  1. I agree, but will add that James is not only not over Raqueil, in my opinion, he is not over his dabbling in drugs. He was definitely hyped up on something, and considering all his trips to the bathroom, I would think it may have been cocaine.
  2. Finally had an opportunity to watch the entire Part 3 on Peacock. I get that Ariana was deep in the throes of anger and hurt, but the insults toward Raquel kind of upset me. I understand she was still processing all of this deception and cheating, but wow - that was a lot. I seriously think that Raquel was completely medicated during the entire thing. If not, she's got a better poker face than most. The blank stare, no emotional reaction to being verbally slayed - all of it just seemed like none of it was sinking in. Sandoval is scum. That is all. LaLa and James Kennedy annoyed me, still. They almost seemed more aggrieved than Ariana. LaLa is doing what she does best - stealing the spotlight for herself. Lastly, watching on Peacock, with closed captioning on, there is no "bleeping" of swear words. I am trying to figure out which word between "like" and "fuck" was said more often (by the entire cast). If they were not allowed to use either of those words, all three parts of the reunion would have been done in half the time. I've never heard supposedly mature adults (30-40's) use such constant, poor language skills. I get it and am fine with it from 20-somethings, and I am also guilty of dropping several "f-bombs" at times, but eventually you need to realize that you need to grow up and express yourself better. EDITED TO ADD: While both Sandoval and Raquel are equally complicit and both need to accept acountability for their actions, I place more blame for all of this at Sandoval's feet. He was the one in a serious relationship - it was his responsibility to tell Ariana or leave Ariana. It was not Raquel's responsibility. Sandoval is a manipulative narcissist. Raquel is a calculating dumb bunny (if you can be both dumb and calculating at the same time), but I think she, too, was played by Sandoval, however, she was played because she chose to be played.
  3. I agree, except I thought that Sunny moved into that territory and pitched a blinged-out tent with a chicken coop behind it. Sunny was acting very, very much like Meghan used to. Sunny is entitled to her "view"/opinion, but, so is Alyssa. I like to hear both sides-especially when they are presented in a calm, rational way (Alyssa does seem to do that). I don't like Sunny's attitude that if you don't agree with her, you're wrong. And, she has that stance about everything - not just political discussions. If someone disagrees with any of her opinions, she gets this pouty face and looks through slitted eyes at the person, or she summarily dismisses them by not acknowledging them at all. As mentioned upthrerad, Sunny owes Alyssa an apology, and she should be made to do it on the show.
  4. Me too!! It's so weird to hear your phone and see your own name/phone number pop up on caller I.D. I have also gotten spoofed calls on my landline, so Margaret and Melissa's argument that Margaret's stepson was contacted on a landline doesn't hold any weight. I just cannot conceive that Louie would do something that stupid.
  5. Because he knew the cameras were going to be there? Frank never misses an opportunity to be filmed.
  6. I noticed a very slight difference, but what really stood out to me was that if you look quickly, Jen Fessler had a tiny resemblance to Danielle Staub. Jenn Fessler is really banking on getting a full time spot for the next season (if there is one) - she spent a lot of money on a speculative chance.
  7. I don't know if Danielle was aware. At the end of tonight's show, when the ladies all went to meet their husbands, I heard Danielle tell her husband "They set me up". I do agree that the finale scene seemed stilted, but I think that may have been a newbie housewife being uncomfortable on camera for what she expected to be a big blow up. These women should be careful what they put out there about manufactured, pre-planned storylines and how they play out. It could be perceived as production manipulation or the show being "scripted". If Jennifer or Danielle had any conversations about this with their showrunners prior to the season's taping, that's not good. The housewives (all franchises) have sworn for years that the shows are not scripted or pre-planned. Events, trips, get togethers are planned, but what plays out during those things is supposedly all candid. What I want to know is, did Melissa know beforehand that this would become a plotline for this season.
  8. I want to know why Melissa blamed Teresa for this stupid rumor set-up. Teresa and Louie handled it the way they thought was best, off-camera and prior to filming. She never mentioned a word about it the entire season, until the finale. Jennifer Aydin was the mastermind of that whole debacle. She wanted to get back at Margaret and used Danielle as a pawn. It was a woefully inept attempt at a takedown of Margaret, because Danielle didn't play it the way Jennifer hoped. I'm convinced that Teresa didn't know about all of this until after the fact, because she was totally quiet during the whole conversation. When Teresa is accused of something she did or said and she knows she did/say it, she gets very vocally defensive. I felt bad for Danielle - she realized that she was used, but needed to save face on TV. That Jennifer would use her that way, and then, offer some half-assed non-apology is horrible. I thought that Louie did say something about hiring Bo Dietl in the scene after the finale at his and Teresa's house, when talking to Dolores. I could be wrong, though.
