I saw a recap once of Evel Dick show's James was on it and James and Dick were talking about James banging Dani. I think this was during season 14. No wonder she doesn't want to have a relationship with her dad.

Keesha's an adult.  She's five years older than Dan.  I think I will respect her enough to think that she knew what she was doing and what to expect out of it.

Oof. So Janelle, Bayleigh, and Kevin were talking about BB20 and then came onto the subject of BB21. Janelle, of course, knows everything and referenced the "confetti on my shoulders"/"Mom, I'm not a racist" ending with Jackson. And apparently, Jackson's parents "cornered" (Bayleigh's words) her at the finale because she was there to make sure that as a black woman, she didn't feel "some type of way" about Jackson. Yikes.

So much good stuff today. Keesha pretty much admitting she took Dan's virginity, Kaysar and Bayleigh talking for like 12 hours and Kaysar telling her exactly what's going on, Kevin walking around aimlessly awkwardly trying to get people to play the game with him because the DR must have told him he's in danger lol. Fun stuff.

ETA: I listened (again) and it sounds like they weren't excusing it, just explaining why he got to skate on the comments back then versus now. My bad.

That Dan stuff is crazy to me. So we're supposed to believe he was saving himself for marriage and had made it all the way to age 24 with his virginity in tact, despite having a serious girlfriend (Monica), and then just thought, "What the Hell?" and hooked up with someone (Keesha) it doesn't seem like he had any intentions of being serious with? Without having an R.E.M. moment and losing his religion? I'm pretty sure he's still as Catholic as ever and I read his wife kept that chastity belt tight until they walked down the aisle... So something in the buttermilk ain't clean. That doesn't make any rational sense. He has to be lying about having been a virgin.

Ok in Janellr and Days defense many HGs were talking about how 2020 made them wake the hell up to racism and prejudice. Which echoes what a lot of my white friends have said. I think they mean 2020 Jeff would never talk this way?

I mean, let's not forget in the midst of this that Bayleigh said some pretty shitty things about Fessy's ethnicity in the house.

And they cut to another feed when it switched to a discussion of Bayleigh and JC's fight last year over the M word and the N word. Production was doing so well with allowing the Big Jeff drag.

And I’m not sure bay was remembering that convo exactly how it happened? She made it seem like it was a calm educational convo on both sides.  She she get super heated?

It was super fucking heated to the point that they moved from the HoH room to the lounge and even with the door shut and their microphones not being picked up (on purpose), we could hear them shouting and arguing over the ambient mics in the hallway and bathroom. So yeah, it wasn't a calm, educational discussion. It was ugly, it lasted for over an hour, and we got FISH for a good portion of it.

Now Janelle is talking about how in her season they got a margarita party. When they got called back inside Janelle took a bowl from the kitchen and emptied out the margarita machine AND took all the liquor and hid it in their freezer. Then when Kayser got backdoored she took out the tequila (?) and drank the entire thing. That's how she started on her infamous rampage.

Why why why can't some women just work with other women? Why do they have to blow up someone's spot when they try to have girl power (zig-a-zig-ah)? It doesn't make you cool or edgy; this isn't high school and you're not teenagers. I don't really get the play here. She seems to be in a pretty good position - everyone wants to work with her, even as they catch on to Cody/Tyler/Nicole. Nicole A. seems to be the only one suspicious of her. And it's not like she's trying to get the target moved off Kevin/Keesha and the "other side."

Maybe she thinks that Da'Vonne/Bayleigh/Cody have a tight bond because of The Challenge/Paulie situation, and is trying to chip away at that. She does seem genuine in wanting to work with Cody/Nicole/Enzo the most.

It's Day 3. Memphis just swept up more dust bunnies in the bathroom than I get in my apartment with hardwood floors and a medium haired cat in a month. (I'm guessing, I don't want to think about going without sweeping for a month.) That dust pan was filled.

They got some real improvements to the house. A bidet. Air purifiers (except for Cody). And the trade off is limited hot water.

He was crying earlier before he went to the DR, but it was because of Jeff. I think part of his emotions now is because of that. And I can't blame him; racist homophobic Jeff is the WORST, and Bay/Janelle were trying to defend the fucker.

It really didn't take long for my excitement over who's in the house to more or less wear off because it *already* feels like things are going to go how they always do.

Anytime they do these seasons, who really wants to see a recent player win? No one. We all want to watch the old school players. They should just make a season of players through something like S12 and that's it. Same with Survivor.
