Each team is very different so it's hard to determin who is the best overall team in the NFL. The DCC I think are the most well known team, with a huge fan following highly due to this show. The Texans are huge on social media which helps give them lots of attention and helps make them highly popular so if it's based purely on popularity as to who is the best in the NFL then they would be top competitors. A lot of the teams reference themselves as the best in the NFL and I think it depends what you consider personally as the best. No two teams within the NFL are the same, some have very high dance skills and some not as high a standard (my opinion), some do an incredible amount of charitable work while some do very little, some are incredible with the fans in all aspects while others only interact at games or specialised events not using any social media platforms (which I find makes fans like them more as they can actually interact with them no matter where in the world they are from). So it depends what you think would make the team the best in the NFL. 

I dont think any teams are quite at the same standard as DCC are but I think having the TV show makes them have a high standard as everyone is watching and judging them. They have a lot they have to offer to fans and to get their attention and they have to make the team perfect.

I am in school right now where I have to dress professionally (going to be an esthetician and we have clients) but I found a workout pant that looks like a flare leg black professional pant. It's the Gaiam yoga pant at kohl's. I got three pairs. They are durable, cool and comfy and I can go for a walk on my break and still look professional at school. You could wear a blazer or nice top and shoes with them and no one would ever know it wasn't a dress pant! I won't say "pant" anymore.

I'm impressed with anyone who can do Whole 30. A bunch of my friends have, but I'm too scared. I did pretty well with 21 Day Fix containers (some cheating) and definitely lost weight. I have a foot injury that keeps me from running, which is the only way I've found to shed weight fast and still eat like a garbage can haha.

I might start another round of Whole30 this week - I just try to focus on what I can have instead of can't. If you just think simple and meat/fruit/veg it's not so bad. I missed sugar in my coffee more than booze, which was so weird. Lol. 

I'll put in a high five for the Seagals - love, love! Could also be because I lived in Seattle during this last super bowl run, so I've had a lot of interaction.

I seriously bought these pants at Ross, and I thought they were the most comfortable work pants ever. It took wearing them a few times to realize they were exercise pants. Oh well-still wear them ?

I wear black yoga pants (catalog I purchased from calls them active pants) to work with a long blouse/shirt and nobody knows the difference. I work at a hospital in the HIM dept so we have a dress code (no jeans/denim, t-shirts, sweats, etc.).

I would wear mine with a sundress. I have a couple of denim ones that would be perfect. Or a purple sundress at a TCU game, red for an SMU game. I love the white with purple TCU logo the Showgirls wear too. 

I don't feel like Miss Me denim ever took off in Dallas (tho I've seen them at Red River dance hall on occasion), but in more rural areas they were quite popular in Texas too.  It's more geared towards the wealthy rancher/4H girls. And despite what television shows you, Dallas doesn't have a lot of that crowd. Guaranteed I'll see them all over the livestock barns when the state fair opens this weekend tho!

Sorry, I know that this is from last week and things move fast around here, but just in case you really were wondering and would like to wow friends and family ?  Conduct during the National Anthem is actually delineated in Title 36 of the U.S. Code. Specifically Section 301. And standing, facing the flag, removing any headdress and/or placing your hand over your heart is actually exactly what it says. ?

Additionally, The Gap has some pretty sweet bootcut stretchy yoga pants and I now use as my "fancy pants" cause I just don't do buttons anymore. 

Also I am learning SO much from you guys about boots and outfits. Seriously. Husband bought me cowboy boots last year, and I had NO IDEA how to wear them other than with jeans...they don't go with my Gap stretchies.

Cowboy boots can work with non-buttoned pants...I personally think they just need to be a heavier weight than the average legging. A jegging or dense knit could work. I prefer how it looks with a blousier top, too. But what matters most is what you think and are most comfortable wearing ?

I love the luchese boots so much!!! But I live in a tiny village in the south east of England (literally exactly like the ones you see in films), I feel like they'd be under appreciated by everyone here (except me) hahah. I was the first person to have uggs for like a year!!!

Yeah everyone knows everyone names (and their business LOL). Best bit it's only a 10 minute drive to the beach too. It's bliss, honestly. Best of both worlds but I can't see the DCC boots going down well at all haha... Because Let's face it if I'm getting a pair I'm going to get the pair I can pretend to be a DCC in!

I can answer this: you treat the illness and can't judge the person or how the illness is caused. I.E. If a recreational drug overdose (person chose to do heroin and is ODing), and a kid who wrecked his bike and has hurt his leg, but can walk, arrive at the same time, you treat the more urgent issue (OD). Or say two gang members shoot each other up in a school yard, and you have one gang member with a shot to the chest, a kid with a big cut to his forehead and a broken wrist, and a grandpa with chest pains, the gang member will probably be treated first, then grandpa, then the kid. You can't treat the gang member without pain medication or smack him around, either.

So.....if fire extinguisher guy comes in the same time as granny with a heart attack and little Susie who has a bee sting (no anaphylaxis, just really itchy), Granny goes first, then probably fire guy if he has breathing issues, then Susie.

That is why there is a triage system to help with identifying the likelyhood of you dying etc!  Plus for those who have things in places they should be, there is a bucket in ER where they keep those prizes!!

We have to treat all patients with dignity and respect, regardless of how they ended up in the situation they're in.  There are some very idiotic, self-inflicted situations I've seen that makes you shake your head and wonder what in the hell they were thinking. However, it's our job to get them back to health, whether they intended to hurt themselves or not. It wouldn't be ethical to treat them any differently.  That doesn't stop us from thinking that was a stupid thing they did to get in to that situation, but we've got to treat them the same as everyone else. The ones that really make me shake my head are the people who "have no idea" how something ended up getting stuck in their rectum.  Seems like there's a lot of people that "fall" on stuff....LOL!

I have plenty of funny stories, but can't share them, due to HIPAA laws.

I love ER, but the hard part is dealing with crazy families that just don't understand why we can't have a crowd of 20 people all in the same room. Or don't understand why it's "taking so long" to see the doctor. Well, gee...you're here for the sniffles and an ambulance just came in and we were paged for multiple trauma.  You're going to have to wait, you're not in imminent danger right now. In the ER, you can have 4 to 5 patients at the same time. It gets crazy when the ER is full. Our hospital is close to a major university and we have to open up a special unit on the ER every football/basketball game because of all the cases of alcohol intoxication that come in. Can you imagine a unit full of drunk, puking college kids?  It's insane sometimes.

I love being the ICU now because I only have 1 or 2 patients at a time. Granted, they're very critical and unstable, but I have more time to devote to each patient and their families.  It's still fast paced like the ER, but I get to use my brain more, instead of "treat 'em and street 'em".

Technically, you'd treat according to ABCs (airway, breathing, circulation), so you'd treat fire extinguisher guy first because he'd have major breathing issues, then Granny, then Susie. Now, if Granny wasn't breathing because of the MI, then she'd be first. Good thing we can usually treat them both at the same time because we have a lot of staff :)
