  1. She had to have taken the pregnancy test the minute she and Derrick were done!
  2. Wow, she is carrying all up front isn't she? Poor girl, her back must be killing her!
  3. I'm calling shenannigans on Baby dilly arrival. I can see he (though she looks like she is carrying a "they"). Wouldn't it just be amazing if they announced his birth Tuesday when Jessa's wedding airs?
  4. The "trained" comment quirked me out. Who uses that as a description for how they raised their child? You train your child to go to the bathroom, you train your dog to heal, you don't train your child into adult hood (and I picked those 2 references on purpose). The other word I hated was when one of the women said something about how all the women got to have some great "fellowship" time. I hate that term when refering to people to get together. Of course the miracle had to have a spot in the story - though it did illustrate a good thing about Jessa. And Me'chelle had to put in a "season of life" reference. It seems to me that Jill and Derric might have some regrets about baby dilly being conceived so soon. The way they talk, they are happy, but they keep saying things like "spending as much time as a couple together" and telling Jessa and Ben to enjoy their time together while they can.
  5. In the last People article where Jill talks about getting in as much couple time as possible...it kills me. She talks about trying to spend as much time together as possible before baby arrives since they won' thave any couple time afer that. Shouldn't they have dont that BEFORE getting pregnant.....maybe taken some percautions (not breaking any of there rules of course), so they could have been a couple for a little while?
  6. In "The time of the Angels" 11 says the angels are nearly indestructable in frozen form, or something to that effect
  7. Does Derrick chew tobacco? When they arrived at the shack, he rubbed his lower lip and then threw something away. It's the first time I've seen anything hinting at that, but it was a total classic chewer move. Also, you could tell Derrick is not comfortable wiht the birthing shack.

  9. Baby Dilly has totally dropped. If she makes it to March 26 I'll be shocked.
  10. Baby Dilly has totally dropped. she is carrying much lower than she was. If she makes it to March 26 I 'll be shocked. Jessa and Ben both said in the people article that they are not necessarily following their parents teachings of the bible, that they are going to study the bible themselves and come to their own conclusions.
  11. I'm guessing Jill doesn't call Josh very often, so a guess of pregnancy wouldn't be far off. My dad knew I was going to tell him I was pregnant as soon as I told him to get my step-mom on the phone too. The pretzel thing Jill had is a totally yummy candy snack -mini-pretzels with Rolo's smooshed between them. Jessa doesn't like cake, so that is why no cake. I could not figure out what the third thing she said no to, so glad you all put out the mints thing. The no punch doesn't bother me cause punch at a wedding is stupid and punch is for kids - I can totally see Jessa thinking that. You could so tell Jessa did not want her moms help
  12. I wouldn't be surprised if the girls are all checked to see if they can have children. I'm wondering if Jessa (or Ben) might have conception problems. I hope that in reality they aren't trying for a kid and are really waiting to start their family.
  13. Why doesn't the person with immunity ever graciously agree to do what the non-immunity partner wants? The immunity person always wants to test boundaries since they can't be kicked off, thereby screwing their parnter over. If he had just gone with her idea at the beginning, they would have had more time and their character would have looked so much better.
  14. Did Sherlock really6 save IRene at the end, or was he imagining it?
  15. Loved all but one of the dresses at the fashion show. I think Tony reacted correctly, initially. As far as he knew, Mary had made up her mind, her only concern was that they wouldn't be.....compatible....when it came to the bedroom. He was assuming that once the deed was done and she had shown satisfaction with the results, it was a done deal. That she decided he wasn't the one afterwards could only lead him to the conclusion that he showed a lack of skill in the sheets. Yes she denied that, but he is still looking at it as a major blow to his male ego. Now, how he reacted later....totally wrong and jerky. If he had just said, "I will give you more time to make up your mind before calling it off" or some such thing, it wouldn't have been so bad, but his ordering her to his side was scary. Hopefully Blake will rescue her. The only thing I don't like about him is that the history of their relationship is too like her's and Matthews. Meet, hate each other, realize they might have some redeeming qualities, become attracted to each other, something seperates them.....now all that's left is to come back together after obstacle is removed.
  16. Oops, sorry, it was Ediths ex-fiance who outed Mereton's crappy son. Sorry.
  17. hendersonrocks: Lord Mereton's son was friends with Sybil when they were younger. There was a dinner after they got married with Lord Mereton's family (Gregson was there too). The son mickeyed Tom's drink so he would act really drunk and aggressive. Gregson saved the day by calling out jerk son. It was made clear that Blake had moved on, but that he was also still single and would be willing to take up the reins again with Mary. I think he was trying to hint that Mary could say she chose Blake over Tony to give her a "safe" way out (of course he doesn't know about sex week). My only real problem with the timing on the show is that Edith has been stressing over what happened to Gregson for a year and a half. She got pregnant the night he left, 9 months preggers, 3-4 months nursing, 2-4 months to get baby. Marigold I think couldn't be more than a year, she should only be 6 months old.
  18. I am very happy for them, but what drives me crazy is the hypocrisy. We're going to have has many children as god gives us with no planning or medical stoppage; oh wait, I keep having miscarriages, time to go to the doctor and see if science can fix the problem.
  19. I too was confused by the ending. I've really enjoyed it. I don't want them away from the annex and Jenkins. I 've been pleasantly surprised by Rebecca, she makes an important part of the team
  20. Loved Justin's suit, and Dimitry's was totally a Sports Illustrated hit. Didn't really like any of the others and none of the dresses hit me as very wonderful.
  21. Mary inherited Downton from Matthew - he did not pass it down to George. Or maybe she only got half - but she has means in her own right. This is why her father has to work with her...not because he wants to, though he finally came around to it. Mary and Gillingham were friends when they were little, so there is a history between them. I like them together. Last night it was pretty much stated that Blake was out of the picture - seems like for a while now.
  22. I've only seen a couple of pics of christmas, and the only one I saw Bennessa in was the family portrait. Any links?
  23. I thought the ribbon and bow was cute (and the sweater too). Didn't like the tag, and posting the Christmas verse with the picture was just thoughtless. She looks really tired in the picture. The pic with Derrick's family, I'm so happy to see she has on closed toe shoes!
  24. Not sure where to post this one. Watching "A Charlie Brown Christmas" tonight, for some reason the kids just made me think of the Duggar kids. It started with Sally - I was just thinking how much she looked like Josie, and it just snowballed from there.
