Who was Beverly?  I do not remember a Beverly at all.

They zoomed in on her face when she got the 1:1, and I think I’ve seen her before, but I have no details/memories of this woman. I think she had the good sense to leave, and no inclination to even come up with a goodbye to Grant.

i would think Grant genuinely likes Litia, but the way he massages every woman’s hip when seated next to him makes it hard for me to trust him. Therefore, even though Rose is probably lying about Grant—it is plausible he might say something like that to try to deflect off his player tendencies. He even brought up marriage to a couple of different women tonight, so wanting to dance with a few of them is nothing. Dry your eyes, Carolina. Start fake coughing and say you must have caught what Beverly had.

oh, damn. I’m you know Grant is going to be forced to pick a prom queen and this will be brutal! The wailing! They will never recover from the emotional devastation.

Next week: Bunjee jumping, ganging up on each other, Wrong Reaons, everyone crying… Didn’t we just watch this show?

Deja vu all over again.

This whole thing makes me really appreciate what Joey brought to the table. Before his season started there were worries he would be too boring but he turned out to be kind and caring and really listened to the women and asked questions.  He was just as nice as when he was on Charity’s season.  Grant wasn’t all that memorable last season, and he really isn’t making much of an impression, except maybe going for the making out record.

He is practically repulsed by Rose.  There is nothing there between the bachelor and rose.  This seems to verify that they made him choose her for possible drama     She doesn’t seem to have a personality or anything that would appeal to someone and she’s not attractive like how they usually cast.  She  should slink  out in the middle of the night.

What was with that ridiculous shirt on Carolina during their one on one date (the one she wore on the plane)??? Was that shirt actually a pair of pants made into a shirt? WTF?? Is this a challenge on Project Runway or something?

I really don’t care for her at all! Her meltdown about him going out with the other 3 girls before she got back to the mansion was ridiculous. It is literally what she signed up for.

Oh, damn! Grant actually did tell Rose he was thinking of her when dancing on stage!!!

The Bachelor fans call out Grant Ellis for gaslighting Rose
The Bachelor fans did not hesitate taking to social media to call out Grant Ellis for gaslighting after an awkward incident.

Read in Daily Mail: https://apple.news/A7MmgyEr0QqubKZL71kYKvw

Once again, the show picks a Bachelor that left early and viewers didn’t know much about, and he turns out to be a jerk. (I’m looking at you, Juan Pablo…. And Colton and/or the other one who reminded me of Colton but I forget his name…) [ETA: Had to Google. Clayton. I couldn’t remember the difference between lunky Colton and Clayton even during the latter’s season!]

i follow back the bachelor GIF

And once I noticed Grant massages every woman’s hips/backside like he’s kneading bread in a bakery, I couldn’t unsee it. I am now rooting for this man’s demise. Keep the drama coming! This is what he deserves. Wrong Reasons! Wrong Reasons!

Oh damn, so Grant really did tell Rose that she was thinking of her when he was dancing with Carolina? Player move, bad form, Wrong Reasons alarms are going off! That's a crappy thing to say and honestly its not very nice of Rose to say to Carolina unless she's trying to warn her that Grant's a player, and that's certainly not what she was going for.

Zoe can sure dish it out but she really cant take it. After she talked not a small amount of crap in the last episode and took every chance she could to get one on one time with Grant, she gets all pissy and teary when some other girls say anything about her and when she doesn't get to spend all day with Grant and when she doesn't like the game for the group date. Its always a bad look when contestants complain too much about dates instead of just playing around, unless its something like one of the heights based dates, which I totally don't blame anyone for freaking out during.

Grant is certainly handsome and has some natural charisma, but I am not so sure about him. Grant seemed like one of the better options from Jenn's season, but he was not super memorable and its not like they had a ton of options from picking from Jenn's seasons, a rogues gallery of Wrong Reasons and obvious slimeballs with all the decent options being weeded out quickly.

It felt like the show brought in the Golden Bachelor men with a feeling of "hey, you mostly liked these guys right? Like us too!"

All of the distress and tears over a day trader player who they barely know.  These girls act like he's the last man on the planet 🥴! There were 4 single Golden Bachelors at the prom, ladies 😉.

Not to mention, is “day trader” code for unemployed crypto bro? Doesn’t sound like he works on Wall Street. Sounds like he just sits at home and invests his own money. I mean, good for him if he’s able to make a living that way that he’s independently wealthy at 30 or whatever age he is. It just sounds suss, as the kids say. Same way as he’s a “professional basketball player.” Uh-huh. Grant, do you get a W-2 and a regular paycheck?

Great points! The day trader/crypto bro career seems like glorified gambling to me.  It's a risky and unreliable income- money could be great for a little while and then it can be lost with the wrong decision. Definitely suss! How will he retire? Does he report all of his earnings when he files taxes? Does he have health insurance? Was the flashy red Ferrari a rental for the show or does he own it outright? I can't date a guy who does day trading- I'd have too many questions 😅.

Every time the market is on the upswing, a lot of people suddenly become “day traders”….in a market that doesn’t need a lot of smarts to successful.   But whenever it takes a downswing, they are wiped out.

Was Rose on some kind of downers or what? Her demeanor was so flat when talking to Grant.

I guess I must have stepped out for a few minutes and missed the whole Rose/Carolina conversation, but I can't fathom a reason for Rose to tell that to Carolina, even if she indeed hear Grant say it or whatever.

And how screamingly awkward to sit there and have that conversation with Grant when he gave every appearance of wanting to send her packing right then. The whole situation was just odd.

Zoe the tech engineer/model (wtf does that mean, BTW?) is another one who seems like she might be on some kind of downer, unless that's just her personality, or lack thereof. Grant needs to look past the appearance with that one because she is absolutely humorless and charm-free.

The guys from the Golden Bachelorette appearance was a bit of a flop. I get that they were trying to capitalize on the goodwill people have for that season, but it wasn't well-executed. And I guess they've given up on pushing Kelsey's dad for next Golden Bachelor since he didn't attend and they're openly advertising for a new GB.

I like the Golden Bachelors but it was indeed a flop. The Golden Bachelorettes had much better success.

I suspect it's a gender thing, the 60/70 year old Golden Bachelorette ladies can teasingly flirt and make comments about 20-something male contestants and people would just find it amusing, but a group of 60/70 year old men flirting or making comments about 20-something female contestants probably would not go over well. It looked the men were aware of this and kept an extreme distance (even though as someone pointed out above, without cameras, Jonathan looked like he probably would have been right up in the mix, lol).

Carolina could be a pretty decent Bachelorette if they hadn’t cancelled it for the year.

What do you mean cancelled the B'ette for the year?

No, he didn't; not at all. In the article, it gives the exact words he said to Rose: 'I'm very interested in you. Like even today, right, you know, the whole dancing thing on stage and everything, I was thinking about you". The women danced on stage, which is what he was talking about, and he said not one word about the time he was specifically dancing with Carolina.

I think Juliana is adorable, but there are moments when she’s just blankly smiling when she looks like she has no brain. She’s too old to be playing the “dumb cute one”.

She reminds me so much of Rachel, as in Gabby and Rachel.
