My god that sounds fab. 

My eating habit was salad, of course. But then I had a fistful of oatmeal cookies because houseguest and I baked last weekend.

I couldn't eat after Midnight last night, so I'm drinking my beloved orange and grape juice a lot.     

Stephanie Smith, age 36, Anacortes, WA.   She lives with her kids, and mom and stepdad come over daily to help her.    Lymphedema on her legs is recent.  Why is her young son sleeping in the same room with her?     At least her bathroom and tub have a lot of substantial grab bars.  

Massive breakfast.   Giant slab of fried ham, waffles on top of pancakes and another plate of what looks like bacon and sausage, and scrambled eggs under the ham.  

Mother divorced dad, abusive next husband, and she left him, and father died in an accident.   CPS took the kids away.  Stephanie spent four years in foster care.   Then when mom remarried, step dad Martin was a good person.

Fake maple syrup is disgusting…the real stuff has vitamins and minerals so it is healthy 😆

I detest real maple syrup on pancakes or waffles. I only use it to season food like homemade barbecue sauce or in baked beans. Mrs. Butterworth's all the way.
