  1. Looking back on the thread, we were thinking she was pregnant last March/April, but she didn't get pregnant with this one until May if she is due in February.
  2. That's why it is best to walk there and buy only one day's worth at a time! Most French towns and cities I've been in have boulangeries that are open at 6 am so you can walk down and buy fresh bread or croissants for breakfast. Though after the novelty wears off, if you have leftover bread from the day before you can dunk it in your bowl of coffee.
  3. If you are doing CPR correctly, you will crack ribs and a competent medical examiner should be able to tell the difference between those and any bones broken by the greater force & acceleration of a car accident. That's what Y&R needs, a full-time Medical Examiner for all the people killed accidentally or on purpose by the Newman family. Preferably one with a good sense of dark humour like Tamara Tunie or Leslie Hendrix on Law & Order and a possible date for Jack.
  4. I hate purses and have a black leather fanny pack I like that holds the bare minimum. When I need to carry more, I have a bigger black leather fanny pack and like vests too. They spread the weight over your entire shoulders so you don't feel lopsided. I've got a fleece vest with reasonble outside pockets but huge inside pockets. This has inspired me to modify one of them into two pockets, one that perfectly fits my phone, perhaps with snaps to make it versatile. When I go hiking I have a field mapping/surveyor's vest with pockets galore, including one on the upper back and the entire back is a huge pocket accessed from the side - to put map/clipboard, raingear, water bottles, etc. in. No need for a backpack.
  5. His French wife should tell him that they don't use preservatives in baked goods so you don't buy two bags full at a time. Everything will turn rock hard in 12-48 hrs. You walk to the boulangerie every day or at worst every other day to get fresh bread.
  6. If he had looked like he does in this video, it would have been easier to see him replace RB. He's hotter in his civvies than in Ashland's stuffed shirt and suit.
  7. But together they suggest that the Lockeness Monster did not walk out the door on his own. Why hasn't Chance recused himself from the investigation of his BIL, SIL & FIL?
  8. To be fair, male and female players would be paid the same X percent of the ticket & TV money that they bring in, the same way actors get paid more if they are box office draws. With team sports the top scorers, assistors (and preventors of scoring by the other team) would get bigger slices of that team's pie.
  9. And I can watch when Alyssa isn't there.
  10. When all the TLC & Daddy's money runs out, how will they afford new fake teeth every 10 years? Those filed down stubs probably give out faster than real teeth and will have to be pulled.
  11. Thanks. And it must have been found in a weird place, not on/under the body. It was such a weird gift in the first place - to give him the crest of the family whose identity he stole. Maybe some real Lockes will come out of the woodwork and contest his will.
  12. Even Victoria assumed Chance would be her flunky. Good for him!
  13. Do we know whose ring the GCPD found? Or will that sit on Chance's desk for 6 months like the stuff from Diane's "murder" case?
  14. Or "is that a gun in your pocket?"
  15. A fat guage (sic) with no scale bar isn't much of a gauge. How wide are those shelves? Oprah's little red wagon full of 67 lbs of fat was more relatable - we could compare it to the size of the common wagon and Oprah's height & furniture. 18 lbs lost is typically ~3 lbs of water (or more if she ate a lot of junk food before starting the diet). And how can she slam fad diets when she is shilling fad dildo juice?
  16. I think it was August 29, 2021 because they wanted August and they both apparently have birthdays on the 29th of other months. But the one venue they mentioned this at was closed on Sundays so they couldn't have it there.
  17. It looks like Leon may have the same scars that Audj displayed on open shirt day with some silicon scar tape over them.
  18. Bryn CC: My bladder is about to burst. How about yours? Let us out, Janelle! When my cat looked at me like that, she was reminding me of something I forgot to do.
  19. I guess Wanda will never be on the show now. I'll have to catch her on all the other talk shows.
  20. I love when people talk about all the inches they've lost that they never say where or in how many places they've measured. If I measure my calves, thighs, hips, waist, chest, wrists, forearms & neck, and add up all the losses, that's a lot more than if I only measure my waist. The waist is the one that matters because visceral fat is the worst for health and should be half your height or less.
  21. And what's odd is that these plastic people don't look like themselves, but they do look like the other plastic people.
  22. I wonder if Catthew's dad or the previous owner put that map mural on the wall.
  23. Rice Crispy treats aren't "love", Meri. And the IRS took 50% of the "free" car's value. Many recipients had to sell the car to pay the taxes on the gift.
  24. Did Allison descend from Constance? That might be why they didn't go into detail on wife #2 & her kids. It appears that Jamestown and the Bermuda site were closed to the public when she visited - how cool it must have been to have the places to herself (+ period actors at Jamestown pretending to be working). Very calming whereas crowded tourist attractions make it hard to focus on the ambience your ancestors would have felt. People seeing this episode may boost post-Covid tourism. While studying my own ancestry I've run into a couple of professional genealogists (both women) who only follow male lines. Yes, the women may be harder to trace, but if you can trace them they tend to be the ones who write and keep the family history & letters. As each generation moved farther west in Canada, I was able to re-find key men in the family by following their sisters+husbands. Daughters were more likely to marry where their parents lived whereas their brothers were chasing gold rushes, etc., and some found wives along the way and married far away from home.
  25. I wonder if Hunter had a teacher or guidance counsellor or coach in HS who suggested the military as a way to get higher schooling and become easily employable. It is hard to imagine any of his parents suggesting something so reasonable. Kudos to Hunter for following through to become a productive member of society.
