But but but the it's just a building also applies to Bill. Who has hit, disowned, and threatened to decimate his son over it. He's chosen an object over his flesh and blood child that he still claims to love. 

Liam is at least not folding and still standing up to Bill and being his own person and standing by the decisions he made with regards to Spectra and Sally and he's still lame?! Oh, I don't disagree with that. Bill is by far the more ridiculous of the two. Given my posting history, I can't blame the post for coming across a bit harshly towards Liam.

Maybe Lame was harsh and unwarrented, but I think there could be been a happy medium beyond rolling on his belly for Still and this stuff. Especially if he does so without consulting Sally, as most men on B&B often do. Maybe she'd like to go about her life in peace and if she can get a good deal and better digs? So much the better. Liam can still cut Bill from his life and Steffy can still go fuck Bill.

I know, I know :(  Which is why Liam should've opened his own small pond programming tech firm, Cooper Tech, using the proceeds from his mother's life insurance policy that he wisely invested. If Liam had his own playground separate from the Spencer sphere where he could try, fail, try again succeed then it allows for his character growth and organic bumping of heads with Bill in Liam's company being an example of Liam's values being successfully executed instead of Bill always poo pooing him. And Nicole would've been the perfect mentoree to keep her earning her own way outside of being Maya's brood mare.

-Steffy tries to run into the building and Bill stops her

-Bill crying

-Wyatt saying he can't believe Bill did it and Katie hugging him

-Liam and Sally caught in the rubble in a pocket and screaming for help

-Liam is clawing at the dirt and rubble and trying to get out (ADDED)

-Sally saying that if they don't make it that she wants Liam to know she loves him

-Sally and Liam kiss and then they're shown passing out (ADDED)

-Bill and Steffy somehow get into the building the way it's cut it looks like Bill may see Liam and Sally passed out in each other's arms and he yanks Steffy back so she doesn't see. Could just be the wait they cut the promo (ADDED)

This crap here is the same crap GH pulled with Sonny/Brenda/Jax with Sonny and Brenda having sex while trapped in a cave in next to a dead body and Jax and Jason hauling ass in to try to save them. It ruined Brenda for me.

I like Still 1.0 a lot better in hindsight. I think it worked because Bill did seem to care a lot for this mixed-up girl (back when Steffy could still pass for being "innocent"). There were times when the advice he gave her for her career was actually solid and he seemed to respect her.

Still 2.0? It feels a lot like he just wants another voice in the peanut gallery cheerleading his stupid decision-making, much like he did in the early days of Brill. Bill comes off as an asshole who is possibly doing this to break his son. Steffy comes off as the faithless, unloyal troll she always was, without any excuses of misunderstandings to fall back on like the shit with Wyatt last year. Monday notwithstand, Liam has been faithful to her ass this past year--hell, the past two years, if you count all his Quinn Is Evil and Wyatt Will Never Cut Her Loose mewling and mopiness--and it took a whole building falling on them to get that kiss out of him.

What annoys me about this crap is the setup to make Steffy look like the bestest wife ever in trying to reunite Bill and Liam and heal the Spencer family so that she's sympathetic when Liam strays with his kiss with Sally and so it's somehow understandable - not justified- that she seeks comfort with Bill, her husband's father. Also they're having her - supposedly a smart savvy with it woman- be completely unselfaware of the issue that she's not supporting her husband but her former lover and that she's crossing a line. It's something that she'll become aware of later as part of her 'arc' that she had unresolved feelings for Bill and didn't 'realize' it until now.

No she doesn't have to agree with Liam, but constantly fluffing Bill is not her job nor is it appropriate.  Also this 'mistake' so far has the whiff of the Thomas/Caroline mess with an emotionally distraught woman calling a man related to her husband who has feelings for said woman for a shoulder to cry on and 'one thing leads to another.' TPTB better not repeat the same mistakes by having both of them drunk and /or compromised-especially because were 99% sure Steffy will be pregnant since in show time, she will have slept with Liam the day before the building implosion and Bill about 2 days after.  We don't need another Douglas situation although I'm pretty sure that if Steffy wants a paternity test, Bill (who now has taken Wyatt's scripts in the Wyatt vs Liam rivalry) will switch the results so that he's the father because he belives that the child is the only reason Steffy is clinging to her marriage and if the child is his Steffy will come to him.  

And if Bill goes THAT low there really is no redeeming him. Although props to B&B because they're going old school soap with an ruthless father vs his son. However even when Adam on AMC did heinous crap, he didn't do it to his kids and he always was trying to hide it because he knew his kids would be disappointed with him. Bill seems to simply not give a damn because he doesn't like his son- which is another truth bomb I think is part of Bill's arc- he doesn't like Liam even if he loves him in his own way and so, yeah, he has no qualms taking his wife, his child, and blaming Liam for it.

And money says Wyatt finds out about it and is 'torn' over what to do- stay loyal to his father or do the right thing. And if he tells the truth he'll be seen as the best thing ever instead of ya know, doing the right thing.

You know what would crack me up? If a recast Hope were to one to find out about Bill's paternity hijinks and she were the one to put an end to it. It woul have the benefit of getting him back for all the shit Bill threw at her and Steffy would be squirming at human decency from the absolute last person she deserves it from, and from someone with evil Logan blood at that. And Hope wishes Liam well before moving way the fuck on to someone else.

The article is interesting joint JMW/DD interview. He says he always had his feelings for Steffy, he just had to lock it away as off limits because of her with Liam.  She says there's always been something there.

She even mentions their fans how "Still" fans will love it.  It wasn't that long ago that she voiced wanting this back,  do wonder if that played a part in this revisit like 7 years later.

With all due respect to the actor (whom I watched ever since he was Brad the pool boy) and the "actress," that's complete and utter bullshit.

I realize that actors are always charged with selling a storyline, but please don't insult the audience's intelligence in the process.  It goes back to the question I've had for some time.  What these two amoral fuckers share that was so deep that they'll become fuck buddies who have "feelings" for each other.  This is yet another example of how RS was sent out to sell Quinn being totally in love with Eric despite the fact that this is not what played out on our screens.

IR has it all over TK in looks, and that clip shows us that new Thorne looks like a fashion designer - like the son of chic Satanie and dapper Eric would look like -- not like the unmade, unclean bed Sludge looks like.

Being excited to see how IR takes on the role in no way dims my forever love for Winsor Harmon.

Hope will definitely be a breath of fresh air especially if she returned with a husband or love interest in tow.  Hopefully, it will give us a respite from the Stephanie Forrester, Jr. Praise & Worship Show. 

It's interesting that Wyatt and Katie have this "scandalous" relationship going on and it's barely caused a ripple beyond Quinn's over-the-top reaction.  The fact that they're already engaging in role playing during sex doesn't bode well.  If that mess dies out with a whimper, I wouldn't put it past the writers to throw Hope at Wyatt.  But, I'll take a wait-and-see attitude.

Both of those options are unfortunate. But Courtney Hope for sure has the chops to make it big. She certainly deserves better.

And I want no revisit of that ToD, no matter how big of a pig Steffy is. Let Hope do what her mother and sister could not and move on from the guy that could not make a commitment.
