  1. Looks like the season finale is May 19 per TVLine
  2. The episode where Chad's mom and boyfriend break up and Chad goes over to his house was pretty painful for everyone involved. And it turns out, the boyfriend wasn't ready to be a father figure. Plus the friend of the boyfriend going off on Chad for his constant chatter about Black Lives Matter

  9. That was pretty enjoyable and it shows that given the right story and the right actors, you can manage to do without the star for an episode or two Brainy really needs to deal with his stress eating and managing his emotions Crisis has really messed with show continuity and plot I thought Nia was calling her dead mom's voice mail for comfort, not her past alive mom's voice mail. That's tough to deal with Definitely great casting on young Kara and Alex
  10. This is a British anthology series on Amazon of West Indian immigrants in London from the 1960s to the 1980s. It is composed of 5 episodes (or films really). It is created and produced by British director Steve McQueen. The cast includes John Boyega and Letitia Wright It also just received 15 BAFTA TV nominations https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/bafta-tv-nominations-2021-small-axe-leads?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social I haven't had a chance to watch it yet, but I hope to start getting to it by the Summer
  11. Or they want to do a minor shake up

  15. Junior seems to think Nicole is his one and only, but she doesn’t have to be. He’s still pretty young, he shouldn’t get so serious just yet and her not wanting kids while he does is a pretty serious divide to work through
  16. Looks like Dre will be getting a new employer or his own agency. That competition between Rainbow and Dre really took a dark turn for a minute but Dre did the mature thing and apologized and then talked to Bow about his unhappiness about work and they figured it out together
  17. Premieres Tuesday, August 10 at 9pm ET http://www.thefutoncritic.com/news/2021/04/27/fantasy-island-welcomes-roselyn-sanchez-as-the-elusive-elena-roarke-166412/20210427fox02/ I smell burn off with such a late Summer premiere date. I had erred thinking this was on NBC and thought maybe it would try for some promo help during the Olympics, but Fox won’t have that so I really smell burn off. Otherwise, I can’t figure out why they would start so late in the Summer, unless there’s some major baseball event that I’m forgetting
  18. Oops, looks like that's just Episode 12 and 13th episode will be the season finale on the 19th. Sorry

  20. Nope, ABC press release says finale is May 12 https://www.spoilertv.com/2021/04/call-your-mother-episode-113-raines.html
  21. Dropping May 23, focusing on Lena Waithe's Denise and her partner Alicia http://thefutoncritic.com/video/2021/04/26/video-master-of-none-season-3-official-trailer-netflix-157215/20210426netflix03/
  22. I think we're finally (hopefully) done with Jefferson's constant moping and self-hating. Everyone's dark moping is just dragging the show down. I hate it when characters (on any show) get involved in an underground Fight Club. It's just so overused at this point and it's just dumb to begin with.
  23. Cultbox summarized filming in April, including the most recent one near the Welsh Government Offices in Cardiff on April 24, with 2 actors made up as aliens in elaborate costumes and what looks to be a tussle between them and the Doctor https://cultbox.co.uk/news/headlines/doctor-who-series-13-april-filming-update
  24. Renewed http://thefutoncritic.com/news/2021/04/23/cbs-renews-ncis-los-angeles-orders-ncis-hawaii-for-the-2021-22-broadcast-season-857512/20210423cbs01/
  25. I watched this in 2 stages and finished it last night. It was alright for a monster movie. I haven't seen the previous films in the same universe so I was a little lost about Titans and such, but I guess it didn't matter. It wasn't quite mindless, but it's clear the humans and their motivations didn't really matter because the monsters were the stars. I guess I was entertained enough. I did think Kong's size perspective wasn't consistent throughout; at times, he didn't look as big as he was supposed to
