A former employee claimed defendant threatened him, but it was dropped.    Plaintiff called the parenting consultant (custody mediator for children of defendant's previous marriage), and made all kinds of allegations.    Plaintiff claims she works in the medical field, and is a mandated reporter (Tell me she's not another caregiver to vulnerable people).

They both had no contact orders, but plaintiff kept contacting defendant (it's very common to pull this, to get the other person arrested, but it failed this time, and blew up in plaintiff's face).     Plaintiff got arrested for violation of the No Contact / Protective Order.

Plaintiff's case is dismissed.    Defendant gets nothing.

Father Son Car Project Fail!-Plaintiff and son buy car to work on as a family project.   When the car was finished, ex-wife, mother of son needs the car, and claims she'll pay the son for it, but doesn't .  Defendant titled car in her name, and son's name, and she would be renting the car from the son, for $55 a week.

Defendant was supposed to pay $55 a week, (after her previous car was repossessed), she still has the car for 5 months, and son should have $1,000 plus, and claims she had to get used tires for the car, and other lame excuses.   Defendant is still driving the car with bad ball joints!    At least defendant has full insurance, but I wonder if she's really paying for it?     Plaintiff's get the car back, and resell the car.      Defendant only paid $500 total for a car she had for five months.

Another Mother of the Year candidate?

Personally, I would love to hear the back story of the foot hopper ex-con, and his fool girlfriend.

That poor woman that had her arm shattered should move far away from the brother, his awful girlfriend, and the relatives that kept telling her that she couldn't prosecute family.

Man Ejected From His Own Home!

Donna Miller is a hideous, horrific, hard-rode, hateful HAG. The ex-lover boy is a moron.

Skipped "My brother broke my ORM." Ugh.

What about the new cases I got today - at least, I think they were today. Words cannot express how much I hated the sawed-off, giggling Daddy Byron Polin and his stupid, douche-haired, dumbass son who is a 25-year old man, lives with Papa and acts like he's 13. They have the gall to squat in def's home for months and pay no rent and then sue him for illegal eviction. Double UGH.

In the "Too Dumb to Live" category, we had the empty-headed idiot, Ms.Barragan, who couldn't find her ass with both hands, but sure has mad skillz with the makeup brush. She's a "student."🤣  Def Tyrone couldn't speak until he picked his lip off the floor each time. The only person who had a brain and made sense was Tyrone's tatted-up girlfriend - and JJ believed her too -  but I kept getting distracted by her ginormous breasts on display which rippled like the ocean at high tide with her every word.  The pea-brained Ms.Barragan couldn't figure out how to get the car she purchased from them registered because unlike the rest of us she had to work! I'm sure McDonald's could have spared her for an hour or two and got someone else to fill in and ask that all-important question, "Do you want fries with that?" while she went to the DMV. And was she knocked up? OH, lordy.

Daughter #1 worked as a wedding planner and the couple's cake decided to melt and start sliding off the table before the reception (summer wedding in Florida). Inventive daughter got a local bakery to deliver one of those sample cakes from a local bakery (icing over foam core) and got it stationed on the table so the bride had no clue. She whispered to the bride and groom to cut a piece from the back so nobody was the wiser and then the staff cut up the mangled original cake hidden in the kitchen and served it.

My Aunt, a professional baker and regional manager for a grocery chain, made my cake.  It was gorgeous.  When we walked in to the reception, I said "I thought we had a 4 tier cake" but thought maybe I was incorrect.  It looked nice, and that's all I cared about.  When we cut it, it was 2 layer yellow, and I said "I thought the bottom layer was supposed to be 2 layer chocolate", but again wasn't concerned (we ordered bottom chocolate, next tier yellow, and the top two tiers were half/half).  When they brought out the cut cake, it was chocolate, and I was confused.  My Aunt came over and apologized profusely.  We chose a cake from an older book, and she realized at the last minute she didn't have the proper stand, but improvised.  It didn't work, and the dowels didn't line up, and when she put the top 3 layers on the bottom, it started to sink.  She grabbed it quickly so it didn't fall over, and sent the bottom tier to the kitchen.  No one ever knew.  She felt terrible, but it wasn't any type of issue at all.  Everyone said how good the cake was.

So, your whole day wasn't ruined completely, you had no trauma/emotional distress,  you didn't even sue your aunt for your pain and suffering or at least invite her to come outside and fight you? You'll never get your 15 minutes of fame on this show like that.

3 p.m. rerun-

Females, Filth and Liquor?!-Two female college students move into rental house near college, and ex-landlady thinks the women will pay for refurbishing the rental house that had been rented continuously to other college students.   The Landlady/defendant put it on the market to sell a month after the women moved out.    Defendant not only wants to keep the entire security and pet deposit, but wants $3k more.  Defendant claims she is only charging the two students for damage they did, and their pet did.   Rent was $3900 a month.

Why don't new tenants, and landlords take photos on move in and move out?   Defendant kept $2500 out of security deposit.

Plaintiffs get $2000 back.

Trucker's Sin of Omission-Married man's lover sues him for repayment of the loan that sent him to trucking school.   Defendant went to trucking school, financed by plaintiff.    Defendant said he was living with his cousin, but it was apparently his wife, and child.

Plaintiff took money out of student loans, and man needed it for rent.   Plaintiff had $1700, he repaid $600 or $700, and she loaned him more after this, and plaintiff got a title loan for $1100 for trucking school for a Class A license, and more for his child support.    Defendant says all of the money was a gift, and they were only friends.       Plaintiff seems to be hugely pregnant, and I hope it's not defendant's since he's already a deadbeat.

Plaintiff supports herself and child on child support, and student loans.

Plaintiff had no expectation of being repaid, so she gets nothing.

Pro Squatters vs. Slumlords?-Landlord and property manager accuse former tenants of squatting and owing for rent, then the tenants sue for water damage (don't they always?).    Plaintiffs bought an old house for a bargain basement price, and did virtually nothing to fix it.   As JJ said, why didn't the defendants move if it was so awful?     Tenants only paid two months rent, out of three months, and were short on the third month.    Landlord says they didn't pay the third month, or fourth.

There was water damage, tenants claim the basement leaks, but landlord says the tenant used a washing machine that leaked and flooded the basement.    The home owner says there was an apparently non-working washer in the basement, and claims the tenant installed washer, and dryer, and the washer discharge line was laying on the floor and flooded.

Tenant claims water came in through the walls in the house, and he has video of that.    Landlord says the basement did have a damp wall, and sealed walls again.    Why did they leave tons of junk in the basement?    And the tenants want money for the ruined stored junk in the basement.   There are piles of clothes, and stuff in the basement.     I agree with JJ, the tenants hooked a washer up that they bought, and that ran the basement at least an inch deep in water.

