They still want to call use their kids for clicks, without “showing” them. Fuck them. Jeremy needs to stand up and support his damn family. 6 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/144013-jinger-and-jeremy-vuolo/page/15/#findComment-8631639
EmeraldGirl Thursday at 03:41 PM Share Thursday at 03:41 PM They even put an emoji over the new baby’s face! That kid will look nothing like his newborn face in even a few months. I get the privacy thing because I think the story was that someone was criticizing Felicity’s looks. My son and daughter-in-law will not put their kids on any social media. And they’re not even famous, so I get it. I just thought it was kind of stupid in the case of a newborn. Has Jeremy even graduated from anything? Is he going for a masters or PhD, if that’s even possible, in theology? It just doesn’t seem like he has had any kind of job except going to school forever. Oh, and getting donuts. 8 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/144013-jinger-and-jeremy-vuolo/page/15/#findComment-8631645

They received many comments asking for pictures of their daughters, insisting as if these strangers were entitled to them. People started asking if Evangeline was disabled because of the lack of pictures. That played a part in their decision. 3 4 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/144013-jinger-and-jeremy-vuolo/page/15/#findComment-8631665

The answer is to completely leave the kids out of pictures and videos then, not to film them from the back. 7 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/144013-jinger-and-jeremy-vuolo/page/15/#findComment-8631667

I'm surprised they didn't use Phineas, a biblical name, to get to Finn. That would be more in line with Felicity and Evangeline. and now I do as well...... 8 minutes ago, AstridM said: The answer is to completely leave the kids out of pictures and videos then, not to film them from the back. I have a friend who's daughter told her if she dares to post one picture of her two grandkids (she used to when they were smaller) on SM, she will never be allowed to see them again. 3 4 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/144013-jinger-and-jeremy-vuolo/page/15/#findComment-8631671
EmeraldGirl Thursday at 08:29 PM Share Thursday at 08:29 PM My son’s sister-in-law posted a picture of their new baby a few years ago and put an emoji over his face. But then she had to follow it up with comments about this is so stupid, why can’t we just show him, etc. Needless to say, her two kids are all over Instagram. And going as far as posting her entire in vitro story complete with rather graphic pictures. And she herself has a little bit of fame in the fashion industry. 4 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/144013-jinger-and-jeremy-vuolo/page/15/#findComment-8631885

My SIL had to have that discussion with his mother and her sister. His aunt had posted a photo of the baby before they even posted an announcement. I don't think she's ever been emailed or texted a photo since then. 6 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/144013-jinger-and-jeremy-vuolo/page/15/#findComment-8631913

My kids never said I couldn't post pics of the grandkids, but when I noticed that they didn't, I stopped. In fact, this is awful, but a guy I worked with tagged a pic of my granddaughter. I blocked him and began my journey to NOT posting about my grandkids. 12 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/144013-jinger-and-jeremy-vuolo/page/15/#findComment-8631937
lookeyloo Thursday at 09:55 PM Share Thursday at 09:55 PM Funny enough, my son and daughter in law don't care, but the grands are mostly grown and I ask them if the photo is "approved" to post. Sometimes they say yes and sometimes no. I'm fine with it. 9 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/144013-jinger-and-jeremy-vuolo/page/15/#findComment-8631949
Lisa418722 Thursday at 10:54 PM Share Thursday at 10:54 PM I think if no one had ever questioned if there was something wrong with Evangeline, they would still be posting the pictures. That being said, their children, their choice, but posting the back of them makes people want to see their faces. Also, their followers think they are entitled to see the children. My personal feeling is that they should stop posting any pictures. 9 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/144013-jinger-and-jeremy-vuolo/page/15/#findComment-8631995
GeeGolly Thursday at 10:57 PM Share Thursday at 10:57 PM The Vuolos, Dillards aren't alone in this. I have one friend who posts 'action shots' of her kids with never anything more than a sliver of their profiles, but usually the backs of their heads. Another posts a yearly pic of hers. And of course there's still the few who post every "core memory" their kids have. 5 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/144013-jinger-and-jeremy-vuolo/page/15/#findComment-8631996

The not posting the faces of the girls seemed to start about the same time Cade and his baby mama Gabby had the first and made a point about protecting the privacy of their child. All of a sudden Jer and Jing needed to do the same. 7 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/144013-jinger-and-jeremy-vuolo/page/15/#findComment-8631998

In November of 2020, Duggar shared a picture of her husband Jeremy Vuolo and only the top of Evangeline's head. A follower commented "That's all we've seen of this darling big sis in a while... I hope she's OK – and that she doesn't mind playing second fiddle." Duggar did not respond to this comment directly, however, she recently addressed her followers' concerns.
