Joe just conflated Democratic NY AG Schneiderman's behavior with Bill Clinton's.  Out of nowhere after a long rant on Trump being a dirt bag and the GOP hypocrites: "Let's be honest let's be blunt.  It was the Democratic party in the 1990s that enabled Bill Clinton.   They would say behind the scenes that yes, Bill Clinton physically abused women. He treated them terribly."  Everybody knew this but Ken Starr, I guess.
Clinton invented infidelity.  And the Democrats were to blame.  OK.

I am liking how they have had on so many authors recently.

Joe was a key member of the Trump transition team. He recommended Harold Ford Jr & Richard Haas for key cabinet positions. Mika recommended Dinah Powell.

I have seen ms Klautisis’s obituary. It was odd that it never mentioned that she worked for Joe.

I hope Morning Joe brings on an analyst tomorrow who remembers USA Iran relations from the Carter administration to today. Joe used to be against the Iran deal when Obama made the deal. I suspect his views have changed.

I have little interest in hearing anything Andrea Mitchell has to say, and usually change the channel when she is on, but she made a good case for why we should have stayed in the Iran deal. 

Joe and Mike are commentators and news presenters and I have never expected more from them. Andrea, however, is supposed to be more (journalist, reporter).  She lost me when she could not hide her disdain for Hillary when she was on MJ in 2016. Every time something negative came up about Trump, she seemed to feel she had to counter it by going back to the email issue. She wasn't the only one who did that but it wasn't balanced reporting.

I find it fascinating that Mika & Joe like to gossip & trash Giuliani yet they expect everyone else to remain silent about their own antics. I remember Joe bragging in Feb 2017 that he had secret text messages to Jared. He told NBC execs that Jared or someone in the Trump administration was trying to blackmail them about his affair with Mika. Nothing ever came of it.

I can't wait for the Morning Joe tell all book when they get cancelled.

It amazes me that highly respected journalists like Charlie Rose, was able to get away with all his sexual misconduct for years , yet no one said or did anything.

Joe impressed me by remembering that he was opposed to the Iran deal.

Obama never got the deal approved by Congress, so Trump can reverse Obama's executive order.

Joe said Trump is moving away from Obama's strategy of being nice to Iran.

The new alliance is Saudi Arabia + Israel + other Sunni states  versus  the Shiite states of Iran & Iraq,

It looks like the next war could be Sunni vs Shiite. That's scary.

Joe is being very logical about the Middle East today.

Obama was a friend of Iran & was upset that they were still supporting Hezbollah terrorist groups.

It's weird how politics works.

Obama was trying to be nice to Iran , so they would stop trying to build nuclear weapons to wipe out Israel.

Trump is trying to be nice to North Korea now, so they don't blow up South Korea.

Nicolas Burns is GW Bush appointee. He said the new US Ambassador will have to tell the german companies that want to do business with Iran that their businesses will be affected. The Europeans are selling many things to Iran. Iran has more money now without sanctions and higher oil prices.

It's ironic that Trump could help Iran by keeping oil prices high. They could sell oil to the Europeans.

Saudi Arabia benefits from higher oil prices as well as Russia and Canada!.

The higher oil prices will encourage more drilling for oil in the USA.

Senator Chris Murphy warned Barnicle that the chances of a war between Iran & Israel are higher. In the "good old days", the USA would give weapons to Saddam Hussein & let him battle Iran. It was called the Iran-Iraq War. Now , George W, goes and gets rid of Saddam, so Iraq is effectively run by the Shiite majority in Iraq  who is affiliated with Iran.

The Middle East is a mess. Burns said Trump has to have a detailed strategy to deal with the Middle East & not just do the opposite of whatever Obama did.

Noah Rothman looks like Marc Halperin. Noah said that Iran isn't complying with the nuclear deal.

I like Podhoretz' avuncular nature, but I hate his politics and excuses for Trump's corruption. 
Joe's face when it became clear that the 3 captives were coming home was rich.  He had to GRUDGINGLY approve and then walk the tightrope where he admitted he hated Obama's enthusiasm for the Iranian deal but also hates how Trump pulled out of it, and how he's happy that the captives are coming home but hates that Trump did it.  But he's probably right, what on earth did Trump promise NK to get them to capitulate to so many terms?  What did Trump offer so that he can simply win a news cycle?

It's incredible to see how quickly Halperin can go from the self described leader of the "Gang of 500" journalists who can make or break a Presidential campaign to "He who shall not be named".
