S02.E15: Life Was So Much Easier When I Only Cared About Myself
luckyroll3 replied to ElectricBoogaloo's topic in Legacies
I thought Kaleb (also) had a crush on the crazy Asian witch who sent the Saltzman's to the prison world? -
I love Bishop. Can we get a prequel detailing all their adventures before they joined the Sheriff's department as a driver/assitant? Cause they seem pretty badass.

Everything about Jane, her character, and her storyline are so fucking exhausting. Oh my goodness, she is not as awesome as they keep trying to tell us. If I was her boss, what would have impressed me was if she did the article she said she was going to write, and then also turned in a second article based on her new inspiration. That way, I would have had a choice and if there were other things related to the first article already in motion, we wouldn't be screwed. But it's Jane, so nothing else matters but her feelings. And she never wanted to forgive Pinstripe. She never really trusted him. I said episodes ago that she should just go ahead and dump him because she would never get over it. And I don't care what montage the writers create or how they reframe what happened with that girl, they are never gonna convince me that Pinstripe was wrong for staying out of her brother's relationship and keeping the brother's confidence because he was ASKED to. Notice how she left that part out when she was telling the girls about it. Run free Pinstripe or you'll keep paying for that mistake and getting it thrown in your face consistently for the rest of your life with her. (And damn you Jane for making me side with a cheater!) Sutton should never dance in public again. Kat's totally gonna lose her job.

Yes! That's what made the clip even more amazing!
-
I was definitely whelmed, but I'm going to give it my "it's a pilot, and it wasn't that bad, so give it a chance" consideration.
-
But she doesn't look old! 😂

Andy: So you didn't see the hair pull? Theresa: No! I didn't see it until it aired on TV! Production: <Play that clip of Theresa watching Danielle drag Marge across the fucking store!> Me: Production remains the shadiest bitch of them all!

Loved, loved, loved her hair at the gala with the single long ponytail intertwined with fabric. All her looks, from the Beyonce and Jay-Z to the Sonny and Cher, looked fabulous.

Girl, when Juan and Robyn were still married, Juan had a whole ass live-in partner in another country while Robyn was home taking care of those bad-ass kids. They are never on the same page. I agree. I think Robyn is one of the most naturally beautiful, especially when she's make-up and hair-do free. I loved that during the BBQ at Monique's house, her friend calmly gathered Giselle and her messy hairdresser for whispering shit about Monique in her own damn house. That's a ride or die. They should have added her to the cast. Karen is definitely delusional. She has no sense of reality. You can tell every time she speaks to one of her family members and they all give her the side eye like,

Chuckling so hard at Andrew, Katie's boyfriend, describing Karen as: A train wreck Older, more haggard, and more stuck up than the other women Giselle on performance enhancing bad drugs. LMAO!

I just started rewatching the first season. I'm only on episode 1 and already Charisse is on my nerves. She has the same over-bloated sense of pomposity that Karen has, except Karen can be fun at times.

I would love to see the adventures of Nadia and Lu in NYC.

I loved the ending as well, although it definitely made me cry. I would like to see another season of them coming back together one last time.

S12.E18: A Greek Tragedy in 6 Acts
luckyroll3 replied to TexasGal's topic in The Real Housewives Of Atlanta
I definitely agree that Kenya is ripe for the picking with the girls giving her back the foulness that she has put out when it comes to her relationship, particularly the most recent cookie shenanigans with Tanya. However, Nene is coming at her because she's being insecure about the type of friend she is and has been to Cynthia and doesn't like that Cynthia seems to have a genuine friendship with Kenya. She's mad that she couldn't get Cynthia firmly re-lodged up her ass. -

@lasu You can also just start a previous seasons rehash thread. We'll all jump in on the snark! -

Nene is a nasty piece of work. All of that just because Cynthia chose to forgive Kenya and Kenya and Tanya were having what looked to be a relatively productive conversation? It was bizarre to me. Kandi's take: -

Unfortunately, the earlier posts in the catch all thread were lost when they merged everything and converted into the new site. It was one of the few forums that had an error in the transfer. -
This was certainly the World's Worst episode of Drag Race. Holy shit was that boring. Even the lipsync. And most of the outfits sucked, with the exception of the 23,000 buttons dress and I the one with the scary face mask (I think it was Jan).

Andy posted on his social media that it's not cancelled, just postponed.

Spent the day binging the new season. I love this stupid show and hate that the last episode had me sobbing like a baby. Can’t wait to see how the deal with the next season.

Nice to see that being a dick runs in Jane's family. Also on Pinstripe's side! No matter what he did, Jane would have found a way to make it his fault because she's never really forgiven him and has been waiting for him to "betray" her again. If he had told her, she would have either accused him of lying and trying to get back at her brother for what he said at the dinner or for betraying her brother's trust. This was definitely a lose-lose for him, even though he did the right thing and stayed out of it. Gosh, she's insufferable.

Alex's Shrek-ness definitely comes from his mother.....yeesh!

There was tension, but it wasn't because of Marlo and it wasn't on Kenya's end. It was because Nene felt the producers were promoting Kenya as "the star" of the show instead of her. That's why Nene was so hot when Kenya showed up late because Nene thought production gave her a later start time than everyone else so that Kenya, the star, could make an entrance. This was all eventually revealed in that season's reunion, where Nene learned what they all eventually learn: the producers aren't loyal to anyone except the storyline.
