What are the zoning laws in AR? Like how many residential homes can you have on one parcel of land? And does one need to divide the parcel into individual lots with their own addresses?

I’m guessing because it’s considered commercial property.

The Sun is reporting that JB and Michelle recently visited Josh and stayed for at least five hours.

There's very few folks, if any, that I could talk to for 5 hours straight. I can hang with a person or people for 5 hours straight, but not if we are doing nothing but talking and staring at each other.

I can understand them staying for what was probably the most time allowed. First there’s travel involved.  Second, there is possibly a limit of x separate visit sessions a month.   So it’s best to do one long visit than two shorter visits. 

There’s probably board games etc on a table along a wall to play.  Probably vending machines for drinks and snacks.  So you can pass some time with that rather than conversation the entire time. 
 

I’m not going to snark about parents visiting their son.  Even when I don’t like any of them and am truly disgusted by Josh’s crimes. 
 

I’ve never visited a federal prison, but I doubt that Michelle found it a pleasant experience ( not counting her seeing Josh).   I know state prison visits made me feel like I was a criminal being detained myself

Most places I've heard of have limited visiting hours, because it takes a lot of staff time to screen and handle visitors, limited space for visits, and so visits have a number of hours per month in federal prisons.

By law, an inmate gets at least four hours of visiting time per month.
 

Additional time can be earned. If there are concerns about overcrowding on a particular visiting day, the warden can lower the number of hours visitors can stay.

Jessa offered up a video to celebrate Fern's birthday, so I don't think she will follow up with a belated video for her parents. She seems to space out her videos.

They went out to eat. Jim Bob and Michelle gave her a bike in the parking lot. It wasn’t assembled. In the video Spurgeon was shown attempting to assemble it, back home.

Someone I know is on Wonder of the Seas and saw them on the walking track. She texted me bc I’m the only one she knows who would care.  I asked if she was wearing a skirt (no reply yet lol)

I think JB and Michelle have backed off the hard core fundie stuff because there is no money in it for them anymore.   They are just sliding into their golden years enjoying the grandkids and traveling.

Oh definitely. They never would’ve allowed the older girls to wear those tight black skirts barely to the knees and black leggings only. Jana even posted Hannie painting while standing on a ledge – legs spread apart to where you couldn’t even see the skirt. I personally think that outfit looks a lot sexier than a pair of jeans would.

Being away from the parents, I thought Hannie had ditched the skirt. All I saw were the leggings.

I wonder if she ditched them while they were away or wears them when their home. In the past I'm not sure if they remembered they had a Hannie I wonder if that's changed with so few kids still living at home.

The 4 girls still at home all still wear skirts or dresses.  The leggings with the skirt attached is acceptable attire though, even for Michelle.

Well, they always had an image to uphold by being on TV and doing speaking engagements. They had set themselves up to live this life and were pretty naïve. They were young, and all in on this nonsense. As the years went on, they had several blows to the head (Josh, Josh, and more, Josh). Plus the girls were not necessarily marrying men who were going to be faithful to that strictness.
 

You knew it was over when Jana was in a bare shoulder wedding dress, and Jim Bob said she was a princess. In earlier days it probably would not have been approved, no matter what her age was. The jig is up. I even saw Michelle in one of those black skirt/black legging outfits. And not her usual big flowy long skirts. It was the same as the daughters wear. Jennie seems to be the only hold out. She’s almost always in a knee length Jean skirt, usually gray.
