I think this show should become "Real Housewives of the Islands" because it is always so good when they are on vacation.

As a big Sopranos/Edie Falco fan, I started watching this show from the very beginning. I was thinking back to the last several episodes of the first season when I thought the show was really good. There was a lot of suspense and it was thrilling to see how Jackie could juggle the pills, the affair with Eddie, hiding her marriage and kids, being reported by Coop, etc. She was almost like a female Walter White--somehow she always manage to believably weasel her way out. But then they continually neutered the characters more and more every season. I thought the end of last season was fantastic and that Jackie finally hit rock bottom--only for her to have magically avoided getting in trouble again! This show had some great actors - Edie of course, Anna Deveare-Smith, O'Hara (don't know her name); Merrit Wever (admittedly not everyone's cup of tea, but she was better in the beginning); I even thought Peter Facinelli and Paul Schluze were OK in the earlier seasons. I think if the show would have moved to an hour, kept O'Hara and Momo, and downplayed the comedy it would have been better. It got way too sit-com-ish. It was strange how Akalitus' character moved from bitch to friendly to bitch throughout the seasons because the writers didn't know how to use her properly. I think it was obvious that the last showrunners really had no clue where to go with the story.

Ok, (s)he looks great. Good for her. I just get a weird vibe from all of this. Is her really serious about being a true woman, or is this all about playing glamorous dress up? Seems almost like a weird delayed mid-life crisis. Did we really need to see a shot of him exposed in his undergarments? Just does not ring sincere to me. Can't really put my finger on it exactly. Is he tucking in that photo or is it already gone? Mark my words---nude shoot when the operations are complete. Something about all of this is off to me and just feels like attention whoring to the ultimate degree. Almost seems more about someone desparate to be young rather than desparate to be a woman. Even the name he picked seems really odd and makes me think of a pre-teen or school aged girl. So ironic isn't it that it could be mistakenly spelled with a "K". What happened to Belinda?

Wasn't expecting that. Probably the best episode of this rather lacklustre (IMO) season. Hope the final 2 are even better.

I wonder if the sisters shared a collective sigh of relief when The Creeper moved out to live with Anna. I also really wonder if Pa Keller was told the whole story about Creeper's activities? I can't imagine marrying my daughter off to a man that has admittedly fondled FIVE OF HIS YOUNGER SISTERS on repeated occasions---even after being caught the first time! If Creeper had done it once and after being caught and told it was inappropriate and the behavior stopped I could almost understand that---but it happened again. Out of everything coming out perhaps I am most shocked (other than the obvious Creeper confession) about that blog post from FreeJinger in which someone supposedly in the know said Mary was one of the ring leaders! I have always liked Grandma and never got the sense she was especially interested in the show or being on camera. I always got the feeling she was reluctantly living there because she knew Mullet's parenting was inadequate and she wanted to provide guidance and support for her grandchildren. But this person claiming Mary was one of the biggest schills---wow! Say it ain't so Grandma!

Wonder what Mr. Jim thinks of all this? I'm sure he's disgusted as I'm sure the girls were like family to him and now he might very well be out of a job, too.

What the F did I just watch? I could just see Kandi about to crack at the total bullshit being shoveled on that stage. Why did that turn into a Nene ass kissing session just because she started crying about her mom, which had NOTHING to do with the show??? I am just completely dumbfounded by what I just watched--it was like some bizarro world.

I really don't understand this shit about Kylie being the 'it' girl and this amazing style. I can't stand her. She is so boring and shallow and has the worst personality ever. I have never noticed anything particularly amazing about her style either. This was one of the worst episodes I've ever seen of this show. I feel like Kendall and Khloe are the only ones that have even the slightest grasp on reality. Kim's paint stripe photo shoot was embarrasing. I have a prediction that in 15-20 years Kim will be one of those 'what happened to her stars' that is fat. She already is getting really chunky and I don't know how a butt that monstrously large can be real. As short as she is it will be really difficult to keep trim.

Why is Mike so crazy over Jessica? She is going to get quite large when she is older if how she is already blowing up is any indication---and Mike seems very visually motivated. Also she is crazy and really annoying. Really she actually wore that bikini monstrosity on national TV?

Agreed. I would actually enjoy a season, or at least a half-season, of seeing them build a new life in the town now that CDB has been sort of integrated. I don't need yet another group of crazies. First we had the governor, then Terminus, then Dawn, now apparently the Wolves. Is that what this show will be from now until the end? I never really understand the motivations of these crazies, either.

One of the little girls, I think it is CeCe , looks just like a miniature Janelle from Sister Wives to me.