Landlord/plaintiff took out renter's insurance with State Farm, and the tenants were supposed to pay that monthly, and never did either.    Tenant claims he didn't file with insurance for damages, but there is a letter from State Farm stating that the tenant needs to call them about the claim.   Former tenant claims State Farm said the house was unsafe to live in.    Defendant woman says bathroom was a death trap of mold, and is a total pain, and won't shut up.    Defendants were taken to housing court, after eviction notice, and moved out.    Defendant woman claims the landlord showed a fake rent in housing court.

Defendant woman claims the renter's insurance claim is still in process.    Their counter-claim is for $5k, isn't it always?

Defendant told to stuff it. so $0.   Plaintiff gets renter's insurance payments, no back rent, late fees $0 , and they keep the $725 security deposit.

I think the description in the episode title is exactly right, another couple of pro squatters.  I hope the insurance company denied their claim, since they didn't pay the premiums.

5 p.m. reruns-

Wild Tequila Bar Catfight!-Plaintiff suing for medical bills and damages after defendant assaulted her after a bar hopping night (five bars/clubs the same night).    They can't agree on if they went to the club together or not.    They got to the club/bar at 10 p.m., and the fight was after 1 a.m. at closing time.      The two went out for a cigarette, talking to two new men,    The two drunken women started arguing, plaintiff claims defendant smacked her first, and they were rolling around on the ground.    Plaintiff has photos of her injuries, a swollen lip, scraped knee, and two broken nails.    No medical report of plaintiff's injuries.

Nothing for either litigant.  Why didn't they show the video?

Older Woman Takes Advantage of Young Partner?!-Plaintiff suing former business partner for damages from dissolving their salon business.    Defendant suing for stolen and damaged property.   Plaintiff (who has huge, woolly bear caterpillar eyelashes) didn't bring the contract, and never signed it, so no contract is in force.

Property is mostly salon furniture, and plaintiff wants wall paint expenses, etc.     Very dense plaintiff.     Defendant will give back three chairs.   However, no receipts for two sofas, or hair dryer.   Plaintiff wants new chairs, not used chairs, and she can forget that.    Plaintiff wants her bonnet dryer, attached to sofa back, but doesn't only paid $900, and she gets that back.

Plaintiff gets the three chairs she doesn't want back, dryer/sofa, microwave, refrigerator, and $900 back.     Dryer was to replace dryers, styling station, microwave and fridge the plaintiff got rid of when she moved into the salon.     I don't think anyone gets anything.

Teenager's Night in Prison!-Plaintiff buys car from defendant.    Defendant reports car stolen, and she gets arrested and 24 hours in jail.     Plaintiff suing for car cost, and for having her arrested falsely.     A 2008 Pontiac G-6, for $2000, and plaintiff never paid her according to defendant.  Plaintiff says they agreed on $1700, and she paid the defendant in cash.       Cute Mumu  on defendant but too tight.    Defendant claims she gave the plaintiff the car for a test drive, and to get a notarized statement.      Defendant wanted her license plates back, and her work badge, title, and stuff in the car, so she reported the plates stolen instead of calling the plaintiff.

Plaintiff buys and resells cars for profit (car flipper), and wanted to buy G-6 for $1700, and resell for $2,000.      Defendant claims she received no money, but she's obviously a naughty liar.   Defendant's mother called the police, and claims the car was stolen, and the plaintiff did it.   I guess the car was in mother's name?

Plaintiff gets car back, with a marshal's assistance.      Plaintiff told officer who stopped her that she knew the plates would be reported stolen.  The message to the plaintiff by defendant says, drop off my license plate, and work badge.    Car was impounded, and defendant wants impound fees, and she can forget that, and the cost of a new title.     Plaintiff gets the car, defendant gets nothing, and deserves less.

Completely Hideous Bridal Gown?!-Bridezilla plaintiff suing defendant fashion designer for fee to do wedding dress for Bridezilla.   Plaintiff wants money for emotional distress, new dress, cost of making first dress.    $350 and materials for dress were paid by plaintiff.    Plaintiff spent $1500 for new dress she actually wore to her wedding.   Contract states that the contract is closed (complete) on the final payment for the dress, when the dress is picked up.

The designer inspiration dress is a body suite (opaque), and a wee through chiffon over-skirt, open all the way in front, and shows everything.

Bridezilla / plaintiff has picture of what she wanted, and the original dress in court.    I remember this, it's a sheer shirt, with a body suit that isn't sheer, and the original designer dress is on a model who is very pale, and the sheerness of the skirt isn't as visible.   The skirt doesn't even fasten except at the waistband, and the skirt front is open to the waist.      The plaintiff is a different contrast, with the chiffon layered skirt, so the dress, skirt looks a lot more see through and skimpy.

There is nothing wrong in the construction of what the defendant made, except it's in horrible taste for a wedding.  The defendant made what she was asked to do, but it's really tacky in my opinion.    I can't believe any one would be daring enough to appear at a church wedding dressed like the bride wanted to appear in the first dress.

Nothing for anyone.

This case is everything, and even with Pat's foul mouth, it's not depressing (except for that child having the old dragon as a grandma) and sordid. Bonus: JJ says "Slut".

I always found it interesting that in the Bean episode, the word "slut" was said aloud a couple of times, but in the fighting VFW granny case (which is one that I pray is aired again some day), the word slut was bleeped when the plaintiff said it.

3 p.m. reruns-

Fight of the Goonies' Fanatics-Plaintiff suing sister defendant for rent, damage, and missing items, after defendant threw her stuff out on the patio.    Plaintiff moved into room in defendant's house, $320 a month.     Then there was a festival defendant wanted to go to, and plaintiff went along in defendant's car, then plaintiff was meeting another friend at the festival.   Bet they have one heck of a Thanksgiving dinner in that family, with the SWAT team dropping in to break up the fight over the drumsticks.

Sisters argued at festival (for Goonies' fanatics), defendant left after fight, and defendant dumped the plaintiff's knapsack next to where the car was parked on a side street.     Then defendant met guy friend (witness), and went home.    Plaintiff didn't come home for a couple of days, and defendant was sick of plaintiff in the house, so she dumped her stuff from the house outside under the covered patio in the back yard.   Plaintiff claims she was up to date on rent, and it was an unlawful eviction, and gets last month rent back ($320).     Plaintiff moved in with boyfriend.

Plaintiff claims the bag that disappeared from festival site was worth $150, and had damaged items from the house, and tossed her food in the yard.  Defendant claims a lot of damages to the room.    Plaintiff got $320 plus $150=$470 (maybe more).

