Yes, but maybe not as much.  “Win some type of prize/special power” is worth 5 points; maybe add an additional category like “Benefit from some type of prize/special power”, and make it worth 3 points?

If you combine the points for "win a special prize/power" (+5) with "receive punishment" (-3), you're left with a +2.
