How many times has this "health coach" used not being able to find her sneakers (they were in the back of her SUV the entire time) or filthy yoga mat as reasons to not exercise for months? and how many times has she set up a "challenge" that starts in 3 or 4 weeks, giving her plenty of time to eat all her favourite foods and bulk up so she can "loose" more weight during the challenge?