Teen Flies off the Handle!- Plaintiff claims on the way home the defendant kept yelling, and when he pulled over, and called the police, and she still wouldn't get out until , when the police arrived woman got out of the car, broke the back door handle, and threw the handle at his face and it cut him.

Plaintiff is 18, but his mom looks like 20 or so.    Well preserved, actually she looks younger than the defendant.

Door handle is over $50, but labor to install it is over $250.      $302 to plaintiff.

Property Tax Ripoff?-Plaintiff moved in with defendant (didn't pay rent, as usual), and gave defendant cash to take to pay her property taxes.    Defendant was downsized, and supporting himself with handyman jobs, and moved in with plaintiff without a rent agreement.     Plaintiff gave man $440 to pay the property taxes in cash.  Man went to wrong office, and other office was closed, he got a money order and mailed it to the County, and man doesn't have receipt for money order.    Detroit sent her a statement with late fees, and said the taxes were never paid.    When the man left plaintiff's house, he moved in with the neice.     $440 tax money back, and two months back rent.    Defendant gets his property back, and needs to pick them up.  Defendant claims he left a 24" TV, and 8" tablet, (liar), $840 to plaintiff, and he picks up clothes, etc.

Pain Med Payback?!-Plaintiff woman moved boyfriend, and his kid into her mother's house, mother made him loans, and defendant claims he gave the plaintiff's mother his pain meds in trade.   Loan to defendant was because car was repossessed, and plaintiff gave defendant check for $560.     Plaintiff daughter claims that defendant violated protective order, but there is no proof of abuse, or police reports.  So how did plaintiff get a protective order?

Plaintiff daughter never saw doctor, no police reports, and she got a protective order.   Plaintiff gets $560 for loan.

Defendant claims he loaned plaintiff daughter money to visit daughter in New York, but it was a gift.   Defendant claims he lost custodial visits with his son, because plaintiff daughter told ex-kid's mother lies about him.

Mother's Klepto Keeper?!-Plaintiff suing deceased mother's ex neighbor for a loan,  $2900 out of original amount of $3500.   Defendant claims that the checks were payments for work done around the home.    Defendant says that they were given the money up front, and then worked it off.    Defendant claims she gave $2000 in cash to plaintiff, and $1500 in a check, shown in a ledger signed by the plaintiff.

Plaintiff gets $2840, and I believe everything she said, and nothing the defendant said.

5 p.m. Reruns-

Innocent Black Youth Threatened by Police?!-Defendant kid (12 years old) accused of breaking iPhone of other student.   Defendant's parents say police bullied kid into confessing, and even if his kid did break the phone, the school policy is the girl with the phone shouldn't have had it in school anyway.   Plaintiff claims his daughter's phone was broken by defendant kid.

Defendant claims he found phone on floor in class, and tried to find the owner, claims Isaiah (some kid) said it was his phone, tried to grab the phone, and smashed the phone and threw it into the trash.     Defendant kid says no parents were there when he was questioned, but he said he broke the phone to school admin. and police (I'm guessing School Resource Officer).

Defendant father says he can't find Isaiah's last name.   (So his kid doesn't know the kid's name?).   I think it's crucial to find out if Isaiah exists, and if Isaiah is really a bully.     Defendant mother says in the police report that she will give the plaintiff $400 for the phone.    The school didn't contact the defendant parents, the police contacted the mother, and she agreed to the payment.   Mom has all kinds of excuses why she couldn't locate Isaiah.

Why didn't the kid hand the phone to the teacher?    $400 to plaintiff.

The last time this ran, I think we were evenly split over the kid didn't do it, and the ones (like me) who thought he was another Eddie Haskell (Leave it to Beaver).

Botox Me Baby!-Plaintiff suing defendant for trampoline, loans for botox, and bills from a Care card (plaintiff co-signed).    Defendant woman who was short on funds (unemployed at the time) was desperate to get botox.       Plus, defendant wanted a trampoline, two years ago (JJ said stuff it).   Both women went to Vegas for defendant's kid's cheer competition, and never paid her half of the bill

Credit card collections statement is all the plaintiff has to prove bill, and no itemized bill.

I suspect a scam attempt by both women to get more botox money.   $400 for botox, $225 for hotel = $625 for plaintiff.

Woman Left Dying on Bathroom Floor?!-woman claims her ex promised her marriage and health insurance, and instead left her sick.  Defendant filed for restraining order for harassment by the plaintiff.    Plaintiff sent defendant a message she was going to take him to JJ's court, so America could see what a dirt bag he is.

Plaintiff is suing defendant after moving from Oklahoma to Las Vegas, promised everything, including health insurance, and wants JJ to pay her for $5k for false police report, health insurance, etc.      Plaintiff moved back to Oklahoma.      Plaintiff claims defendant took her truck key (he has truck, it's joint ownership), two women's motorcycle helmets (man had it, it was in his name, and he sold it).     Defendant took her $100 tent (forget it), and owes plaintiff a month's rent after he moved out, but it was month-by-month, and woman got evicted for non-payment.

Defendant filed for order of protection because plaintiff for harassing emails, and claims the man left her to die, instead of pay for her medical bills, and plaintiff claims the man sends naked pictures to people.      Defendant wants to trade in truck, or refinance truck in his name to get plaintiff's name off of the truck loan.   Defendant claims he'll see bank first thing when he gets back to refinance it.     Plaintiff has ride share vehicle, and has to come back to Vegas periodically, and stalks him, with no proof.     JJ says no reason to get protective order, so plaintiff gets $500, and that's all.

5k Credit Card Free Ride?!-Plaintiff suing father of child and girlfriend for unpaid credit card bills.    Plaintiff has six year old with defendant.    Plaintiff stayed at defendant and girlfriend for two days, when she was sick.    Defendant girlfriend has a very gravelly voice, doesn't she?

Defendant girlfriend made charges on plaintiff's credit card(she's on worker's comp, and disability, for over 2 years now).    Plaintiff says defendant and girlfriend lied about her living with them.      Defendant girlfriend and plaintiff were friends, said girlfriend needed money, girlfriend only has adult kids, and a 7 year old lives with them (a kid with even another woman).      Lisa (defendant) needed money for Christmas gifts only., Defendant racked up over $5000 ($5416 to be exact), in lieu of two months rent.

Plaintiff says she stayed at the house for two days.  The defendants have zero proof of anything

$5000 to plaintiff.

Woman Left Dying on Bathroom Floor?!

This case had JJ, the audience and me in hysterics. I had to watch it after reading this on my DVR blurb:

"A woman claims her ex promised her marriage and health insurance but instead he grew facial hair and ignored her illness."

