I'm happy for this. I've never hated RSW and Ben tortured Abby so I'm all good. I hope that beyond his reshoots of the murder scene, he can get all up in Abby's head again. Maybe we'll see if Marci can act (she hasn't been given the material to show us that yet, imo. I'm looking forward to her attempt. I am meh on her so far but again, no material yet.

I really don't like the actor playing Ben and don't think he did anything more than an adequate job with the serial killer storyline. I hope this return features a lot less mugging from him and more of a focus on Abigail and Will.

He should just be an obstacle for them to overcome.

I agree. I thought about a return where there would be more of a an actual lawful release.  Like, somehow he managed a legitimate, legal way to return to town. I won't get bogged by actual legalities, half the town are murderers. I'm sure they could write some ridiculous out for him, and I'd handwave it if it resulted in actual tension. Maybe he really tried to get mental help or maybe he is just as psycho as ever and covering it up? Then the townsfolk would have to deal with his presence. I imagine, in the end, his crazy would show itself.

It would take a better actor to pull this off, so it's probably best they are going with an escape.

Same. I thought Ben was boring in the beginning when all they had him do was Abby jumping his bones 24/7. I think RSW did good work with the serial killer stuff. I also support Ben messing with Abby's mind again if only because I still hate that she got mostly a free pass for all of her lying and cheating & learned pretty much nothing from her own bad choices.  I look  forward to seeing how MM plays it since I thought KM was a one trick pony that her one strength is playing psychosexual self-victimization characters and MM is able to bring vulnerability & some warmth to Abby.

'psychosexual self-victimization' is the perfect words for what she portrayed..it made me feel so embarrassed and awkward in a distasteful way when i was subjected to majority of her scenes..yuk...honestly i hope to never see her in other projects i am interested in/i am watching..or she would have to totally change her way of acting..and yet..i don't even want to think about it..shudder..

Robin Strasser is coming!!! omg, omg, omg.

No word on who she's going to play, or for how long.

And Steve Nichols's daughter Dylan is also joining the show, speculation is that she'll be Stephanie.

She's denying it. Others have denied in the past and still appeared on the show. So there's probably a 50/50 chance.

I don't have an opinion either way. I've watched the equivalent of 1 whole OLTL episode in my life and that was b/c of the JR/Babe crossover...and I regretted every second.

Robin Strasser would have been so great as Anjelica Devereaux.  She could bring the bitchiness and vulnerability that Jane Elliot gave Anjelica.  Robin would have fantastic chemistry with Wally as Ned. She would be a believable rival to Judy. I would kill to see her in scenes with Matthew Ashford's Jack.. What a waste!

I really doubt she's Stephanie.  She's a musician, so my guess is a one-shot performance.  Maybe with Claire?  Or Eve?

He signed a new contract not long ago. He's supposedly a favorite of Corday's wife. I guess being a friend or favorite of Ken or his wife helps to secure a job on the show. That's why we got stuck with Mumbles as Roman for so long.

There aren't any characters that I despise so much that I wish they'd leave the show.  If I don't like them, I just ignore them (like Gabi).  

Whenever I see an update here, I hope it's because they revealed who Tyler Christopher is going to be playing.

It seems strange that Ron would start the plotline with her and Eli having a past two episodes ago if they knew she was leaving days later.  I would assume she meant her last taping but since she said "Show", I'm guessing she meant air date.  Strange either way.

Jen Lilly posted a video of her going to the studio and apparently the first person she went to see to break the news she was back was Casey Moss.  Of course, he may have been the only one there at the time, I don't know.  :)

I can't help but love the idea in a way because Robin is a GIFT and to see her with Kassie again (<3) BUT I don't trust Ron. I had the same conflicting feeling when Kassie was coming back. He BUTCHERED these ladies on OLTL. 

I LOVE Jen Lilley (she was actually my fav Maxie on GH too) and I love Theresa and the Donovan sisters so I'm excited.

But you guys know that Eve and Brady are so gonna bang now, right? xD