  9. THIS!!! Louie, who they all accuse of hiring private investigator, who plotted to meet Teresa so he could get on the show (and, then, went so far as to marry her), who does all these underhanded things, would not be stupid enough to do that. If he was going to contact anyone, the least he would do is use a burner phone. Margaret, who used to be upset with Teresa because Teresa blamed Margaret for every single argument/fight/issue on the show, is now doing the same thing - blaming everything on Louie. I don't have much trust or faith in Louie, but I don't think he's the devil incarnate.
  10. I think Joe Gorga is concerned about losing his and Melissa's housewife gig, so he's being subdued in order to look better than his sister and Louie. I guess we'll see more next week.
  11. These people should all just keep Bo Dietl's name out of their mouths (all of them, including Louie). He's no joke and I think Louie, by throwing Dietl's name around in the first place, opened a door that could lead to some cease and desist letters, at the very least.
  12. So, again, we have a made-up storyline, that, thankfully, did not make the season and only seen in an "unseen footage" flashback. I would believe Frankie Jr. waaaay over his Dad any day! I am disliking Frank, Sr. more and more this season. Seeing him in the dressing room with Joe Gorga and Joe Benigno was interesting - it seemed like both Frank and Joe B. were trying to rile Joe Gorga up about Louie.
  13. I was waiting for one of them to yell "Neener, neener"!! It's that old schoolyard rhyme - "I'm rubber and you're glue - whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you". Although, if someone said that to Teresa (and maby Melissa, too), she would probably think the person was calling her a condom.
  14. "Jersey-speak" is rubbing off on him!! (And, I say this as someone from NJ!) 😂
  15. Isn't SUR still open? They could split filming between TomTom, SUR and Something About Her - I think if the sandwich shop ever opens, it would become a prime filming spot, especially for the girls. I hate speculating about this stuff, because who knows at this point??
  16. I watched "The View" this morning, and Lala was on. She spoke a bit about the whole Scandoval thing, saying a lot of what we've all read and heard her say previously. She was pretty subdued, in both appearance and speaking. She said she couldn't really comment on anything about Raquel because she doesn't know what goes on in Raquel's brain, but she CAN speak about Sandoval because she knows the kind of person he is, based on her experience with Randall. She spoke a little bit more about that, too. She sort of portrayed herself as the poor, naive fiancee of Randall who was blown away when she found out he cheated on her. No mention of her past (pre-Randall "modeling" days), or the fact that she was secretly dating Randall while he was still married to his former wife. Overall, she came across like a different person than the foul-mouthed bully she portrays on VR. One thing that does really, really bother me is that I feel like all of these chucklefucks are now more "famous" because of a friend's situation, especially LaLa. I can't open any news feeds on my phone without seeing a story about LaLa commenting on Scandoval - and now, she's on The View? I feel like she is profiting from this, and that is despicable, imo. She giving interviews (not for free, I'm sure) and making bank from her "best" friend's bad situation. Same with Jax and Brittany - they even got a mini-show out of this. It's like they're vultures picking at the bones of a dead animal. Such a bunch of opportunists. Ariana also appeared on The View, a week or two ago, but to me, that's okay - it's her story to tell and opine about. Not LaLa's, not Jax's, not anyone else.
  17. I agree - especially that one!! LaLa Kent is no angel - she has a history. She was dating Randall Emmett while he was still married to his former wife. She kept it secret until he was finally separated. To say she was floored when she found out he did the same thing to her, well - I'll give a bigger eye roll than Whoopi!! Plus, it bothers me that this particular person is getting a lot of press and exposure from her supposed "best friend's" situation. She's profiting from someone else's pain, and I find that despicable. Edited to add - I think the whole "Scandoval" thing is ridiculous and overblown in the media. And, I say this as someone who watches Vanderpump Rules - a show that is made up of a cast who have all pretty much cheated on each other, with each other, over and over again. The only thing Lala Kent said that was honest and worth hearing is that all these people were and are desperate to be on TV.