Christiane Smith, who seems to think her semi-profile is her best look, is around 50 and runs off to Vegas with her no-credit, no-money, loser boyfriend for her happy-ever-after. Casanova has about 4 teeth, is wearing a suit that looks like he picked it up at the Salvation Army on the way here, and she expects him to "take care of her". He emailed nude piccies of himself (to someone?)which I'm sure were very drool-worthy but Christiane was so smitten with this hunk of a man she didn't care. Ms. Smith, your boyfriend can't even buy an old car (or a set of choppers) himself and you expected him to take care of YOU? Were you really surprised when he left you dying on the bathroom floor?

This paragon of virtue hasn't had time to take her name off the title of the car because he's "building up his credit" 🤣 and is too busy with his social life. I  just know there's just a whole host of women waiting eagerly to grab him up. Christiane is still whining as JJ leaves, really thinking she'll get paid for his breach of promise. Sorry, Christiane, it's not 1900 anymore.  You're a big, grown-up girl and need to take care of your own damned self.

"She's just a scorned woman," the toothless, slack-gutted Lothario announces in the hall. Thank you, you two dingbats, for the best laugh I've had this week.

3 p.m. reruns-

Child Abusing Animals?!-Plaintiff suing defendant for injuries to her dog, when the defendant dumped her kid on plaintiff, and plaintiff claims the boy hurt her dog.   Defendant claims her son was thrilled to see the plaintiff's four year old daughter, and the little boy is nine years old .     Since when does a nine year old care about a four year old.     When plaintiff was taking her four year old to the potty, the little boy claims the dog got hurt, and had several stories, plaintiff claims the boy kicked her dog in the head.

I think they should change Anthony's name to Damien (from the Omen), I wouldn't allow little Anthony near a little kid, or animals.    I don't trust Anthony or his mother as far as I can throw him.

Plaintiff found out from the defendant, at the vet's office that Anthony threw a cat out of an upstairs window, and the defendant follows this with the statement "But the cat didn't die".     I agree with the plaintiff, if she had been told about the cat incident before little Anthony wanted to come to her house, he wouldn't have been allowed in her house near her dog, or her daughter.

Anthony's mother has 2 pit bulls, and 3 cats, and fortunately they're apparently big enough to get away from Anthony.

Anthony's mother also needs a double process on her hair if she wants to go blonde, not single process leaving her orange.

Plaintiff gets vet bills paid.

Family Fiasco!-Plaintiff claims the defendant, her older son got upset when she raised the rent from $300 a month to $450.    Younger brother got upset, and anxious, so plaintiff wanted to take younger son away in car.    Plaintiff claims the defendant stuck his head through the open window in younger son's face, plaintiff told him to stop it, she backed up, and he threw a water bottle, and shattered the windshield.    Also, defendant and his girlfriend lived together at the plaintiff's house, and she didn't pay rent until she got a job, because "no one asked her to pay rent".    Plaintiff mom claims defendant damaged TV, and house, and there is a police report for criminal mischief.

Defendant claims when the mother backed up it was over his foot.   Defendant claims the plaintiffs swiped the family food, instead of supplying their own food to get reduced rent.  I bet the neighbors love living next to this family.

Plaintiff gets $218 for windshield.

Mama Drama! - Woman accuses her son and his wife of sealing her vehicle.  Plaintiff mom gave defendant $2k to purchase car for her, and I'm betting he spent it on one of his numerous tattoos.    Plaintiff mom says she gave son $2k for a used Blazer to purchase from a friend of his,   Plaintiff picked car up from defendant about a month later, but since plaintiff couldn't register it, she couldn't get insurance.    Title was in defendant's wife's name, and he wanted to get a title loan against the Blazer, to open a tattoo shop of his own.    Plaintiff says defendant's only income was under the table tattoo job money, and his wife's son's SSI payments.

Plaintiff mom got mad at defendant son when he again borrowed money from grandma.     Money went to plaintiff's account, and she wouldn't give it to him right then.   So they had a huge fight, and since Blazer was in his wife's name, man got the police to seize the car..     Plaintiff had the car about six months, when the son took the car.      Defendants already had a title loan on the car for almost $400, and then repo'd the car.

Defendant says the $2k was a gift from the mother's income tax, and not for the car.

Plaintiff gets $2k.

Ex-Lover Left in the Dust?!-Plaintiff man claims former girl friend stuck him with the lease on an apartment, when she took her two kids and moved back in with her estranged husband.    The litigants didn't move into the previous apartment because her husband lived there.

Defendant says that plaintiff should pay everything himself, because she doesn't want to pay.  Defendant also refuses to find roommates to cover her side of the rent.        The apartment was a four bedroom.    What did that man ever see in her, especially dragging two kids with her, and paying almost nothing on the bills?

Defendant only paid for September, and October rent, and then said no more money.     He didn't look very hard for roommates.    Plaintiff worked extra hours to pay the rent, with six months left on the lease, and paid two months, then quit with four months left.       Plaintiff will get two months rent from JJ and Byrd, $600.    Where can you get a 4 bedroom apartment for $600 a month?

5 p.m. reruns-

Short Marriage, Long Wedding Debt!-Defendant couple married, it lasted for two months, and separated, and plaintiff's (defendant man's parents) want their money back on the wedding.   Plaintiffs paid $500 for rehearsal dinner..   Defendant man's parents paid for the wedding venue,  Defendant woman's parents paid for the rehearsal dinner, and defendant man's parents paid for the wedding.   Plaintiffs gave bride money to pay off a past due debt ($1900),, and the couple were trying to buy a house, so the plaintiff parents did the wedding.

Plaintiffs are the defendant man's parents, and want their money back for the rehearsal dinner $500, and wedding, and want the $1900 for the bad debt by the bride.

I'm a bad person, I really want to know what happened to this marriage to live together so long, and then go kaboom after two months of marriage.

Plaintiffs get $1800, the remaining balance from the debt payout for the bride, because she made $100 payment.

Jeweler Shares Business Secret!- Plaintiff jeweler is suing defendant for watch repair.     The defendant's Cartier watch needed repairs, and he sends them out for repair.   The watch came back from repair and broke, and the defendant wanted it fixed, but not by the same repair person.   The defendant wrote a nasty comment on FB, and other reviews, and reversed the charges on the watch repair.     Nothing for the plaintiff, and it's exactly what he deserved.

Most Ridiculous Error in Judgment Award Goes to...-Plaintiff Mom co-signed for idiot son for apartment because the son, and his friend, and two other people couldn't get an apartment on their own.    Defendant was evicted in April for non-payment, but claims he was paying rent.    He was also arrested with a suspended license, driving drunk son of plaintiff home.    License was suspended for unpaid ticket for not having insurance a while before.      Plaintiff says it was nice having son gone.        Tenants were son, defendant, and two much older friends on Social Security.

