Katmai April 2, 2020 Share April 2, 2020 I can't stand the Night Angel's and Astronaut's singing and it's mostly due to the vibrato they fall back on so often, especially Astronaut. I'm hoping Night Angel is the next to leave for a very shallow reason: her mask looks like a blow-up doll with that open mouth and dead eyes. lol ymmv Bye bye, Gronk. At one point in her life, I thought she was broke or bankrupt or something. I figured that's why she had to do Braxton Family Values. If it turns out to be any of her sisters - I will not know who she is. Toni is the only Braxton I know. I'm pretty sure in her first package, the Kangaroo said she had a child. Didn't she say "Jingle bell rock," like the famous Mean Girls scene? I have no idea how that fits in with the other clues, but Amanda Seyfried played Cosette in Les Miserables, so she has to be able to sing well. I can't remember if L'il Romeo/Romeo (the current host of MTV's Ex on the Beach?) was a viable guess for Frog. I would die if it's true. While Rhino said nothing about baseball in his clue packages or to the judges, his post-judging narration talked about the "big leagues." So Barry Zito is a good guess, to me. Rising to the top of my field, giant diamond ring, a pitcher of tea and the Moneyball quote. Three quarters was also a clue and Zito was #75. I’ve also noticed a lot of Giants orange. Some for health or age reasons, but there was no earthly reason for Gronk to last four episodes for instance. A better season could have been made from the raw materials of this season to be certain. I have felt the same way but I really think that is because of the format change and extremely uneven groupings. For some crazy reason they stuck the strongest singers in Groups B and had them perform in blocks which just magnified how lackluster A and C are. Rearrange the groups and I could easily see 5 of the 6 from group B making it into the top 9. Once they move to a single group I think the show is going to improve drastically.
