King of Birds October 29, 2014 Share October 29, 2014 (edited) Not sure if the link will work-- it's from the IASIP facebook page-- but I had to wonder about the timing on this, as the real life ISS supply rocket explosion was right next to it on my timeline. Hilarious promo, nonetheless. Edited October 29, 2014 by King of Birds Link to comment

Hero December 8, 2014 Share December 8, 2014 Did they move the premiere because of the show that they are producing with Tracy Morgan? I hate waiting so long. Link to comment

Ubiquitous January 13, 2015 Share January 13, 2015 I hate that it's on FXX, which is in the 500s on Comcast and nowhere near where I channel surf! Link to comment

Lantern7 January 2, 2016 Share January 2, 2016 Here are the Season 11 episode titles. Found out about the first via TV Guide, and I'm a bit excited. In case you haven't heard, the new season kicks off Wednesday night on FXX. I'll have to DVR the episodes while watching The Challenge, but I'll make time to check them out. Link to comment
Hero January 9, 2016 Share January 9, 2016 Sunny won a People's Choice Award for favorite cable tv comedy. According to Rob McElhenney's Twitter, they were never invited and no one ever told them that they were even nominated. Maybe the People's Choice Awards was at capacity? Link to comment
Princess Sparkle January 9, 2016 Share January 9, 2016 Weird, because I thought the People's Choice was the one awards show that actually tells the winners ahead of time to make sure they show up. Bummer, because I would've LOVED to see what an acceptance speech from the gang would've been. 2 Link to comment

It would be awesome if they won an Emmy. 2 Link to comment
Lantern7 January 13, 2016 Share January 13, 2016 Somebody merged the show with The Phantom Menace. I linked to the AVClub site because the comments are filled with funny fusion quips . . . like Anakin following the DENNIS System. Link to comment

Lantern7 May 13, 2016 Share May 13, 2016 Very nice. Also, while I'm guessing the next season will air in 2017, I wonder if the show will do anything related to the DNC. The most I can think up is Dennis trying to verify his status as an erotic man by sleeping with Hilary Clinton. Link to comment

Rinaldo July 15, 2016 Share July 15, 2016 I'm pretty sure they're resigned to their lot after this many years. Link to comment
DrSpaceman73 September 17, 2016 Share September 17, 2016 https://www.yahoo.com/news/twist-date-woman-fuming-meeting-194300246.html I don't think any fan of the show could read this article and not immediately think of Dennis doing something just like this. You know, because of the implications of being on a yacht. And its a combination of a few stories they have already done. 1 Link to comment
DrSpaceman73 October 13, 2016 Share October 13, 2016 The Family Feud scenario they used almost happened exactly as they did it on the show. Lantern7 January 4, 2017 Share January 4, 2017 Actually, no. The season kicks off tonight. Just found out via AV Club. If FX advertised on The Mick, then this potential fuckup is on me because I missed the pilot and DVRed the second episode. 1 Link to comment

Those are good choices, especially Sweet Dee is dating a retarded person. For some reason Mac naming their "band" Chemical Toilet cracks me up I would add Chardee MacDennis to the list, but I like what they chose. 1 Link to comment

Hypnocratic Goat March 9, 2017 Share March 9, 2017 Wow. Didn't Glenn say at the beginning of the season that the finale would change people's perceptions forever? Or something to that effect. Link to comment
Lantern7 April 12, 2017 Share April 12, 2017 From Cheezburger: 23 IASIP memes. Needless to say, "implication" is used a lot. ETA: From Film Rader: an analysis on what makes Sunny work (season 12 not included). I would've thrown in "old-timey music" and "natural evolution in post-Seinfeld TV, with bigger assholes in a city harsher than New York." 1 Link to comment
DrSpaceman73 May 2, 2017 Share May 2, 2017 I read this morning next season won't be until 2019. Didn't see the details to know if that as to allow Glenn to continue on the show Link to comment
Lantern7 May 2, 2017 Share May 2, 2017 Would that happen if his pilot is picked up? I mean, I want Glenn to evolve beyond being America's favorite sociopath, but I'd rather have new IASIP. I'd be good for recasting Dennis. Ten episodes? Ten Dennises. Dennisi? Have fun with it if the show needs to go on. 1 Link to comment
Lantern7 May 9, 2017 Share May 9, 2017 Update: AP Bio has been picked up. I'm happy for Glenn, but dang, y'know? Link to comment
Lantern7 June 9, 2017 Share June 9, 2017 From AVClub: IASIP's next season expected near the end of 2018. I understand. I ain't happy, but I understand. Not like I have to scream about somebody needing to get stabbed. 1 Link to comment

DrSpaceman73 November 22, 2017 Share November 22, 2017 (edited) So it looks like the next season will be a bit sooner than we thought, starting work on it in April and possible release later in 2018,, but still no word if Glen Howerton/Dennis will be back for this season https://screenrant.com/its-always-sunny-in-philadelphia-season-13-glenn-howerton-dennis-return/ Edited November 22, 2017 by DrSpaceman73 1 Link to comment
ElectricBoogaloo December 14, 2017 Share December 14, 2017 Binging with Babish (which makes food from tv shows and movies) did an episode on It's Always Sunny! He makes rum ham, riot juice, fight milk, grilled Charlie, and milk steak. 1 Link to comment
Thrifty December 14, 2017 Share December 14, 2017 They have a recipe for Rum Ham inside that book they wrote, the name of which escapes me at the moment. I think I gave my copy to a friend when she was in the hospital so I can't look it up right now. The recipe was pretty weird, and I think it involved a shotgun somehow. Link to comment
Thrifty December 14, 2017 Share December 14, 2017 Ok turns out I didn't give the book away, and the recipe for Rum Ham involves a handgun, not a shotgun. Link to comment
Christina February 5, 2018 Share February 5, 2018 Some of the gang attended the Super Bowl. I'm sure the others are there, too. One of the comments said, "Charlie is wild carding it trying to break into the announcer box while Dennis is hitting on Brady's wife." I had to post the photo that is on Imgur because the ones on Twitter kept giving me errors. 1 Link to comment
callie lee 29 February 5, 2018 Share February 5, 2018 I didn't watch the game but the first thing I thought of when I heard the eagles won was this site. Man I wish it was on so we could see this episode! Link to comment
Lantern7 February 5, 2018 Share February 5, 2018 At least one place is looking to make a few bucks off last night and IASIP. If/when the next season happens, Super Bowl LII should be a two-part episode, because it would have to top "The World Series Defense." I mean, if you look up footage from Philadelphia last night, most of the city was acting like "The Gang." 2 Link to comment

Yes, I was thinking with the SB win, the natural thing to do is follow up The World Series Defense with The Superbowl defense. Link to comment