Plaintiff was stupid to do that, and she will get nothing for the rent.   Plaintiff bailed out defendant, and is owed $240 for bail, security deposit was lost ($1950)-$487.50 is the defendant's part.    Defendant also borrowed $700 from plaintiff, and then found out it wasn't for rent, but a vacation.

$4250 for plaintiff.   Defendant is still a jerk.

Hooter's Manager Not So Manageable-Plaintiff suing former roommate for a loan, rent, internet service, and stolen property.     Plaintiff has a 3 bedroom, rents 1 bedroom out, and claims the hooters manager defendant was a deadbeat.    Defendant moved out 1 August, and didn't pay July's rent.    Defendant moved out suddenly, without notice, and claims he didn't get text messages plaintiff sent him.     Defendant also borrowed various amounts of money he repaid, then stopped repaying later loans.    Plaintiff claims the defendant took some property when he moved out.

This plaintiff certainly has everything organized well.    I think he's just a lonely man, who rents rooms for companionship, and this time it didn't work out at all.   The guy with big holes in his ears is calling the plaintiff weird?

Plaintiff gets $850 back for rent and loans, gets a total of $975.

If this is the case, I wonder what sort of companionship he expected to get from that hustling, sleazy little wharf rat half his age? Did he think they might have a lot in common? That maybe they could spend cozy evenings making index cards for his LP collection to label them chronologically and/or alphabetically within each category, or watching MeTV together in matching recliners, drinking Dr.Pepper and eating popcorn? What could he possibly have been thinking in this choice of "roommate"? He's lucky all he lost were a few dollars and a Keurig machine.

I just wanted to slap that woman, who is so stupid she signs for an apartment for her total loser son who is unable to keep even menial jobs like raking leaves or whatever, the elderly woman and her moocher, bum son and the overstuffed idiot defendant who can't drive without losing his license a few years after getting it. Yeah, I'd put my credit on the line for that zany, sitcom cast of characters. Guess it seemed like a great idea at the time. Maybe she thought they would all become magically industrious, intelligent and responsible overnight.

Course some couples decide to get married in a last ditch effort to save their relationship...... hmmmmm, wonder if JJ would take time to divy up the property of a couple who were 'almost' married for a long period, get hitched, then split up.

Maybe the legalities of marriage and what it implies - that you have to be a grown-up now - or it's not as romantic as playing house, or it "triggered" them or made them uncomfortable was all too much for them. Who the hell knows?

3 p.m. reruns-

Wild About Minnesota Hockey!-Plaintiff man, and wife are suing his sister defendant over hockey season tickets, a mink stole and a trailer hitch, and other property.   Plaintiff man (brother of defendant) suing over season hockey tickets, and when mother's house was sold (man bought other sibling out), and sister was supposed to pay him for hockey ticket for her.

Brother and sister went to games together 2006-2007, after that sister had the tickets, and supposedly defendant agreed to pay $4800 for tickets after mother died in 1998, and house had been plaintiff's since then, and he bought sister's share of the house.       House was worth $250k, so sister was owed $62,500, and last installment was $14k or so (I lost track a long time ago, and plaintiff can't seem to figure out what he paid too).

Plaintiff paid over $5k for two hockey tickets in 2006, and claims sister still owes for the tickets.  Plaintiff's last payment was $13000, and was paid.   Defendant still wants mother's funeral book, trailer hitch, and a mink stole.     Defendant took the trailer hitch, but man can't find the funeral book and mink stole at the house.    Mink stoles to stay in good condition need to be stored and cared for properly, so I'm sure if it's still around it's ratty, and moth eaten.  Defendant's witness is another sister, the third quarter owner.     When the sister's signed the agreement to settle the estate when they got the last house money that closed the estate.   Both sisters seem to think someone still has their stuff in the house.

Plaintiff gets $2800 for one hockey ticket, and I hope the season tickets aren't close to each other.   Brother claims sister never liked his wife, and says the sister hoped if he didn't remarry she would get the house when he died.     Fooled her didn't he?

Siberian Husky Custody Fight!-Plaintiff son (teen) suing father for sole custody of a dog the teen bought.  Plaintiff son paid $500 for a Husky puppy.   Mother (ex-wife of defendant) is suing ex husband for the puppy.   Puppy went with the son, when he moved between the two houses.    Then son wanted to stay with Mom full time, and Dad kept the dog.    Defendant claims ex wife reneged on deal to pay for dog, son paid $500, and parents paid $100 each to equal the $700 total cost for the puppy.

When the son moved in with Mom full time, Dad kept the dog.   The dog spent most of his time at the father's house, but a little time at Mom's.

Ex wife plaintiff wants $5k, for a puppy that only cost $700.   I think the father is ticked that his ex-wife remarried, and son moved back with mom full time.   The defendant seems to think he owns the kid, but I think he's jealous of ex, and her new husband.

Father keeps the dog that has been in his home virtually full time.    Plaintiff son gets $1,000 to get another puppy.

Jail Time Payback!-Convict's roommate sues for payback of rent money.  Plaintiff suing defendant over room rent, for the six months defendant was in jail.     Plaintiff was not the leasor, but the defendant was.     Plaintiff says he was going to move to an RV, but instead stayed in the apartment for six months, but had no obligation to pay the rent because he wasn't on the lease.   Defendant wants the full rent for the last two months, when plaintiff moved out.    Defendant claims plaintiff stole TV, and a blanket.       Nothing for anyone.

5 p.m. reruns-

Unbelievable Toll Bill!- (This is the one where the defendant isn't paying the plaintiff, and works for New York City so she can garnish his salary for the tolls and unpaid child support)-Litigants are divorced and after the divorce the defendant ex-husband didn't pay hefty toll fees ($4,601).     Defendant claims his debit cards were stolen, so he had to borrow money from his adult daughter to pay his bills.    Tolls were on a car that is registered to the plaintiff, and so she is liable for them, and she will have to go back to family court to get a divorce decree correction, and then attach his assets, for that and the child support.   Anything owed before the divorce date, is supposed to be in the division of marital debt.

JJ will give the woman the tolls and late fees after the divorce date.    Car registration, and insurance is in the name of the plaintiff, so man won't have to get a Connecticut license.    JJ also reminds the man that non payment of child support results in garnishment, and driver's license suspension.

My guess is the ex-Mrs. Deadbeat thinks that one of these days he'll come to his senses, and run back to her.

$1325 for tolls, and recommended ex-wife goes back to court as often as necessary.