Just an observation--- When they are doing the 'tell all' interview shows--- I HATE the way Kody stares at whoever is talking with that weird look on his face, like he is trying so hard to concentrate. Then as others are asked questions, he flips his head around in different directions with his gross hair flowing in the wind behind him. Also noticed in the 'reveal' to Mariah that Kody was ready to book the minute Mariah said she was Ok with the divorce situation. Like he couldn't wait to get out of there and thank god Mariah didn't complain or bring up anything else. I would think he would be very careful to assure Mariah that things were OK between him and her mom and to make sure she OK with the situation. You know, actually comfort his daughter. It really bothered me the way he rushed out of there. Guess King Solomon and ol' Lantern Jaw were waiting for his return. I would really really like to know how much time he actually spends with the different wives. I always thought he really did love Meri and the first wife thing did have a certain power. I dont know if he really loves Janelle, but I think he respects her. I think he is totally over poor Christine. And we know he would drop them all for Sobbyn in a heartbeat. If the rumors are to be believed, this divorce was all engineered by Sobbyn and grew out of her anger that Meri wanted out of the joory business. Sobbyn was furious that Kody was supporting Meri's plans to go back to college and demanded that he side with her. When he wouldn't, she actually moved out for a few days until Kody begged her to return. She supposedly would not come back unless he took her side over Meri's. Apparently Meri was so furious Kody would change sides to appease Sobbyn that she decided she was through with Kody and decided to divorce him. Supposedly she is just sticking around for appearances and to pick up the TLC paycheck. There are reports that she has already moved out of the cul-de-sac to a condo in town (hopefully there is a wet bar included). The adoption thing was just a convenient excuse used to cover everything up. I bet the true story is somewhere in between.

Whatever the case, I have to admit they sure have accomplished what they set out to in my case. I am totally hooked and can't wait to see what happens next! Kody may be savvier than we give him credit for.

I just read on a rumor site that the Meri-sacrifice for the kids thing is BS. Apparently, Robyn was really pissed that Meri wanted out of that joke of a joory business and wanted to go to college, and was furious that Kody was backing Meri's decision. Robyn threw a hissy fit and demanded that Kody take her side. Kody wouldnt budge and finally Robyn actually moved out for several days. Kody begged her to come back, and Robyn demanded that he divorce Meri in order for her to return. Meri was so disgusted that Kody would even entertain such an idea that she decided she was over Kody and wanted out--thus the divorce and the re-marriage. Supposedly Meri is just staying for the time being for appearances and to get the paycheck from TLC. There have been reports she has left the cul-de-sac. I am sure this story isnt totally true, either, but I bet the truth is somewhere in the middle of this and the story they presented on TV. I have a feeling the adoption thing is just the excuse they used.

Just to echo what everyone else has said--don't think this show will last. The dad is fine but boring and obviously this was the mom's idea--he doesn't look too comfortable on camera. The little boy is cute but wow is he a whiner! But I like how it looks like he has a lot of 'regular' friends. Not trying to be mean, but one of the girls looks like she is completely in her own world. Are they identical twins? They don't look exactly alike. The mom is annoying. I'm sure she means well but she is way too high strung and neurotic for me. Observation --- is Jack's hair ever combed? Every single scene it is just sticking out everwhere.

I LOVED Saul in Breaking Bad, but I'm starting to think he was the perfect example of a character that was perfect in small doses. I just don't find this show engaging at all at this point. I'll keep watching out of some sense of loyalty to Saul, I guess, but I hope it gets better.

Nene is so disgusting. I'm sure no one is beating down the door to be married to Gregg. Personal slave about sums it up. And I doubt any man would be lining up to sleep with the Moose either. Loved Kenya's comments about the 'blonde toupee'.

Sorry, I don't know much about fashion, but I have watched Project Runway for years. Not impressed in any way with Mykelti's drawings. They looked like the musings of a halfway talented 9 year old to me.

What in the hell WAS that? Ugh they are going to ruin this show now with the Carrie/Quinn romance crap. Isn't there enough drama with terrorist attacks? I wanted to see what would happen to the ambassador and her husband. So now Saul is the bad guy???

Yes I was also kind of shocked at Will's behavior with the goldfish. He really seems to have an almost uncontrollable food obsession. He is sneaking goldfish right after finishing breakfast? They are definitely way too lax with them. I am sure Will is having problems in school. First off he is probably quite different from all the kids, being a little person with a large head and funny looking legs, and then he has such delayed speech. I don't know how he could really communicate with the other children. I did feel bad for him when we found out he is having a hard time. I'm sure the bratty and grabby behavior he displays at home won't help him at school, either. They just laugh when he is already talking back and acting highly possessive and selfish.

Charlie Hunnam has the ODDEST accent I've ever heard.

YAWN!!! What a complete bore. So he finally admits that he is basically a cancer but then he goes out and kills several more people and terrorizes innocents in a deli. Then he lets Michael Chiklis live with running over another human being for the rest of his life. The only good thing in the whole episode was seeing Venus again!!! Poor Unser---Nero didn't seem to give a shit that he sent Unser to his death. There were no surprises, this was just self indulgent 'mythologizing' of a character that wasn't worth it if you ask me.