  18. I agree, but her lackluser and emotionally stunted reaction(s) to the rest of any conversations relating to her and the situations were completely devoid of any emotional reaction. That lack of visual reaction on Raquel's part made me wonder if she was heavily medicated with anxiety meds for the reunion taping.
  19. I'm not sure, but someone in my family has a Youtube show and seems to do okay from the revenue. What Teresa needs to remember to do several times during her shows is give the standard Youtube mantra of "Hit that "Like" button and make sure to follow me", so that even if someone doesn't watch every segment she does, they are still following/liking the content.
  20. Marge may have put a lot of her past out there, just as you said, so she got ahead of any unveiling of secrets; however, I think there is more to her story than we've been told. There's something there that freaked her out when Louie made his claims about investigating them. I think I would be mad if someone contacted people loosely connected with me to get more dirt or gossip, and I feel that Margaret may have done that with some housewives. Whether she was contacted, or she did the contacting, she's not trustworthy, in my opinion.
  21. 100% agree with all you said! And, what I've bolded here is why it will NEVER happen. Because neither Teresa or Joe can admit they were wrong in anything they do. Well, Theresa may be a little more guilty of that than Joe, but they are sooo much alike. They both can spin a story to make it sound like they are the injured party, with no self-accountability for their own actions. Not to knock "old school" Italians (or any other nationality, for that matter), many, many, many that I know (almost ALL my friends and family) do NOT believe in any type of counseling or therapy. It's perceived as a weakness. You don't talk about your problems with anyone outside of your family/friend group. You work it out by yourselves, never speak of it again and move on, or you don't and then, just never speak - as was the case with Nonno.
  22. I hope he didn't - then we can see a showdown between the Gorga's and the Fuda's (IF there is another season and ththey are all invited back). If any of the Gorgoa's non-payment to trades rumors are true, I, for one, would love to see that play out on my TV screen.
  23. I agree with you. I think the issue is that Joe and Melissa are very camera-aware, and are very careful to NOT say or do anything on camera that will give public perception of them doing anything to hurt Teresa. They do what they do off-camera or when they're not filming. Teresa kind of lets it all hang out - she says what she thinks the minute the thought hits her brain. She seriously has no filter. Melissa and Joe know which of Teresa's buttons to push, and do that often on-camera, because they know she's going to react in her usual unfiltered, explosive fashion. Melissa definitely has more self-control than Teresa, and that makes her look better in the eyes of the public. Teresa is not looking good so far in the reunions. Up until the finale party, she was pretty much a happy bride-to-be. She seemed peaceful and relaxed most of the time. I think Joe and Melissa were both frustrated this season because a lot of the time, Teresa didn't rise to the bait and didn't react the way they wanted or expected her to - so, they kept upping the ante by not attending events and avoiding Teresa and Louis whenever possible. Teresa is explosive (typical Gorga), Melissa is more understated (or sly, if you will). The current family dynamic is just a repeat of what Joe and Teresa lived with in regards to their father and his sister (Kathy and Rosie's Mom). It's deep seeded, and it's how they grew up. I think that Nonno died, never making peace with his sister, so Joe and Teresa are bound to repeat history. They both are definitely HUGE grudge holders and can and will tell you every detail of every perceived hurt they feel they've received from each other. The only thing that is going to hopefully get them past all of this is a great deal of family counseling, off-camera. But, they all have to want to commit 100% to the time and emotions that will entail. I honestly don't think that either one of them think it's necessary to do that and they are not ready to face some hard and true facts about themselves. I believe that Melissa was very jealous of Teresa's "fame" once RHONJ started and pushed everywhere she could to get on the show. I believe that even before they were all on the show, Melissa was constantly trying to one-up Teresa, maybe to get some acceptance in the Gorga family (I feel like Nonno didn't much care for Melissa), or maybe just out of spite and envy. I believe that Teresa was probably jealous of Melissa and Joe's relationship, which, for the most part, seems relatively happy. Teresa and Joe Guidice's marriage was not a good one, but again, I think that her marriage was similar to her parents' - they had some love and overlooked a lot because that is just what you did, as an old-school "good Italian girl". As far as what we've seen on the show, Melissa is smarter in a lot of ways regarding what she portrays than Teresa is. In the pre-reunion interviews, she said something about the new housewives being authentic to themselves (all the housewives said that), but I don't think that Melissa is ever truly authentic on the show - she is playing a part that she wants us all to see - the put-upon, never-loved, downtrodden daughter/sister-in-law.