Holiday Betrayal!-(I remember this one.   Defendant keeps making statements about the plaintiff's late husband).      Plaintiff suing defendant for making unauthorized charges on plaintiff's credit card.    The litigants worked at the same place at the time.    Defendant wanted to send Western Union funds to her adult son for Christmas gifts for the grandkids, but it was bad weather, so instead of going to cash her $1900 check, she used the plaintiff's credit card.     Defendant claims she paid the Western Union $250 back.

Then in January, defendant used the card again for $710 for makeup, clothes, etc for Christmas, except it was in January.   Defendant used the credit card for Lyft, also.    After the January charges arrived, the plaintiff cancelled the credit card.    Defendant claims she helped clean the plaintiff's house for her, and starts the slander against the deceased husband.      Defendant claims the late husband made the charges, and it took months for them to show up after he died (Bull pucky).

The husband didn't die until February, which is long after defendant made credit card charges, and plaintiff said defendant was never in her house after the husband died.

$710 for the plaintiff, and defendant is a jerk.

Kid Bullies and Vandals?!-(Two boys are accused of bullying an allegedly unsupervised 4 year old, and vandalizing a car, I remember this one, the 4 year old was outside for a long time, and the car damage was only possible for the other kids to do if they had sledge hammers)-Plaintiff suing defendant for vandalizing her car, and little kids that were accused claim the defendant's 4 year old did it (with a stick).      Plaintiff also left her 4 year old unattended, and claims the two little boys bullied the plaintiff's son.    This is the one where the plaintiff says grandma, and daughter were supervising the 4 year old, and then claims she was taking a shower, or about six other stories, and supervising her son herself, and saw the other kids vandalize her car out the window as she climbed out of the shower.    Defendant was at work, and her adult sister was supposed to be watching the little boys, and the boys weren't supposed to be outside at all.

The plaintiff's story is ridiculous, and JJ says she's lying about everything.    Nothing for plaintiff.

Get Outta My Lane!-Plaintiff claims defendant caused a car accident, but defendant claims it was her fault.     Plaintiff was driving a Altima (Altima, Acura, something starting with an A), with full insurance ($2,000 deductible), and was in left turn lane, and claims defendant whacked her car from the other left lane (double left turn lanes).     Altima is still at repair shop, and insurance won't cover it because of lack of police report, so she owes almost $4k.

Defendant claims he was in left & through lane going straight, and plaintiff turned left from the straight through lane, and hit him.         The police report is totally useless, but I think there's a security camera video.

My guess is that JJ gave $2000, because with the video the insurance company will pay up now.

The video shows defendant's car behind the plaintiff's car, and obviously hit it, so plaintiff gets $2k.

Did you see the shocked faces in the audience when the 4K bill was announced? Oh, Mrs. Kisic - you look put together and sound very intelligent but I guess the burning desire to put a "Mrs" in front of your name and produce more progeny overcame your common sense. She wanted to get hitched to the def, an irresponsible deadbeat who can't even get a car in his name, who looks like an old lady and mooches off his 28-year old daughter who had to feed him and put gas in the car so he could violate more toll fees. He doesn't think his kid needs to eat as long as his wages aren't being garnished. The car is in the ex-Mrs. Kisic's name, of course, so what does he care even if he racks up 10K in toll fines? Not his problem. You chose well, Mrs. Kisic. Have fun in your many, many court visits.

Saturday afternoon older rerun.   Plaintiff former tenant, with several people living with her in house, is suing former landlord for all kinds of harassment, and not having full access to the garage.    Defendant landlord has everything he needs to prove she's a deadbeat.    Plaintiff had two kids living with her, her daughter's 17 year old boyfriend had virtually moved in (not on lease), and shorted the rent $70 a month for not having access to the garage for storage.   Plaintiff had to admit that she had various visitors stay for short times also, and that was a total lie I bet.     Unfortunately for plaintiff, nothing she claims she was entitled to was in the four corners of the signed lease, including use of the garage.

Defendant landlord says not only did she not pay for March, shorted the rent $70 a month for the garage she wasn't entitled to use, ripped the laminate floor out of the living room, and took it with her, took the cabinet knobs with her.   $1285 to replace flooring, $1395 for rent, and nothing for knob replacement-for the defendant, and plaintiff gets nothing.      Do the professional tenants/squatters have a union yet?

Who rips out and takes a laminate living room floor?     And the hardware from the kitchen cabinets?

The hallterview withe the drama queen daughter of plaintiff is classic.    Lots of simulated crying, but no tears.

(I screwed up, and missed the first case, but it was apparently one of the cell phone cases, and I hate those, so no loss).

They should, as should "professional students."  I mean, why should they have to pay their rent, or use their student loans for boring stuff like books, when they can use it to shower money on grifters and other losers? They all have their right to do as they please, even if Byrd has to bankroll them in their endeavors.

And there's the entitlement that so many thieves thrive on to justify their actions.  I knew it had to be there somewhere. 3 p.m. rerun-

Dreadlocks Discrimination?!-Plaintiffs, a filmmakers and his girlfriend accuse their ex-landlord defendant of discrimination and deny charges of a party fire burning the property.   Within weeks of moving in the plaintiffs called the city codes people.    Electricity was cut off, and plaintiffs blame the landlady, but they never paid the bill either.     Some program paid for the rent, and the house was so bad that the plaintiffs want half of their rent back (guessing the part they paid), and claim the landlady made dreadlocks and other racial slurs, called CPS on plaintiffs (they have two kids in the home, one on the way, and another with the plaintiff girlfriend's parents, and another kid that lives with the man's ex).     Upward Bound House paid most of the rent, and paid the 4th month, month 1-3 the nonprofit pays 80%, and 4-6 pays 40% and nonprofit actually paid the rest.

JJ says not housing discrimination against plaintiffs because she rented to them.      The electricity was from the rear dwelling unit (where plaintiffs lived), and the garage, which was the landlady's.     There are still $840 owed on electricity by the plaintiffs, and the tenants never paid any of it.

Landlady alleges damages, and says the man's brother actually lived there the whole time, though the brother says he stays around the corner.     Plaintiff girlfriend broke the window, landlady fixed it, and then they plaintiffs broke it again on move out.    Holes in the walls, as usual the hole in the wall fairy visited and did them.    .    Landlady says the tenants had a party, with a fire a couple of days before move out, and it singed the garage.      Plaintiffs claim the defendant burned her own garage.       Plaintiff claims there is a picture of the garage, and it looks fine.     Garage picture by plaintiff is not burned.    Roof of garage needs to be replaced.

The plaintiffs live in another apartment, and claim they pay the $1450 a month.

