Even if it doesn't become a widespread problem among humans, just the repercussions among the animals grown for foods is going to have ripple effects.

I'm not a party planner, and I had to plan/organize a celebration for my mom's milestone birthday; it went well, and I'm sooo grateful for all the help and participation from various people! My advice for anyone else who might be in the same predicament: make it a team project. Start early.

I kinda wanted to watch this, but I am just TIRED of hearing about That Man.

I don't think she ruined 'everything', but bringing her in didn't really add much at all, and messed with some of the dynamics in a bad way. My other thoughts are in the Red Dwarf topic.

Alright, thought this was a good start; it's got me interested in how several of these storylines may go. But yeah - there are a lot of potential arcs set up. I'm afraid that some of those are gonna end up convoluted and/or murky. So far, I'm mainly interested in the chase aspect: how they catch the escapees. I'm kinda over murder-of-the-week shows, so I'd rather this isn't mainly that. However, they did suggest that the experiments made the inmates worse -- if I understood correctly? And I know it's TV, and suspension of disbelief, yadda yadda; but I still gotta nitpick about there being "a lot" of escapees they have to catch. (Yes, I know; they need to enough to last at least a couple seasons.) I'm just side-eyeing the way it was presented; that a) there are dozens and dozens of serial killers b) in this facility, and even though there was huge explosion/fire c) enough of them survived AND escaped from underground in the middle of nowhere; yet it's still "a lot". D) And then there were apparently no protocols for such a situation, e) and even if they can't won't use local law enforcement to help catch escapees, they don't have manpower from Whatever Government Agency?? F) Wasn't the prison isolated on purpose? How far could anyone get undetected? (Yes, some, but "a lot"?) So even though I have a few issues with the premise, so far that's not a dealbreaker. I'll give this a few episodes to see how it shapes up. I used to watch Prison Break; I can deal with ridiculousness if it's interesting/entertaining, and if there are entertaining characters to root for.

I thought the conclusion of the case was a bit 'meh', but a decent episode. Minimal assistants, and Alec and Rose working together is always welcome. I did not guess the killer, but I should have, because it's usually the most famous guest star. I see they're slowly working up to getting Jesse out of that burn scar makeup. I don't think so; don't ask which episode, though!

LOL -- He doesn't have to say it for you to know it. I remember he did some stupid photo op during his first term, and that man doesn't even know how to hold a Bible respectfully, he's definitely never read it! Not to mention, he's been directly asked about his favorite parts of the Bible and, of course, he couldn't give a proper answer. ------ As to the U.S. being united question: Miracle on the Hudson? Various Olympic victories for the nation?

Okay, so I wouldn't say this is "hilarious"; more like a tiny moment of humor I appreciated in a film that is definitely not a comedy: So in Looper, lead character Joe is facing off with his older self (yes, there's time travel and other sci-fi themes) in a diner, and for context, it's been established that he has been trying to learn French: Old Joe: *Says something in fluent French* Young Joe: ?? Old Joe: "No? You'll get it eventually. ... Obviously." *kermit sip* Yeah, it's a small thing, but it did get a chuckle out of me at the time, and I thought Bruce Willis nailed the delivery.

I guess I'm in the minority that did not notice anyone's crotch in particular?

Oy, there are definitely some clunkers in TNG. But yes, welcome to Star Trek!

I know Kamala lost the election; but I'm still surprised Maya disappeared off the show after that. I'd love to see Maya's Kamala at least one more time.