Plaintiffs are jerks, and landlady gets door cost, but that's it I think.

Birthday Boy's Bottom Bitten!-(A pit bull's owners day their pet bit a neighbor because it was provoked-so much for not human aggressive)-Plaintiff kid claims the defendant told the dog to attack him, and defendants claim the plaintiff kids were shooting BB guns near their kids.    The previous incident was the defendant woman passed out in the plaintiff's living room (from pills).     Defendant daughter was walking the dog, and the plaintiff son was having his birthday party in the garage, and the two families live across from each other in a facing row of townhouses.      Plaintiff kid was sitting down out in the desert, , while defendant daughter was walking the dog, everyone sat down, and the dog lunged and the other kids laughed at her, the daughter said Sic 'em, and dog bit him in the butt.

Defendant daughter claims the boys were swearing at her, and throwing candy at the dog, and the dog bit the boy.   The defendant's claim the dog never bit before, and JJ believes the defendant's daughter's story, which sounds more logical to me, and the boy was bitten, but not $4k worth.       Defendant's called the police when the older son (14) of plaintiffs was shooting pellet guns at kids, and police did find the pellet gun.    Defendants claim the plaintiffs are harassing them, and are out of control, but it's the parents, not the kids.   Plaintiff gets $500 for the dog bite.     I agree with JJ, these people need to move.

Van Love Gone Wrong-Plaintiff suing defendant ex-girlfriend for filing a false restraining order, and a loan for car payments.   Defendant claims she had a physical address, but lived in the van with plaintiff.

They were also engaged, but never married.   Plaintiff gets his $1500 loan back.

5 p.m. reruns-

Extreme Bullying and Life-Threatening Texts?!-Defendant claims his daughter was punched in the face repeatedly by his live-in lover's 10-year-old-son, she denies everything, and is suing for property the man destroyed.    The defendant had three kids living there, and so did the plaintiff.

Plaintiff was hopping between living locations, and now has moved in with her mother.   She wants moving expenses, and illegal eviction, and is getting zero for either.    Money owed for property woman left behind is still in contention.     Plaintiff claims she bought beds for the kids, 45 and 60 inch TVs, and other furniture, and left it behind.     Defendant claims he bought the beds from the previous roommate.

Defendant also says his young daughter was punched in the face by the plaintiff's son.    Defendant also claims the son was stalking his house, and kids after the woman moved out.

I feel sorry for the plaintiff's kids, who were in three different schools, in two states, and had a lot of time out of school.    Mommy of the year seems to be adding another baby to her brood too.

Nothing for anyone.   Hallterview from plaintiff "I hope he dies"  lovely.

Horse Put Down by Financially Strapped Owner-I definitely remember this one.   Plaintiff suing for back board, and two dogs (for 29 days for dogs only).       Defendant horse owner moved to be near her recent boyfriend, and paid only a month's board, and the check bounced.   The horse was there for a year, and defendant only saw him four or five times, she had moved to Las Vegas.   The boyfriend paid for the first month board, and nothing after that.

In January, there were over six months unpaid, and defendant's ex-husband paid for two months.     Horse was removed from the boarding barn in January/February, and still didn't pay.    Defendant is counter-claiming for injury to the horse, and having to put him down because she couldn't afford vet bills.       The defendant signed a boarding contract, but still didn't pay.    Defendant was notified the horse was injured in January, and told boarding barn owner to get a vet, and assume the bill, even though she had never paid a penny for the horse in all of those months.

Boarding barn owner/plaintiff treated the horse, talked to the vet, and let the defendant take the horse a couple of weeks later, and took the horse.     Defendant wanted to take her horse in Nampa to the vet school, but plaintiff says she lied.    Defendant had a scheduled appointment to meet the equine vet, and she never showed, and a small animal vet was conned by her into looking at the horse.       Defendant finally showed up with a horse trailer, and took the horse.    Defendant owes 5 months board.     Defendant never paid for feed, farrier, medical treatment.   Defendant is suing for emotional distress, and vet bills on the horse.     Defendant gave a bad check for the dog boarding.

Stableman's lien covers this, for nonpayment of boarding costs.  $1700+ for the plaintiff, and nothing for the defendant

Defendant also boarded to dogs for 29 days, and didn't pay for them either

Illegal Deportation?!- Defendant had her employee deported, and is accused by a former employee for wrongful termination, rental car fees after repossession.      Defendant had an employee who was deported, and is out $2k he paid for a car to the defendant, the plaintiff wanted the car, and then defendant repo'd it.    Defendant is $7500 to the good, John is out $2k, and plaintiff is out $500 on car, and defendant still has the car.   Plaintiff gets $500.

This is the only ep I could watch. Don't want to hear anything about dogs and horses. Deborah Darling (a misnomer if ever I heard one) is a hard-rode moocher/grifter who stood there making excuses and chomping on gum and plaintiff was dumb enough to throw money at her. I can't believe JJ didn't make Deb get rid of the gum. She didn't give back the engagement ring because "he was mean to me." For our litigants, the adage "With age comes wisdom" definitely does not apply and the stupid is permanent.

I'm always amazed at how litigants all know just how to get title loans on old cars, payday loans, how to work the system, live rent-free, find bail bondsman and where to go to get restraining orders. I would have no clue where to go or how to do any of that. They remind me of someone I used to know. She was loud, uneducated and unintelligent, but she did have a kind of animal cunning I almost admired.

3 p.m. reruns-

Sugar in the Gas Tank Payback?!-Plaintiff says ex-girlfriend of her boyfriend vandalized her car, with sugar in the gas tank.   Plaintiff suing for (plaintiff and defendant used to be friends, before the boyfriend wandered) damages, after plaintiff caught with boyfriend of defendant, and car was vandalized on the same day.     Plaintiff's witness is neighbor, who saw the defendant at 2:30 p.m. near the plaintiff's car, and saw the defendant getting out of plaintiff's car.

After the vandalism was discovered, a police report was made, but there is no proof who did it.   Plaintiff brought mechanic to court, and says plaintiff's sixteen year old car needed a new engine, etc.   Car is worth $2150, and mechanic estimate is $3800 (plaintiff bought it for $3600, didn't check blue book I guess).       $2150 to plaintiff, the blue book value of the car.

Hit and Run?-Plaintiff suing defendant and defendant's mommy (title holder of car) for hitting his parked car, and leaving the scene.   Defendants have totally different story.    Plaintiff's witness is neighbor who saw the accident.     Witness says defendant whacked parked pickup truck, and left the scene.         Witness got the license plate, and police report says mother (car owner) said son used car without permission, and had no insurance.     However, defendant mother says in court son had her permission to use the car.    The pickup truck was knocked crooked, and badly damaged.      Truck is worth $12k or so, and plaintiff gets $5k to fix it.   Defendant's car is damaged, and parked in her garage, and I hope it's still there (this was 2015).  Defendant claimed the plaintiff was pulling out from the curb, but no one was in the vehicle at the time.

Defendant son says he had permission to drive the uninsured car to work.     Why do I have the suspicion the car is one of the insured while the registration is renewed, and then cancelled ?

(the plaintiff and witness names in this case are so interesting)

Crazed Road Rage Incident-Plaintiff says defendant son (dad is vehicle owner) was harassing him after a road rage accident, and claim defendant son kicked the car.    Defendant (stepdad) is car owner, and son, are both full of it.     Defendant father claims he saw the plaintiff driving past his house, and leaving stepson's yard.     Defendant son lives on high speed road, and claims plaintiff was driving slow past his house, and when defendant son went to pass the plaintiff, that plaintiff tried to drive him off the road.

Defendant step dad says step son told him a few days after accident it happened, and no police report was ever made about this.

Plaintiff was leaving a parking lot, (his mother lives about 20 houses from defendant stepson), and stepson jumps out of car, screaming and yelling about plaintiff driving past his house, kicks the plaintiff's car, and plaintiff goes to turn down his mom's street and stepfather, and stepson pull on tail of plaintiff's car.      Plaintiff says stepdad, and stepson confronted the plaintiff, and plaintiff called the police, and has an incident report.    Stepson keeps giggling, and acting very inappropriately.

Police talked to stepdad, and he agreed to pay for damages to plaintiff's car.      Plaintiff gets $1403.07 for car damages, and harassment.

Misplaced Grief?-Plaintiff says former friend defendant for money to bail her out of jail, and money in her jail account.    Defendant was a 'friend' and wanted to get a housekeeping job to pay for breast implants.   Defendant claims she never asked plaintiff for money, and wanted bail after getting switched to another jail for another charge.      Plaintiff claims defendant was going to pay him back, but letters from defendant only talked about the breast implants, and how she'll pay the plaintiff back, and it wasn't in cash, but apparently favors.      Plaintiff was acting out of grief for his daughter, but taking up with this woman was a mistake.       When defendant got out of jail, plaintiff took her shopping at Walmart.

I feel so sorry for the plaintiff, just a lonely old man.

Plaintiff gets $zip.

5 p.m. reruns-

Your Husband is My Man?!-Plaintiff sues her boyfriend's estranged wife for false arrest.   (Sorry, but love muffin in this case is nothing to fight over).   Both women have children with plaintiff's witness.

The man makes $400 a week, lives with plaintiff for two years and has twins with her, and defendant many years, and has 4 kids with her.    He has six kids by 28 years old, and doesn't make enough to feed himself, let alone the kids.

Plaintiff dropped man off at estranged defendant's sister's house, and was staying there.    The defendant lived with man, the four kids,  at her sister's house.      When man, and plaintiff arrived at the sister's house, where he was staying, with defendant, and kids.         When plaintiff pulled up at the house with the man, at the sister's house, and defendant went to the door, and went in the yard, and claims plaintiff almost hit her with the car.    Defendant chased the man through the neighborhood, and on the next street, talked to the police on the phone, about the near miss with the car.

Defendant claims plaintiff grabbed the phone from her, and told the police the plaintiff robbed her of the phone, and claims plaintiff punched her too.      Police stopped plaintiff down the road.   Police report disputes virtually everything that defendant just testified to.    Plaintiff was in jail for a day and a half, but that was months after the incident.    Defendant thinks estranged husband has to give her a divorce, wrong.    $2500 to plaintiff.

Mobile Home Scam?!-Plaintiff claims mobile home they purchased from defendants couldn't be registered or titled (many states, mobile homes have license plates and registration).     Plaintiff and girlfriend needed housing, bought a mobile home from defendant (Facebook ad).    Defendant sold for $4500, that was being sold for back park rent.   Plaintiff's gave defendant $4k cash to buy mobile home owned by someone else.   Defendant claims Robert Brown (mobile home owner) is in the hospital, but he's the defendant's witness.     Robert Brown claims the mobile home was resold, and he didn't do that either.   The defendant resold the mobile home after he sold it to the plaintiffs.

Plaintiffs filed police report on defendant, with no action.   Plaintiffs get $4k

Tooth Knocked Out in Dog Fight?!-Plaintiff suing defendant for medical bills (1,892) due to an assault after a dog bite incident. .    Plaintiff's dog was off leash,    The litigants live in the same complex, and no one knew anyone before this.    Plaintiff's dog is a French Bulldog, and dog was off leash.    Defendant has two Labrador Retrievers, on leash.     Plaintiff's dog approached defendant's dogs, and defendant was walking by with her dogs.     When the dog approached, defendant told dog to Get away.    Plaintiff says area is well lit, and he claims he saw her kick his dog.   Dog wasn't taken to the vet either.

Plaintiff claims he was ten feet from the defendant, but she claims he was right in her face, and she had to tell him to back off.     Plaintiff got three feet from defendant, claims defendant hit him with a flashlight, and he called the police.     Nothing in plaintiff's story is consistent, or sensible.     Plaintiff claims defendant hit him with a flashlight, and knocked out his tooth.    Defendant says plaintiff was right in her face, and aggressive, when she made contact with the flashlight.    Plaintiff got it wrong about where his dog was, and left dog in the car.   $0 for plaintiff.  $0 for defendant too.

If the plaintiff wasn't right in the defendant's face, then how could she touch him?     She admitted contact when she told him to back away, and he was right in her face.   I absolutely think she pushed the dog away, and didn't kick it.     However, the plaintiff's changing array of stories, and timelines, and everything he said didn't add up.      I wondered what was wrong with the plaintiff, he seemed very confused about everything to do with the case.

If he thought his dog was injured, then why didn't he take the dog to a vet?    And why wasn't the dog leashed next to a parking lot?   I would worry about the dog getting run over if it got out in the street or parking lot.

If the tooth that chipped, or broke had previous issues, then it would be more fragile, so it might not have been the woman's fault at all, but he shouldn't have been in her face either.     I think they said one of them moved?   I hope so.

Puppy From Hell?!-Plaintiff wants damages from former roommates puppy.    Plaintiff says living environment was disgusting, and puppy relieved itself everywhere.    What are those odd noises the defendant is making?            Nothing for the plaintiff.    Defendant looks like a jack lighted deer when it's her turn to talk to JJ.     Defendant claims the plaintiff abandoned the dog after purchase, and she has a note from the doctor saying she needs a dog (emotional support animal).   $0 for both sides.
